Now I see where you got that number, C. You were talking about sales for the NDD letting people believe you were talking about sales for the thermometer.
Always one thread of truth in your bundle of distorted provocation.
CW
You are steadfast and strong, OBI...
The volume or lack there of concerns me greatly...
But why worry over things I can't control, eh?
CW
The only thing I do know is that selling below .65 is too much of a loss...
CW
I don't know...
CW
Do you mean fewer than 100K sold... or less than $100K in total sales? Net? Gross?
I think/hope that they have been averaging 700 units out the door per week. So, if i multiply that by 12 weeks that would bring me to 9400 units plus the 5000 to SynerMed... 14,400....
My unofficial guess is $263,525 in sales (gross) for second Q.
CW
Hmmm...
Perhaps...
But do you have information that I don't have access to?
CW
From where did you get that figure, C
CW
Maybe they PR the IR thing because it will directly involved the shares but the private label doesn't per se. It may make the share price rise temporarily but as we know anything can make that go up or down so why bother PRing any of that. Save that when something big is completed like several of these gems...
perhaps
maybe,
hoping....
So they PR the IR thing to give them a tie back to it later but they don't need that for a single private label.
CW
From AsrIR posted on Google
'ol doc',
yes the private label biz does have minimums and contracts. We have a
minimum take it or leave it number that so far is not a problem with
anybody. Syner is an example of just one of them getting out the
door, with more to come.
Of course there are annual volume commitments and opening order
commitments too. All good.

That's what I was thinking, Wilson,
There must be an agreement about the number of thermometers to be purchased in order to go through the trouble of a private label. They said they had an initial order of 5000 units that would be shipped by the end of the 2nd Q so maybe this is it?
Just in time for flu season...
CW
I think you read your own hopes into my post...
and then got pissed immediately for haviing them so made them mine.
I feel pretty good about my very realistic ideas about this company.
I am a little excited about the private label which they said they have had in the works for awhile. Nice to see it come to fruition...
Now, if there are a "herd" of private labels, then I will be VERY excited and everything you said, too.
CW
Not just a distributor but a distributor with their own private label! Hmmm... things ARE getting interesting!
How about a PR now?
CW
MM,
I never said I put faith in what he said. I just asked for what he says now that what he said was not true. Maybe he is one of those cult people who will just change the date or decide something else to justify their belief.
Just waiting to hear... find it amusing.
I have my stance and others' don't infuence it anymore... just curious how people handle it when what they very concretely state doesn't turn out...
CW
Red?
Where are you now that the week passed and nothing "big" happened?
What say you?
CW
Dog,
Are you saying you caused the $.09 increase in share price today?
CW
Last trade $.37
CW
yes but none of my posts are making it to the board... I think i have been banned???
Walgreens bought Drugstore.com
CW
I have nothing to be but patient...
There is always a reason to wait one more month...
I never really hear what the reason was. is or will be but...
I have patient long enough to have heard it about 24 times...
How's that for patient?
One more month means nothing to me...
Or two more months...
or six...
CW
Speaking of the NDD
Did anyone happen to notice that right here on Ihub there is an advertisment for DRUGSTORE.com . And shown in the first photo is the NDD?
WOW... never noticed that before....
CW
I think they got a letter from the SEC confirming their uplist which would mean it might happen this week....
That's just a guess, mind you.
CW
I check in every day, Make M...
Thanks...
CW
I so hope your words are truthful and that as a big week from your hidden perspective, it also is a big week from ours... common shareholders in the dark... Ihope we finally get to see some good stuff... and hear about it...
CW
Well, I can only hope that means a few of the "elephants" came through and that with them came deals finalized.
CW
I am looking forward to "knowing"...
Especially knowing by witnessing...
CW
Personally, I don't believe that anyone is holding this stock back nor is anyone selling. I just had an easy time buying 448 at the ask...
I think we are in stand-off/holding pattern until news is released or someone gets a scent of how 2nd Q ends...
I just hope that when this thing starts to rise again, that the company doesn't then offset the momentum by releasing another few million shares into the market...
JMHO...
CW
Probably not on a Friday though...
maybe on a Monday... maybe not this Monday but some Monday...
sooner, I hope....
than later...
CW
How long is the wait?
CW
You are welcome...
CW
Actually, it was posted in the corporate update back in December 2010...
FYI
I will try to provide a link... but in the meantime, here is the direct quote from the update...
"Furthermore, Bayer asked ASFX to design a global solution for Kogenate, Bayer’s infusion drug treating hemophiliacs. A Disintegrator variant has been engineered, developed and presented to Bayer on Jason Roth and Marc Massoglia’s recent trip to France.
The Company continues to co-develop the NGO project with its partners in manufacturing, distribution and the NGO community."
Respectfully submitted....
CW
Didn't Bayer ask JRoth to design an NDD for hemophiliacs? I believe that is just about completed if not soon to be.
Doesn't sound like a lost cause if that is the case....
CW
You just said the right amount...
I am all about "goose eggs"...
especially the ones who potentially become golden ones...
Thank you....
CW
Thats just fine, OBI...
But I am the first to admit that my understanding of Form jargon is probably below that of a 2 year old at this point...
What you say is probably true unless the company is posturing for the second greatest bluff of all time...
And I only say that because they have been alluding for so long to great things yet have not detailed any ...
Most days I believe good things are coming soon...
Today I lean more toward a bluff...
*I am female and can change my mind at anytime...
CW
I guess I just want to stick to the basics...
1) Is this part of what is necessary for uplist?
2) What does this mean for the common shareholder if anything?
3) When will we get some gristy news?
4) When will the company bless us with sales, contracts and income details?
My frustration meter is rising ... again...
CW
Or does it mean they get to sell those shares at the option price of $.40 even when the rest of us can only sell at the actual price which is significantly lower at the moment?
CW
Thanks for that underhanded attempt at good will.
You give your intentions away, Dog... but I appreciate your need... opportunities like these will either stengthen or dissolve your character...
I see where yours is headed.
I have no ill will for you...
CW
No, not familiar with that one...
I am familiar with "Well butter my buns and call me a biscuit!" though
CW
I like both of their main products. I own both the thermometer and the NDD. I am especially impressed with the NDD. I have lent it to a few of my friends to try, I donated one to my vet and I showed it off to my local recycling center. So far, no one has anything negative to report about it.
The only down side of the whole thing is that people are reluctant to change there habits so once they get used to filling a gallon jug with bleach and stuffing it with needles for disposal, they are hard pressed to switch to using a device like the NDD. But that is not an issue regarding the product. That is just an issue with how reluctant we are about change even if it means something better for those who have to deal with those jugs...
I am the first to say that my interactions with certain members of the company have been less than positive but again, that has little to do with the products and their profitability. I think the management finally has their head on straight and we will be in for exciting surprises over the next two months or so. I am especially hopeful about Q2 results.
For the record, I don't really consider one year long-term.
