I don't think anyone wanted to fly from Smyrna to the Caribbean, I think the idea was to retask some of the planes Region had to the Caribbean routes they want to open up.
well, as I understand the webcast it wasn't VIVA that backed out of the RegionsAir acquistion, it was them demanding 6mil in cash for the purchase.
well, that's up to 10 mil in financing. The question now is WTF will they do with it? The Regions Air deal is dead in the water I guess...wonder what made them go from the original deal to wanting all cash?
the price was going sideways b/c MM's wanted shares.
someone is buying a bunch while ARCA corals the price.
nice to finally have someone on board full time that is a veteran of the airline industry as well eh? lol
why do you say that Tom?
If they have completed the RegionsAir deal that gives them a LOT of planes and millions of dollars in annual revenue. With the planes from the RA deal they can re-task a few of them to open up the Caribbean routes they want to fly.
the PR machine is revving up....
Yes they have. and No they have said they will not perform a R/S. Buyback and retired shares is how they would lower the o/s.
That's simply not true.
The case study releases the CNES price structure which shows how much more signifcant the savings are to utility companies. it is also in response to an RFI FROM the utility company. the review of this study is what will lead to contracts for CNES. This is the second step in the 3 step process for getting a contract award. How is that NOT significant?
NEWS OUT!

VALENCIA, CA, Mar 08, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- ConectiSys Corporation (OTC BB: CNES), a developer of automatic meter reading technologies, announced today that its automatic meter reading Case Study has been submitted for review to its Local Utility Distribution Company (UDC) and other related industry concerns.
A recent request for information from the Company's local UDC is expected to reveal that the use of the Company's H-Net(TM) automatic meter reading system exceeds the net present value of manual monthly meter reading systems. The Company believes that its research has demonstrated that, on average, single manual monthly meter reading costs are nearly twice that of the costs of the Company's H-Net(TM) automatic meter reading system for streaming time of use data (STOUD) of 2,880 meter reads during a standard monthly reporting period (See AMR Business Case Study).
The Company's fundamental development philosophy has been to deliver added value to the utilities market. The Company's product design goals have been to out-perform metering operations at a lower cost while delivering real-time of use energy consumption data.
Additional information can be found in the Company's March 2006 Monthly Report to shareholders. The Monthly Report discusses, among other things, recent pilot program developments and marketing efforts. The Monthly Report is available on the Company's website at (ConectiSys.com).

I don't think I said skyrocket in a few days. I believe this will go up and continue to, with the normal give and take. Just because the MR was expected, is not a reason to sell. Just because there hasn't been an announcement from CNES yet, doesn't mean there won't be one in the near future.
This technology is coming fast. Utility companies are in a big hurry to get and install this kind of money saving technology - i think short term here we will see very significant gains for this stock. Check the charts, this puppy is strong and growing every day.
a couple of months? LOL...ok...make sure to wrap up those shares you give to the MM's in a nice pretty bow. :-P
this is NOT a news release or press release. it IS their monthly report to investors on what they are up to. News will come in the form of a PR. Just b/c their monthly report doesn't say they have a contract or contracts doesn't mean something isn't in the works. They have always maintained, as far as I know, that news when it is available will be released via the normal newstreams, NOT in an MR.
I agree...there is no way billions of shares have been traded and this has risen from the cellar on pure hype over what might be in the MR...JMO tho.

Do your own due diligence, I only express my opinions.
why would this go down? all of this buying/movement hasn't been from purely hype about the MR, this is what most people who follow CNES were expecting out of the MR.
don't use it...i use etrade d'oh!
yeah...fill the gap.
Looks like a little B/A manipulation here....there doesn't appear to be massive selling or anything.
Let's it hear it for your gut eh Tom? lol...some news would be helpful!
I think we see a move up this afternoon gapping in to Monday. Depending on the MR, it's anybody's guess.
Yeah, death drop. I hate bashers. It opened and closed at the same price...
ARCA is definitely holding this between certain points for someone - who that is is anyone's best guess.
ARCA is coraling this thing for other MM's...........
I think this will move up again once the mm's have all the shares they need.
I don't know that I would call it turbulence. Patience is needed. With the buys going through right now I would say they are loading the boat.
Well, I can say this...I have a buy order partially filled @ 13 sitting there. And I know several other of my family members trying to buy in and aren't getting filled.
Is anyone getting orders filled at these levels? It looks like selling is being allowed but no buy orders are getting filled, at least to me or my family and friends.
too bad for what? more than likely you're just seeing mm's trading shares.
agreed, it's always a good tell when they want to buy shares. They don't deal in crap.
I think in the next day or two a Golden Crossover is gonna form on this sucker as well, and then BOOM! Look at the charts, they could be MM manipulated I guess...but, you gotta use something to make a best guestimate - and they look VERY strong.
honestly, everyone keeps saying this is going up on speculation. But, with the volume and amount of accumulation going on, I don't know how it can be *JUST* speculation, know what I mean?
I would love to see an update or PR, although I don't hold my breath. These guys are the real deal and ONLY announce something when it's all set and ready to go. Not the typical penny stock company that announces when the CEO broke wind. So, I would, IMO put this to someone knows something the general public doesn't.
I know I love blue light specials. Up from here!
meethinks you're seeing MM's trading shares.
If anybody thinks this is just a momo play I believe it's misguided. JMO of course. You don't trade billions of shares like this has been for the past few weeks on just a momo play. Something bigger is lurking here.
Agreed. .001 is a great re-entry point IMO. We'll see how many shares the MM's actually let go at that price.
I will say this stock is NOT for the faint of heart. GLTY
MM's have taken this down on low volume. (relatively low volume) there are big chunks of buys going on here if you're watching. I don't think anything has 'petered' out. JMO though
chart lookin' sweeeeeeeeeeeeeet
after lunch to EOD will be very telling for the coming week. > .0028 close would be very doable IMO
charts starting to look better. Accumulation is going on FINALLY.
this volume is unbelievable eh?
