If the stock is going to $10 or $20 what is the difference if you buy it at $.35 or .25? Seems foolish to wait for it to go down when it could explode any minute or is it implode?
It also appears that no one else is increasing their position after the meeting. Not much of a change in volume.
Lol, that’s a good one. I remember someone laughing at the fool who sold their shares to him at $4....
I can't imagine that the true believers aren't disappointed in the lack of volume and movement in the price.
So the sleep tech is out and we have effectively no volume and no increase in shareholder value. Where is the demand for this amazing tech?
Or the value isn't there................until the pump comes thru
Disappointing reaction to the rollout of the sleep technology to say the least. $.39, really?
Guess you should call Kathy.
Thanks Artguy, I see the value in the pump and always have. The fatigue system not so much. I would love to see the company sold. A Billion get us to $6.67 per share.
Thanks, That's depressing.
Anyone know how many common shares will be outstanding if all the notes get converted?
I still own CRGS and I've had Amazon and Netflix for years. I guess you were a little late to the party. Too bad.
Actual it will make OUR company billions. How have you been Debreeze?
Like I have said repeatedly. The money is and has always been in the pump.
IMO the money has always been in the pump.
They are required to disclose they may have a going concern issue? I thought that they just liked to put out a doom and gloom footnote.
More dilution, months of more work. Wish they would focus on the pump. Never ending......
LOL, Better than JG's $75 a share valuation. I would be extremely happy to get $3 and ride off into the sunset. Everyone else can holdout for more and I hope they get rewarded. I just want to recoup my losses. It's extremely disappointing not to see a decent move on recent release. Another 6 months to a year for the pump?
I’m looking forward to meeting Oakie.
Why would anyone post if they own no shares?
Individual consumers aren't the market they are after.
I never said the company was going to fail. I said the road was littered with companies with good leaders and products that failed. What % of startups actually succeed? Not many.
Sweep, I agree with you but the road is littered with companies that failed who had leaders that believed they would succeed. Doesn’t mean they were bad leaders or had bad products.
Dabreeze, until TG decides to throw in the towel we have unlimited funds.
Dabreeze. Torvec has very deep pockets
Getting to a $1 would be huge.
Gotta start somewhere Dabreeze.
I thought they were going to Wall Street? Why are they even using Skype?
Dino please cut and past this and insert your very helpful definition of Skype.
I'm shocked he would read it at all. Thanks for the information. Not going after new investors = no meaningful increase in price IMO in the near future which is disappointing.
Artguy, you are spot on.
Not a fan of age discrimination. You must be kidding. Saying someone looks old and tired isn’t discrimination.
He’s too busy worrying about the geese crapping on his yard. Get a Border Collie.....
"Watershed event" was pretty powerful and "world changing" was said about the pump years ago. Words mean nothing at this point. Only thing that is important is selling the tech, the company, or the products.
Thanks Dabreeze
I bought more today. Vomit and roll in it.
I didn't think it was that bad of a job. The majority of the time he wasn't even on camera, video's of people sleeping were playing. Also it's not like it was 60 minutes. Whoever had even heard of Cheddar. The blonde was stiffer than DK.
Disagree, there have been cases where both pilots fell asleep and flew over their destination. International flights from NY flight overnight. The crash that killed everyone aboard in Buffalo a few years ago was attributed partially to Pilot error possibly caused by fatigue.
I agree about the companies themselves but my experience with unions is that they will do anything to protect the members paycheck. Sending a guy or girl home without pay because of a fatigue warning isn’t going to go over well unless they still get paid. The extra pay may be offset insurance savings so it could work.
My buddy is a 20 plus year union pilot. He said no way his union would go for it. He could be wrong. He’s also a shareholder in CRGS.
As for individual users how many of the 26 million fitbits are sitting in a dresser after being used for a month. Mine is. But I agree that’s probably not the market they are looking at first.
Thanks for posting, Nicely done by DK. Still don't see it as a product that an individual would buy for himself.
I would think employers and insurance companies are what will make this product go. Unions will be a problem IMO
Dino, don’t get your post. The bio you posted has nothing to do with why he is on the board. In fact it would make the uninformed wonder why he is on the board,so I’ll help you out.
Destler received his bachelor's degree from the Stevens Institute of Technology in 1968, and his applied physics PhD from Cornell University in 1972. His research specialized in "high-power microwave sources and advanced accelerator technologies".[4]
More recently, Destler has gained an interest in hybrid and electric vehicles. His own vehicles, including a Toyota Prius, a Chevy Volt and Tesla Model S, are often on display during Imagine RIT, where Destler is more than happy to personally explain the technology behind the vehicles.
If I remember he and RIT got involved when there was going to be a SEAL lab. Not sure what happened with that. He’s not on the board because he’s a former college professor. Your selling him a little short IMO.
Maybe interesting that 180,000 shares traded but it’s discouraging that the price didn’t increase $.01 on that volume. Let’s se what happens after the press blitz this week.
Pretty sure we malcontents thought we were in the best position many times.... "letters of intent", "Ford TV" , and "Watershed Event" to name a few. Bada Bing
Someone did, and in a big way. They must know something the rest of US don't.
Well you know it wasn't any of "us"...........
