FYI....this was my recent email to Dr. Walker. Wanted to share with everyone.

Hi Dr.Walker.....

From what we last discussed, I would think we are closing in on another Press Release soon.

I just hope your Media Relations group is successful for you (and us shareholders) in getting better Press coverage
with Yahoo Finance, TD Ameritrade, ETrade Financial and many other trading websites. And it would be good to see financials posted to the Pinks.

The potential for growth of ONCO is incredible.....but not without high $$ investors, and especially Institutional Investors. And if those Investors do not know about the
success of ONCO.....you can only grow so big.

Good luck Dr. Walker......I have stopped calling you as I don't wish to be a pest.

People giving away their stock for free. Absolutely FREE. Incredible. No one apparently reads these posts, or....have very little past knowledge of Wherify. We will see a turnaround, whether that is with Lightyear or someone else, this stock will turn.

TJ...pure comedy when you see those trades. I often refer to them as nickel-dime players. That trade does not even merit the term "nickel-dime"....there ought to be a hurdle law that will not allow the stock price to move unless it hits certain volume targets on "one trade"....

Definitely one indicator....there was an 11 million share trading day a few months back. And the stock was way down at that time. Someone got wind of this merger in progress, my assumption. To see WFYW piggyback onto the Lightyear/Libra roll-out would be one heck of a positive move. Good stuff.

OK TJ...this makes more sense than Sherman at the helm. It is a carryover position for Vince from 2 years ago. So I hope much of your DD is dead-on. I see the stock is falling today, good for newbies coming in and good for accumulators. Now we wait for some new and good news. Thx for all the insight. I hope you are right....could use a lift here. Same as all of us longs.

TJ....those are all the old hat filings from back at that time. And those are the debt holders. We can only hope that WFYW will be part of the Lightyear/Libra Merger. We can only hope, but with Sherm at the helm in writing......we have a chance.

TJ.....all I can personally can confirm....and this is Confirmed.....WFYW could have been forced to Chapter 11 about 2 years ago....thereabouts. But there are some very serious names out there that I have heard who are holding about 20 or 30 million in purchased stock. If WFYW was going belly-up, this would have happened long ago. But there would be no winners in that game. So the debt holders allowed the stock to nebulate over these past two years. Now, with Lightyear back on the Press and merger Libra.....and Henderson still at the helm, we do indeed have the potential for a rebirth. That is all I can tell you.....others simply don't know. But I do know we will see a rebound. Buy low now, hold.

TJ....just checked in with some of the old guys who are longs. Seems you are correct, there is a lot of industry buzz out there about WFYW coming back to life. Thanks again for the head's up. I am looking for the positive run-up. Time to jump in right now when it's still selling for free...!!

TJ....thank you for the update. Now, all I want you to be is correct in your speculation. .0035 - .0040 is the highest this stock has been in the last year or so. So power be with us my friend....I want to see a winner same as you and everyone else. If old Sherm still has "say so" in Wherify.....and the Libra partnership is real.....we could finally be on the road to recovery for WFYW...!! Thanks again for update.

TJ.....your speculation is probably in good order. The industry buzz about Wherify is that they will resurface...no pump here, just the buzz. And for the same reasons I stated earlier. You have investors and debt holders who are heavily leveraged with WFYW stock. They easily could have called in their poker chips a long time ago. But that would only mean they would have forced WFYW to dissolve all of their assets. They would have redeemed 1/10ths of pennies on the dollar. As a result, WFYW remains alive and in my estimation, will resurface and be a winner again one day. It has been a long time since I saw .0035 as a trade price.

Question will be whether Wherify WFYW will still be in the circle or not. I thought they went separate ways long ago when the recession hit and funds dryed up.....I don't see Wherify mentioned anywhere.....so what makes you think they will resurface with Sherm...? Past association only...?

Thx TJG for the current events. I figured old Sherm went South long ago and they (WFYW) were still looking for a new merger partner.....that's an interesting update. For the sake of all us old investors, I hope it happens soon. Thx again.

Not sure how many of you know the history here. I am long long long investor....the debt holders for this company never forced Chapter 11....why..??...because they would only lose all their investment. This stock will resurface. It has had it's ups and downs,once traded at over $6.00 a share. I believe once Venture Capital free's up, or some type of merger takes place, we will see WFYW take on new life. Seeing 1.1 million shares trade today was a surprise to me. Looks like the stock is waking up finally.

My thoughts are that we will see the Pinks updated along with the next Press Release, which should be in the next two weeks. I maintain that he is laying these announcements out in layers....and each successive announcement will bring more scope and power to ONCO. This could be partnerships, mergers, acquisitions....but something BIG is cooking. So let the nickel-dime players sell their stock for free. Me, I am holding until the big news hits, and the serious revenue growth is reported. It took Dr. Walker 16 months for the most recent Press Release, so this is a very strategic professional. We are on the cusp of something big.

