There was an EOD push sometime last week in which a buyer pushed us green about 1 minute before close with around 250K purchased. 30 seconds later, a 500 share sell goes through to take us red.
It's no secret the MMs engage in chart manipulation to give the impression of weakness.
I'm in no hurry. ;)
"The serious conversations and inquiries concerning BioCentric's closed loop Photobioreactor system stemmed from leading oil companies to competitors striving to achieve similar manufacturing equipment and technological advances."
Well, Renewed was impressed!
"The relationships and alliances established from this show should place BioCentric in a major growth position by the end of the year."
Hmmmm...more news coming from these 'relationships and alliances'?
"The funding we received this week is from an established "Green" orientated investment group who would like to see the company further enhance the ALGAE reproductive systems both in equipment technological advances and enhanced reproductive methods such as the "Lipid Trigger."
Well, that puts to rest the naysayers argument of why BEHL hasn't attracted private investment interest.
Can't wait to get the lipid trigger update at EOM.
Which is why my Ameritrade never fills at the ask.
Its up on TD Ameritrade too.
Nice little cash infusion. I wonder who...
BioCentric Energy Receives $500,000 Research Funding From Private California Group
2:19p ET October 14, 2009 (Market Wire)
BioCentric Energy Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BEHL) today confirmed the company received $500,000 Research & Development funding from a private investment group.
Company President Dennis Fisher stated, "The results of the Annual ALGAE Biomass Summit event in San Diego, California last week were just phenomenal. The serious conversations and inquiries concerning BioCentric's closed loop Photobioreactor system stemmed from leading oil companies to competitors striving to achieve similar manufacturing equipment and technological advances. The relationships and alliances established from this show should place BioCentric in a major growth position by the end of the year. The funding we received this week is from an established "Green" orientated investment group who would like to see the company further enhance the ALGAE reproductive systems both in equipment technological advances and enhanced reproductive methods such as the "Lipid Trigger."
LOL! Thanks, I needed that.
Great post BigBake1.
+1 for you.
Aren't we looking at 4 projects by year end?
The Simi Valley Winery was mentioned during the summit videos. I wasn't aware of that one before.
I can never get filled at the ask anymore.
I'm using TD and know they go through NITE but, come on.
No one wants to fleece me?
Could be, since BEHL has identified 62 strains with revenue potential.
Or maybe Renewed realized just how special the lipid trigger is.
I don't for certain...but Renewed is in the same industry as BEHL, competing to provide the same type of equipment, and they realize the potential of BEHL and what working with them can do for Renewed.
I would consider that a huge plus to BEHL and Dennis' ability to cultivate good business relationships.
And they, Renewed, approached BEHL and expressed a desire to work with them.
Why would that be?
Take a look at ClayTrader's chart analysis for some TA.
500_and_Long has a post detailing an email response from Dennis regarding the S-1 filing, PPS, etc.
On a personal note, I am moving in funds for EOW. I'm waiting until then to grab more. Do I expect the PPS to be here or lower...don't know, I feel the potential of the company is not currently reflected in the PPS. I am also a long term holder.
Fisher himself.
Keep trying...but harder please. You're just rehashing a bunch of maloney.
I mean baloney.
The facility used to be a rental and storage business.
BEHL rented space, needed more, and cleared out the RVs and boats to build the PBR. Now they want to buy it and make it BEHL HQ outright instead of leasing.
From the iBox PR regarding the letter of intent.
I believe the VOD blurb is missing a digit.
It would help to actually do the DD beforehand. Did you buy in from the PSC blasts?
I'd consider having 4 revenue generating PBRs to be up by year end encouraging news.
At least that's what I got out of the conference videos and latest PRs.
I get the feeling that the buzz generated by PSC in the run up to .15 had a number of investors here who think they would have been able to retire by now.
And I am hesitant at calling them investors.
I'm at Google Maps Street View right now and am looking directly into the parking lot of the HQ.

