Manipulation?
How was .0021 just hit? Was that really the spread?
If its in their best interest emotionally strange that many are growing increasingly emotionally frustrated from being on FB.
The way FB will stay alive is become the de facto government go to site/source for all sorts of information on their citizens under the guise of safety, protection, security and all that jazz. And that is where the governments of the world are moving to.
Girls loved it back in 04,05,06 & 07. Random pokes and other nonsense. They found out things that lack substance start to grow taxing and frustrating after awhile.
Correct. Its a very interesting cultural fad that has about run its course. Zucker did well. Now we'll have 500 million dollar graffiti artists running around in Cali driving up prices for every Joe just trying to make it. Anybody doubt why prices are so outrageous in No Cal.
Dang, we're doing a lot better than FB so far.
Yep Kick. I first knew about it in early 2005. To think, a business built on gaining huge adoption with girls first. Because they were the only ones who cared about the nonsense. Then, as you said, bring in the hormone driven dudes because of the sheer concentration of girls on the site and the excitement they had for the book. No joke. That was what drove the growth in the early days. Crazy.
Did Zuckleberg already sell?
Yep, when teenage girls start to think "man, Im spending too much time on this" and grow weary of being on for hours, you're in trouble. Ive heard this quote from at least 5 kids in the last 6 months. Maybe granny will up her usage.
Excellent point. That is true. I would suggest completely editing your account to some obscure name and clear out all profile info before deactivating. Crazy you can't get rid of it. Once on the system, always on the system. Scary.
Pollux,
Can I buy some puts?
Its the opposite. This isn't 2009-10. The trend is less activity among active users. I know quite a bit who no longer use their accounts. I know their is movement among teens away from the book. Their peek as far as past adoption and future growth (new accounts and activity) was 2010.
Quite a bit of the population and a ton of people that we know are not on FB on any sort of regular basis. Know plenty who have an account. 2010-2011 was the year of granny, dork middle age guy, and pets to add a FB account.
Pollux,
This is good stuff. Keep it coming.
I have to say I enjoy reading this board. Penny madness on a big board stock. Gotta love it. Are you short Pollux? I don't really care for fb either but am currently on the sidelines.
The stock just did billions of $ of trading volume. I don't think I Hub posting will do anything one way or the other.
Could that group be using CDRG by chance?
Pertaining to CDRG for April 2012:

They are a big boy.
Indeed, great to see them. Very good MM.
Big MM on Nasdaq stocks.
cdrg is much better than puma.
Hmm, thats citadel securities.
Uh, $100 wack? Ok.
What is it that groupon does to maintain and increase revenues?
They call $38 "more conservative"? What the?
If they PR industrial client is good to go and have numbers $ figures included, it will not fall on that day.
I understand. I am younger but I really like the old school mentality. Even Warren Buffet invested in pink sheets, when the newsletter about under followed OTCs was mailed every week on a pink sheet of paper. The crazy thing was he could actually trust the majority of the information from the company. The huge incidence of fraud was unheard of.
Yeah I didn't catch that. Transaction was 3M shares @ .02.
Quigley, for your health make sure this is your last penny stock play regardless of how it plays out. Seems like its too taxing on you.
Interesting perspective. I know very few people who are banking on RP. Most are counting on Chuck to pull through not RP.
Hopefully Micheal and Chuck agree on most important issues and can override anything in disagreement. If I was to speculate, Chuck received less of the "super shares" because his tenure in which his salary has been deferred has been shorter than Rainer's. So it was a compensation argument in my opinion but the votes are carried with this legal instrument still give him the most votes as you said.
Chuck should be calling the shots.
What is? I haven't seen an "initial" 8k for the other contracts. Im sure it will be in the 10 filing when its actually ready that is.
8K? Why wouldn't it be announced in a PR?
Also and much more concerning is the what seems like being stringed along by IR. On more than one occasion and to more than one party it had been communicated that the share structure would in all likelihood be kept only slightly higher than 200 M at the high end. While I dont want to push the issue, this was foolish at best and a bit misleading.
While I understand that the Industrial client can be delayed; nobody would know that better than the company. That would be anticipated before speaking on the Share structure and the remaining debt. So it is concerning if the IR is 250+ million off on their estimate of the OS count. And then to compound, issue super shares and extend the AS. Effectively making the commons null and void in any decision making. There are reasons/justifications for these as well but there seems to always be something.
Thank you for that.
If thats the case and we see the results of this awareness in pps than thats fine. We have heard Rainer communicate he was doing things far outside of the forums as well and it has yet to be evidenced. You have to understand people's response to the new disclosure on your posts and the small share compensation. Its simply a defense mechanism that we have from trading OTCs over a period of time. A huge % of these firms are garbage and the people that represent them and are compensated by them are questionable to say the least. When you see those characters show up its usually followed by more vagueness from the company and the pps dwindles into the abyss.
When we see a poster that is informed and respected for being consistent it provided a sense of assurance and confidence to some of the posters here. Then all the sudden you have a compensated disclosure on your posts and people start to question everything they thought about the company and other's intentions. Its a pretty natural response and healthy to do.
Now I completely understand your argument about judge the content for its content regardless of a poster's affiliation. Easier said than done for most. In addition the consistent delays with what we have been sold as the new phase of the company is concerning. Mgt has given other investors vague hopeful responses about the future of the contracts and financial performance in personal communications. When they give us something more specific it has not come to fruition yet. Combine all those circumstances and you have the response to the new disclosure on your posts.
Lets just see the pps steadily increase and continued business development by the company and none of it will matter.
Sure what?
Why? He has valuable information so he is better informed to make whatever choice he sees fit. Im sure he is fine.
No, I don't believe so. But so be it for now.
Can you post an updated MWWC chart and annotation?
Perhaps, investors could get some "encouragement" of substance rather than the company and mgt getting encouragement from us.
