It's obvious folks who sold at 6s yesterday are feeling pressure.
The 6 bids will become 7s and 8s slaps before the close today.
Only 1.3M left on the ask.
Only 2M left on the ask.
45M on the bid. Less than 4M on the ask.
Things are shaping up for a great power hour run.
Great post MarketWiz152. Thanks for putting it together.
Looks like the company is lining up all the ducks for some major news next week. Lots of updates from Facebook, Twitter, and now Investor video and presentation.
Nothing major folks...it's just some longs got pissed with some other longs and decided to sell. There are always buyers for those shares.
Exactly. Those shares look yummy though.
Looks like someone got pissed and put the big block on the ask.
O/S=4B
Restricted=2.5B
How much do you think the Float should be if it isn't 1.5B?
Darn...how it wish the latest 5M were hit on VFIN earlier.
The company has over $100k in cash.
Finish him off then we will be worry free. We all know he doesn't have much left from the last note.
Opportunity to finish him off once and for all.
He's the last note converter. He doesn't have much.
VFIN is the last hurdle before the finish line.
Yes...smack VFIN hard. He doesn't have much left.
Take VFIN out before retailers stack up the ask with him. He was the main reason why we stopped moving up couple days ago.
Take VFIN out so we don't have to worry about it anymore. He doesn't have much.
Take out VFIN then we can move up quick.
That's almost 10% of the FLOAT.
If everyone holds tight, anything can happen.
The 10 will be eaten up just like the 9 once the 50 million bids at 8 move to 9.
Once those move to 9, 10 will fall quick.
Where's VFIN today? It showed up late yesterday and scared some people to sell into the bids and totally disappeared today. Does anyone know if retailers can route through VFIN? I'm thinking some retailers used VFIN to scare off people yesterday.
Thanks for confirming EBW31. For days, I have been saying the FLOAT is around 1.4 billion shares and the rest are restricted shares holding by the insiders.
Great job keeks989.
Don't waste your time.
Seeing a shell company ran like this today just rubs the salt to our wound. $15k in asset, tons of debt, 0 revenues, huge losses.

VFIN showed up, some people got scared and sold to the bids.
Over 100 M shares were bought between 10 and 12 by investors yesterday after the 8-K came out. Do you think all of those shares sold for 8 and 9 for a loss this morning after the PR came out?
The last note was converted at .00024 for 56 M shares so the note seller made between 200 - 400 % for their shares.
The last note converted on 6/19 was for only 56 M shares and already sold into the market this morning. If it wasn't for that, we would been trading in the .002s by now. Look for all the conversion dates in the 8-K. The previous notes had been converted weeks and months ago.
1s are falling. Breakout is imminent.
No ticker in the OTC Markets can state this with confidence.
KIAMESHA LAKE, NY -- June 24, 2015 -- InvestorsHub NewsWire -- Boreal Water Collection, Inc. (OTC: BRWC), a high end private label bottled water company from NY, today announced that it has completely finished the retirement of all of its outstanding convertible notes held by various financing companies. The elimination of the Companys convertible debt has substantially strengthened its balance sheet. As stated in previous Press Releases, Boreal Water Collection has not entered into any new convertible promissory note agreements since October 2014 and it has no intention to issue any convertible notes in the foreseeable future. The Company is confident it can continue to cease the use of convertible debt financing to fund its operations and expansion.
Great post Han2004fl. The other thing I'd like to point out is that the company will not engage in any new toxic financing again per the PR this morning. That's huge and that shows the company is confident moving forward without them.
People don't understand what debt free mean for a company yet.
We will close green today.