I used the above link.
Typed in: 3259 Valle Rd, San Juan Capistrano, CA and hit ENTER.
It brings up a nice little red circled A. Click it and hit street view.
Turn left 90 degrees.
ETA: This is an old picture of the RV and storage facility that were there previously.
I put it there for you. Thanks for taking the time to get answers from Dennis.
Its the SEC. The same watchdog organization that put an investigator on Madoff's case when he was dating Madoff's niece.
Yeah, they really care.
That pic was most likely taken well over a year ago.
The first time I looked at Google Street View for my house was in Fall 2007. Its still the same picture.
Google Maps Street View shows that I am currently at home because my car is parked in my driveway.
Funny, I wish I knew where the other me was stashing his paycheck so I could buy more BEHL today.
If you can't beat 'em, join 'em.
At least that's my take on it.
The Global unit may be the one that licenses out any patents on algae research that BEHL has. Or anyone that has patents that is looking to partner in with what Fish is trying to build.
From wikipedia:
Intellectual property (IP) is a number of distinct types of legal monopolies over creations of the mind, both artistic and commercial, and the corresponding fields of law.[1] Under intellectual property law, owners are granted certain exclusive rights to a variety of intangible assets, such as musical, literary, and artistic works; ideas, discoveries and inventions; and words, phrases, symbols, and designs. Common types of intellectual property include copyrights, trademarks, patents, industrial design rights and trade secrets in some jurisdictions.
So BEHL transfers in the pending patents to Global. They continue to service and grab more contracts. How does Global make money? BEHL has to pay Global to use the patents.
This would allow SGT to transfer in their patent and allow the investors of SGT to reap profits from BEHL's fees. The bonus shares of Global would allow BEHL to retain profits from Fisher's work in building an algae conglomerate while SGT investors would get shares to match their equity in SGT.
Yes? No? Maybe?
Where does the Company claim to be the WalMArt of Algae? I thought that was Barry Cohen.
How much of BEHL does he own? Does Fisher answer to him?
Where does BEHL claim to be anything other than the lowest cost provider of a closed loop PBR capable of producing algae for any end use the customer identifies?
Maybe we'd listen if you addressed the company in question, not the exchange it is traded on.
You gotta like the competition pulling Dennis aside and expressing a desire to work with instead of against BEHL.
February at the latest, not best.
Primed Outstanding Stock?
Yes, yes, because having invested in BEHL means you are locked out of any other stock on any other exchange.
Good one.
Bingo...plus Fish let investors know why expects a delay:
The SEC always questions the filing BEHL is submitting and Fish expects them as par for the course.
Yes, agreed. And once again posters misinterpret what DF says.
February at the latest as he expects the SEC to have questions.
The qualifier in the above sentence means it could occur before that. But the Chicken Littles miss it once again.
I thought most of the selling occurred right after you posted.
Hmmmmm...
Yes, there will ba an allocation from your original BEHL basis into the Global shares.
It is a transaction that, dependent upon your share count, you may want to see your tax accountant about as they can be kind of tricky.
You mean I can't retire until February?!?!?
That's it, I'm selling!
Interesting company. They were at the same convention this week.
"They are the inventors of a newly patent-pending system for growing, harvesting, and extracting oil from microalgae."
They appear to be at the same stage of growth as BEHL.
"The new facility aims to have at least two full acres of commercial algae growing systems, with smaller pilot units testing different strains for the aforementioned industries this autumn, with more to follow. RWE’s system will also be used by power plants to consume their carbon dioxide (CO2) and nitrogen oxide (NOx) discharges, assisting them in becoming more carbon neutral and environmentally sound. "
Kind of like the 3 Acre North Vegas JV with Envirotek that will be completed by year end, just in time for the Vegas convention. But I don't see where they are planning more sites to be finished by year end, like the other 3 BEHL has lined up. Do you know if they have any other sites planned? Their partnership page didn't really tell.
Bioplastic companies.
