Yeah...record volume and minimal PPS increase.
NOT what we're looking for.
Thanks...good stuff indeed. This post actually got me very excited. Although not definitive answers, it is obvious that some major players are trying to make these acquisitions happen. I feel much better after viewing this.
And yes, I have added this week. Unfortunately, my average is still around .024
Thanks for posting this..it's very good info..but none of your links work.
That's IF the acquisitions are ever announced.
I think they will be...just sayin'
Basically, our next PR is going to be that Dean bought $25,000 more and this thing will go to .008.
I realize he has to tell us that, but that's just going to piss more people off if that's all he says.
Huh? What does tha mean?
What exactly are we looking for? Are you implying this is one of the acquisitions? What are you implying?
Yes, makes me feel better.
Any of those estimates give me a decent down payment on a much needed new house.
I don't know about you guys, but I like this board much better when people are posting PPS estimates after the acquisitions.
Just makes me feel better.
Obviously, they are raising money for something...hopefully it's for business reasons that will provide a return in the future...if it's to keep the lights on, we're all in trouble.
But the real question is...how high does the O/S have to go before you say "enough is enough"...I don't know the answer, just curious to what others think?
What levels will scare you away? 500M? 750? 1B?
He's making sure his shares are bought before he issues the PR.
Yes.
We hope.
We're not fortune tellers.
I sure as heck hopeso...I'm sick of waiting.
I told ya...this thing is going to hover in the mid .02s until news...just like I said one and two weeks ago.
That's usually the case.
It just seems that the MMs have had control over this stock for the last 2 weeks.
Hopfeully, they are done...but I have my doubts.
Don't get me wrong...I hope you're right.
Without news, how is this week going to be any different than the previous two? It's going to be the same manipulation as we've seen, right?
We're all here for the announcement of the closings (if you say otherwise, you're lying)...until then, it will be pretty boring.
I certainly hope so...for all our sakes.
Safe and happy holiday to all. I'm out.
No, not really...I'd rather have it Tuesday morning after the holiday.
This thing is going to trade in the low to mid .02's until we hear some news. After that, it's take-off or free-fall.
Because they knew the basis of their promo was not a single event. Why would they pay to promote a company for 3 months if they don't have news over those 3 months?
If it was a typical pump and dump, it would have been one PR and wouldn't have cost $14,000.
I'm just responding to those who think the Stock Guru promotion came out even when they announced delays. They were inferring that it was stupid to spend $14,000...I agree if they spent $14,000 for that one single PR. If that is the case, then I'm selling tomorrow because they have no idea how to run a successfull promotional campaign for their stock.
Obviously, the PPS is going to increase if these 3 things happen. Just saying that the intent of the promotion is to accentuate multiple sources of good news through the end of the year...not just to pump the stock for no reason.
Not a waste at all if they know anything about communication planning. Here's my take:
They know they have something positive brewing. They hired stock guru to send out timely communications over a three month period based on 3 very important items of news that will likely come out soon:
1) Acquisitions closed
2) Buyback
3) Additional acquisitions
If these three things happen AND the stock is promoted, this thing just might make it to $1.00 by end fo year. JMO.
A PR that says what? Did he mention what the PR would say...are you saying this implying the PR will say that the deals are closed?
Stock Guru's latest position on QASP...some decent info on the niche market QASP is in:
Quasar Aerospace Industries, Inc. (OTC: QASP) Very Light Jets Very Hot Growth Niche
Quasar Aircraft Company (QAC) has targeted a super hot growth niche in the aerospace industry. Planes and aviation have been around for a long time (obviously).
What has not been around in the Very Light Jet (VLJ) niche -- and this is hot --- in a bad economy corporations are looking for ways to conserve. VLJs offer precisely that opportunity.
When you are looking for share holder value you ALWAYS look for the hot new growth niche -- and this is it.
QASP is quickly establishing itself in the fastest growth niche in the aerospace industry -- Very Light Jets (VLJ's). QAI will be responsible for the manufacture of the Very Light Jet (VLJ) and a new advanced trainer aircraft. Quasar Aircraft Company is developing a four seat trainer aircraft and will be the developer of a twin engine, six seat very light jet aircraft.
Corporations Shifting to VLJs
A very light jet typically costs half as much as the most inexpensive business jet now in service and can land on runways as short as 3,000 feet, compared with the 4,000 or 5,000 feet required by the smallest jets now being flown. The FAA recently indicated there are more than 5,000 small, underused airports in the United States.
Smaller companies that would never have considered purchasing a private plane will now contemplate owning a microjet due to its significantly smaller price tag and operating costs. Larger companies with existing aircraft may begin to shift to very light jets into their fleets rather than continuing to buy the larger, more expensive jets which require more fuel and more hangar space.
Billion Dollar Niche Industry in Rapid Growth Mode
The VLJ niche is expected to quickly become a billion dollar industry in very short order. Companies are beginning to use VLJ's to provide air taxi services to and from mid-sized cities.
Keeping the profits in the company AND BUILDING SHAREHOLDER VALUE is what Quasar is all about.
Is this really realistic? A 30 bagger? Can this really happen?
How on one day is this tock worth .02 and then poof...$1.00.
Do most people think this stock can get to $.50 - 1.00 over the course of a couple of days if these things close?
Do these "valuations" usually come true?
Things went well because the sales wasn't public knowledge until the deal was closed (or an inevitability at the time). The PR announced that a deal had been done, which was looked at very favorably. I agree with others that it was likely a lesson learned to pinpoint a day for the closing date.
Part of me is always a little skeptical with any pink sheet stock (like asking myslef "why would they even have a PR for acquisitions that MIGHT happen - could set themselves up for a huge failure - are they doing to artificially raise the PPS for their own benefit?). Those questions are always on my mind, but I think with this stock, it's legit.
I've been wrong before, but more times than not, common sense prevails as long as you've done your research. Hopefully, I make alot of money.
How many of us in this room have ever been involved in an acquisition in Corporate America? Likely some of us. I work for a company traded on NASDAQ and the closing date of the acquisition was moved 3-4 times because of delays. It happens. I wasn't surprised that the delays occured, and I wasn't surprised that the price tanked. I even thought of selling at .035 (I bought in a .028) the day before anticipating these delays, but I knew I'd be able to get back in after the panic. I did not....but I am still holding strong.
We've all been involved in "scams"...most of the time our guts are right on about "scams" do to things not making sense. With QASP, I don't get that feeling at all. They seem to be a legitimate enterprise with a competent management team surrounded by industry experts and pioneers.
If this is a "scam", they're very good at pulling "scams".
FYI...I'm new to the board...GLTA.