Yup, and there is not much more to do than the notes I sent to Dr. Walker and the conversations I have had. Only good thing is that he told me we would see monthly press releases. So this would indicate to me, that we will see more Growth related updates. So I stand by my last thought....this stock will be one heck of a winner as the months progress forward. Hold Hold Hold.

Thoughts on ONCO....I have a perception to share with everyone. I believe Dr. Walker does not care about current stock value at .01 or .012 or .009....I believe he knows this stock will trade at a much higher value once his Financials are posted and further developments are revealed to us in his next PR in 3 weeks and successive PRs. So when he see's the stock move from .005 to .016....very little impact to him. I think he KNOWS that Onco will reach much more serious plateaus. And that is why no one should be selling at these insane low values...not even the nickel-dime players...!!

My recent note to Dr. Walker.....

Dr. Walker:

ONCO fever has fallen off dramatically. And I find this sad in light of such a great, great Press Release. Whoever you are using for your Media Relations, even after you forwarded my observations about missing the boat on not hitting all of the most popular Trading Networks.......they seem to not care that much about getting the word out with more visibility.

And as a result, the fever-pitch is dying off somewhat.....compared to 10 days ago when the "anticipation" of Press Release was driving stock price high........add that to lack of financials posted.....and we are losing ground.

Anyway, I feel an obligation to share this with you, as I feel I have the sense of market pulse on ONCO. And I recognize that many other good things may be taking place beyond my scope of knowledge.....yet, I feel the fundamentals of communication are very critical when looking for Institutional and Private Investors.

Somebody caved in and moved off the Ask of .012....based on the volume, nickel-dime seller. By the way, I sent a note to Doc and asked when will we see financials....still awaiting reply.

According to what your expectations are for cash in. Me...I am cooked. I invested serious $$ in the old company, pre-Walker days. So I have to sit and wait for the train. Can't afford to bail until it hits about .30 a share or more. And, if Institutional Investors put some real $$ behind this company.....we could see a skyrocket price. Look at what they do, seed prostate cancer, plan seeding...and minimize capital expenditure for the hospitals....and reduce health care costs for the patient. If some serious Investors see the potential here, sky is the limit.

Banjo.....I think we missed the PR launch boat when Doc did not hire a Press Relations Agency who at least had enough common sense to publicize on all major trading networks, especially with a PR with that much strength and clear potential for ONCO. So had they hit the major networks, I would bet we would be at .04 or higher by now.....Interesting how technical people are often not good business people.....

Everyone.....shoot for the deuce...... .02 .02+ .02 +++......only the less informed are selling low.

Mkinhw......I sent that same message of concern in my email to him. And spoke to him "live" today. He told me the financials will be posted soon. He also told me another PR will come out in a few weeks, with more info. I don't want to make a pest of myself to him, since he shares openly with me and I then share with all of you. I still maintain, we have an incredible winner, particularly when institutional investors are calling him. Hold your shares, and if you do sell, let it be at .02 a share....nothing less.

To All: Friday, 9:10 am. I just spoke to Dr. Walker and advised him of the poor coverage on the PR. He received my email, and sent it to his Public Relations Manager....he acknowledged our concerns about inadequate coverage...and he is trying to correct it via his Press Manager. I told him that as of this morning, we still did not have the News showing on Yahoo Finance or TD Ameritrade. He recognizes the concern, but also told me that he is receiving many calls from new investors, serious investors....and he recognizes that not showing up on Yahoo or TD is not good. He is trying to correct.

Bader...only automated message from their main email site. I am going to call him again today and make him aware of how we missed the major benefit of the announcement since it never showed up on Yahoo or TD Ameritrade....

pmunch....OK...at least that explains why we haven't seen anything posted yet. So I guess we are at least 2 weeks away from an update as a worst case. I will let you all know if he returns my message via email.

To All: I just sent Dr. Walker a message....advised him that his Press Release did not reach most of the major trading networks and Finance pages of most viewed websites. I used TD Ameritrade and Yahoo Finance as examples. Also told him that unless he posts financials we are losing investor interest. And losing the full potential of such a great Press Release. Am awaiting reply from him.

Ita....thank you. Of course the day boys are hoping for the best on a short term blowout. It's what they do. With the PR that came out, if the news wire was more popular as a source, you would have to think the stock price would accelerate. We couldn't be selling on speculation last week at 01.6 and this week at sub-penny. Good news should drive it up, not down. Bit of a mystery here. Lack of financials.

Dustin...would think that Doc Walker will figure this out when he see's PPS lagging. Not sure if more newswire releases from different sources yet to come.

No...my conversation was more around "when" will the PR come out. Sell price is curiously down now. Doubloon probably correct, needs more Press on bigger wires....
