No...the 1-Z to me was considered an announcement.
Hope they come out with a another announcement soon
Closed on the 52 week high.
What a super duper close!
Oh man what news would do for tomorrow.
Those .0045's are coming Mister Mr
A .0045 close would be a sure indicator of that IMO...can we get it there?
Today we churn and tomorrow we will make them burn.
Yes, dilution is over I seen the filed 1-Z...thank you.
Reading through the press releases in the year 2023 reminding me of all the reasons why this is way under valued IMO.

Need to break past the .0042-.043 pivot point.
Really nice bid support on this step up.
I am seeing that a trade went through at .0034 in premarket..it was only 127,000 in volume
Yes staged...you know what vid I am talking about.
hmmm, interesting.
At the rate we were going on the last hour of trading if we had another hour we would have probably closed at .0034...a 9:30 gap would be nice.
We all knew that the Form 1-Z was probably going to be the first of the news...wonder when and what will be next..so many catalyst here.
It is like a ticket to a run away train...All Aboard!
Thanks Max..
I don't see how he is going to get it above a buck and even more so of keeping it there without an extension...PRs of production starts and purchase orders at this point in time just lack reality...I guess when I see pics of vehicles at the Randy Marion site and pics of a factory with multiple cars(not just one) being built with a bunch of employees on assembly lines and such then maybe I will believe.
No problem...
I remembered that post too...PB must be busy for him not to be posting about the great news.
It will be like coming home to Christmas.
No Qz that I know of.
I got it corrected...LOL
You called that right PB!..an hour later out came the Form 1-Z
What is SEC Form 1-Z?...your answer.
SEC Form 1-Z must be filed with the SEC by issuers that have qualified an offering under Regulation A. This exit report must include certain types of information based on the tier of offerings.
Tier 1 issuers, comprising offerings of securities up to $20 million in a 12-month period, need to file an exit report on SEC Form 1-Z within 30 calendar days after the termination or completion of its Regulation A offering. The number of securities sold; the names of underwriters and other service providers involved as well as the fees they received; and net proceeds to the issuer must all be included in the exit report.
Certain Tier 2 issuers, comprising offerings of securities up to $50 million in a 12-month period, can file SEC Form 1-Z to discontinue the filing of ongoing reports under Regulation A. The exit report must certify that the issuer has met the requirements for terminating its ongoing reporting obligations under Regulation A. Most importantly, the issuer must disclose the approximate number of holders of record of each class of securities the issuer has offered in Tier 2 offerings.
SEC Form 1-Z, which is XML-based, is filed through the EDGAR computer system for the receipt, acceptance, review and dissemination of documents submitted in electronic format to the SEC. For support and additional information, explore our investment company compliance solutions.
Oh my the form 1-Z is out...I was wondering what was causing the happiness here....so glad I was a toughie on this and held...looks like those pennies are on there way.
Yeah I see the new release...didn't have much impact on closing this above a dollar
Now it is looking like a AHs crasher
If this is going to a buck by close they had better up the steps starting about now.
Does look like he is going for it...perhaps he is going for the extension as well...not sure if he has enough time not too.
Good chance of it.
Got to keep an eye on Dave's MM dumping buddies...CHXE and PHLX...when you see their continuous changing big orders matching bids and asks they are up to know good...this run will be over as long as they are at the wheel...IMO
I was out around 7:15
There back CHXE and his dirty companion PHLX! Not as obvious as the past days...but they are there.
I know that is why they also put out the news....but the L2 was the first indication....selling was over time to run it with this PR.
Why Schedule 13D is important to investors
A 13D filing, sometimes called a beneficial owner report, is required when a shareholder acquires more than 5 percent of the outstanding shares of a company.
Why Schedule 13D is important to investors
The Schedule 13D filing can be useful for other investors because the filing requires the acquiring owner to give the purpose of the transaction. Sometimes activist investors can acquire a stake in a company in an effort to influence management to pursue a new strategy or capital allocation plan. They might even be pressing the company to sell itself, which could give the stock price a boost in the short term.
You’ll have to decide for yourself if you agree with what the activist is pushing for and whether the company is likely to agree to it. Often, companies end up reaching some sort of compromise with investors and may agree to part of what they’re asking for, but not all of it

Or either that the sellers got the hell off the L2 after a 60% decline in a few days....that is why I knew this was going to rebound...really didn't expect it to rebound this much though.
Well I thought so...that is why I bought 9500 shares at a.416 average sold nearly half at .538(wish I would have waited 30 more seconds) but still have 5000 and will have my finger ready on the sell button at 7 a.m.
