Could this stock be anymore more exciting in terms of what lies ahead?
All this expanded, deeper drilling and amazing results.
Shining Tree.
The worldwide panic about REEs availability.
It's a no-brainer and we're all going to do very well. Those of us with patience anyway.
Someone should confirm that with Merle.
Awesome video. Realizing the full potential of what we're all invested in is enough to make a cat laugh...
I wish I had a time machine so I could tell you what SRSR's pps will be in 5 years, but I'm imagining something well over $20. :)
I can't wait to hear about Shining Tree. But I have a suspicion that when Merle said they're working on something big he "can't even hint about," he's referring to Nemegosenda... Only time will tell I guess...
You might be right, however... If there is a surprise announcement in the coming months, I don't want to be on the outside looking in. The potential for SRSR to explode is absolutely huge.
You're insane for selling down here, but hey if you need the money that badly and you're willing to walk away from the stock of a lifetime...
Anyone expecting a PR in September?
I have a gut feeling we're going to get some sudden HUGE news in the next few months. Exciting times for the longs...
The volume is a joke too. Most of us own as many, or a big percentage, of the number of shares traded in today's session alone.
Can someone please do that math, just to put a big smile on our faces?
Also, did anyone ever update the "10 Reasons to Buy SRSR" list?
I would imagine Scott's response would be, "I'm the CEO let me handle this stuff." Sounds like he's already working hard on many fronts, perhaps even a deal like you guys are suggesting. But you never know and it couldn't hurt to ask.
Sure wish we could get some kind of update...
Yeah, if you look at the yearly chart it looks like a textbook double-bottom.
Here's hoping. During the last couple of weeks I was starting to feel like SRSR was trying to fill a gap in my ***.
Great post, Webpence. Completely agree.
Maybe it's cruel but I'd love to see surprise news or a sudden reversal and see these sellers get burned.
I wish we could clone you. :)
This attitude is why we've been sliding for weeks. Everyone predicts the slide to continue so they bail and the lower pps becomes a self fulfilling prophecy. That "investor" then increases their position at everyone elses expense.
Not much fun. However, I don't intend to sell any shares until next July, so it doesn't really matter. When that time comes, I'll be kicking myself for not buying more at these prices, whether it's .08 or .06.
So who cares where the pps goes in the next few weeks? I know where it's going in a few months or less and that's north...
I bought more as well.
I don't care how far the pps sinks short term. I only wish I had more funds to keep buying shares that are going to ultimately increase in value by 1000%.
I have a hunch OptionsDealer is going to miss out on some serious $$$. Why not just leave your money here and ride it a minimum of 12 months...?
I'm hoping to walk with a cool million bucks or so and pay short term tax.
If Scott and co have indeed found financing to continue drilling etc., is that something they HAVE to inform shareholders about at some point? Or is there no obligation to disclose that kind of information? Does being on the pinks mean they can operate however they seem fit?
They sure are quiet about their multi-billion dollar backyard.
Isn't there another tiny gap down here somewhere? Could it be part of the reason we're slowly sinking...?
Sure looking forward to the next PR.
That could be a terrible mistake, but if you really need to...
When will this break happen? Tomorrow? This week?
How is that possible with no volume, no buyers and seemingly no interest?
Don't get me wrong, I'd love you to be correct. But the little pessimist on my left shoulder is kicking the ass of the little optimist on my right shoulder.
Gotcha. Seems bizarre that he has no clue what's going on with one of the company's properties, but maybe he's been instructed to play it cool.
Sounds like they should save some $$$ and replace Merle with an answer machine or an automated email response.
Has anyone asked Merle when we might expect an update on Shining Tree?
So what's the deal with the technical analysis of today's chart?
I was optimistic last night after reading about the potential for today's trading based on the indicators. But we never saw the expected rise in pps and I'm sitting here with a case of "Blue Bollingers."
Any signs we go up next week? A few weeks ago, I told a friend we'd be back at .209 or more before the end of August. Don't make a liar out of me, SRSR, because it means I'll owe my friend a free dinner.
I don't blame you and other longs at all, but clearly we can't get off the ground because those who accumulated massive amounts sub-penny are selling chunks to pay for various things.
It's also because SRSR is a pink sheet. When I told my father-in-law about the stock and its potential, he was interested right up until the point I told him it's a pinkie. There's no way he'll ever invest in a pink sheet and he's not alone, sadly...
We all know it's going UP. It's not a matter of if, only when. If you don't realize that, I feel sorry for you. You're going to miss out on some serious profits.
And if investors aren't going to discuss their knowledge on this message board, what exactly would you like them to discuss? Sport? Movies?
I'm trying to sell another stock so I can pick up more SRSR in the next hour.
I tend to agree with you. Assuming all investors are going to do the right amount of DD is putting far too much faith in the inherent laziness of mankind. People today want everything spoon-fed to them, including investors who might be willing to ride this from .08 to $1 if they only knew what SRSR is sitting on.
Heck, 99.9999% of people on this planet don't even know what Niobium is!
What % of Sarissa's resources is reflected in the current pps? It's pitiful, right? Enough to make a cat laugh.
I hope we see .20s again soon, not because I want to sell, just because they looked so darn pretty.
A free beer with every purchase of 10,000 shares would help too.
I would actually say anything under .20 is a buy and I've read others on here suggesting anything under a buck is still a buy!
Realistically though, I probably won't continue to add once we're over .10 I've accumulated 310k shares and that's enough for me to buy a house in a couple of years when we hit $2 or more.
It's so funny... the contrast between people's perspectives on SRSR.
I talked a friend into investing and he freaks out when it drops a penny. When I suggest he buys more and averages down, he thinks I'm insane.
I, on the other hand, keep adding to my position whenever I have extra dough. Just picked up another 3250 cheapies.
Guess who will have the last laugh...
I tend to agree, Web. It's 2009 not 1979. Get your inter-tubes site up to date already. I'm sure there's some zitfaced 12 year old hacker who'll do it for $50 and a pizza.
So what kind of resistance are we looking up at? .10? .12? .15?
I love the churn because it's healthy, but it's as dull as watching C-SPAN.
Come on, Phil. Plug that gap and let's go up a penny.
Getting closer... then UP we go...
Doberman, alas no PM: I did come within 2ft of her at a premiere on Mon night! But you're right, that's likely as close as I'll get outside of my dreams. :)
We all know it needs to touch .09 before heading back up so let's make that happen! Watching the price caress the mid-.09s is a bigger tease than Angelina Jolie playing with my zipper.
