We're still waiting for MSSV to close the deal with GSCG, supposedly in June now. Then we'll know if we're going to get our MSSV shares. So I would hang in there a little longer.
Glad to see you're still around albeit under these circumstances. I had a sell order in for .046 on Black Friday for my 10m shares.
This is incorrect. You only retain your ownership % without being diluted if you hold your preferred shares which will automatically convert to common after 2 years; when you convert to common you're at the mercy of the dilution. Our best hope is that the GSCG merger is completed and the stock keeps going up even as dilution occurs.
Bingo! Better to remain silent than put out PR's to manipulate the stock that the SEC can use against them. The time is coming, I'm very confident we're not going to wait 2 years for MVNT to make a massive move.
It's the norm for the OTC, NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX, et al. Try emailing Tim Cook with what you want him to do and see how far you get.
There’s a long and sorted story to this stock, you have to read the LAHO board to understand what has transpired since 9/6/19.
Oh I get it, it's frustrating and I've vented plenty of times on other boards, especially after holding a stock for 2 years with no major run when other sh*t stocks have made massive runs with nothing behind them. I'm still optimistic that things are moving forward and we'll all be rewarded for our patience.
Gripe away if it makes one feel better, I prefer to choose positivity here! :)
You always have the option to sell if you don't like the management situation, why hold a stock in a company you constantly complain about?
Well we've been in a pandemic, most companies I follow have had their plans delayed, canceled, changed, etc.
Did you miss the part about all of the things that have happened behind the scenes lately? Stay tuned.
I'm still surprised to see MSSV back in the 20's but I won't complain; a sliver of hope is better than none.
Things are happening as expected, I'm not going to make any predictions but you don't do all this "cleanup" if you're not moving forward.
Anyone heard from LAHO lately?
I haven't traded MVNT at all yet. I'm waiting for the run and I'll sell when I reach my profit target, and I'll gladly buy it back on the pullback and hold it for the next run.
This is exactly why I love this company and what management is doing. No bs PR’s, no convertible debt, no dilution, etc, they are focused on running and building a legitimate business not a scam like so many of these other OTC “companies”. And as an added bonus I can go by their place anytime I want to and see for myself.
I told y'all we'd hear something before the end of April. Now I don't know about a formal PR hopefully we'll get one, but as you can see from all of these developments things are happening and we're "hearing" about them albeit not directly from Mr. Linh. I'm pretty optimistic the next round of filings are coming sooner rather than later.
Bingo!
Right, I looked up all the filings for each entity after I visited the company a few weeks ago. No concerns on my part, and I recently found out I have mutual friends with management.
Here's your answer, the entities changed when they were rolled into MVNT:

Well at the time of suspension there was a rumor that the MM's had a huge naked short position, and the SEC bailed them out. Ironically, the SEC said they were suspending LAHO to protect investors. I call BS obviously, investors were making money and the company had a chance to close the deal with GSCG.
Ultimately though, had they filed on time, we wouldn't be having this discussion.
Apparently you didn't interpret my post correctly. I don't know why we've seen this volume that's why I said it was surprising. Could they be artificially keeping/pumping it up? Sure, I don't trust these guys at all. But pumping up a stock around 20 cents costs some decent money.
I'm still not a believer, but even non-believers have to be surprised at the current price and volume.
Tick Tock can be taken the other way also - like a bomb going off similar to 9/6/2019. Hopefully not.
Long way to go before the next deadline. I hope it doesn't go under .10, the only way I see that happening is if someone on the inside knows the deal is off (which it obviously isn't) and we see a lot of selling, or the MM's shake the tree one day to take out all the stop losses and then bring it back up.
I have no worries about the viability of the business, but I'm a trader not an investor when it comes to OTC stocks. I'm still expecting to hear from the company this month, what that may be I have no clue, but I'm not going to miss out on other plays if Mr. Linh isn't interested in keeping shareholders informed and increasing shareholder value. I'll gladly jump back in when he does (assuming I jump out which I don't intend to at this point).
I agree that’s why I said if it doesn’t come this month I’ll have to rethink my position.
Assuming they don't delay again, and assuming they don't dilute MSSV into oblivion, and assuming we actually get preferred shares and can easily and readily convert them, and assuming...
I'm expecting something from the company by the end of this month, I just don't know exactly what that will be. If not then I'll have to rethink my position but I'm cautiously optimistic.
Hope everyone is having a nice Easter Sunday!
Hopefully not like they were handling it before 9/6/2019
Well if that happens they're either going to the gray sheets or never coming back, so we don't want that. My point is let the MM's do their thing under the radar and hope that Mr. Linh comes through, that's the best scenario for us.
You don't want any regulator looking at a stock like this, because they can easily suspend it to "protect investors". Yeah I know it doesn't meet all the criteria of recent suspensions, but it's still a possibility if it lands on the radar with this short volume.
My point is that the longer Mr. Linh doesn't come out with news some shareholders will get impatient and sell. Also, you never know the personal circumstances that compel someone to sell (lost job, medical expenses, etc.). So retail selling will happen at some point.
Only if Mr. Linh does what is necessary and expected, otherwise the MM's will eventually force this down into oblivion.
Which isn't a bad thing. And it could be Dave and Benito's families, friends and colleagues who already own a ton of LAHO shares. Maybe there's a master plan to save us after all. Or not, we shall see.
You hear anything new from the company lately?
The Power of Positive Thinking, it’s better than wallowing in misery and despair. Whether the stock runs in April 2021 or 2022 I choose to believe MVNT is going to make a massive run and reward all those who stuck with it.
Exactly. Mr. Linh didn't just p*ss all that money away last year for nothing. He's a smart man and I have faith that they'll get things done.
I said I can’t so I’ll leave it at that. Again, if I’m wrong it wouldn’t be the first time that a stock has disappointed me, but just based on the way the stock is trading without any contact with the company a run is more likely sooner rather than later.
I assume this is directed at me. I told everyone I went to the office, I provided pics to prove it, and anything discussed afterwards I cannot go into detail about. I said I expect good things to happen sooner rather than later, I'll leave it at that. If not, it won't be the first time an OTC stock has disappointed me, but I don't expect that with MVNT.
Nice accumulation but that spread has to tighten up
