TRUTH
Lol, I read it and it's another grasp at the near impossible.
I think you're stuck and grabbing at anything and everything you can to prevent your loss in this suspended stock and all that will unfold in the coming days and weeks.
Opinions, everyone's got one and the truth will come to light very soon.
Can't wait for your response when the "S" hits the fan...
Then why all the continued speculative conjecture about a stock and the players behind it that are currently dealing with 3 SEC suspensions?
Please don't respond with the idea that Ibeto is free and clear from this dilemma....because they are NOT!
It's based off an "opinion" by others that have informed the SEC...thus the suspension of 3 related stocks.
There are opinions on BOTH sides of the equation as it pertains to CYPE and the other tickers.
The point IS, is that there is/was obviously enough questionable information for the SEC along with FINRA to suspend the stock.
As for the opinion that Ibeto will continue its projected intentions is clearly conjecture at best.
You, nor anyone here know for fact that Ibeto is even aware of what's been going on the past few months, nor what their intentions are going forward in relation to the current situation.
What's Ibeto going to do IF the $850 Million proposed financing by MILOST goes bust as it did with Unity Bank?
And as far as your assumption that Ibeto will still proceed with releasing their financials and start trading on an American exchange..... All you have is PR's by a Comapny that currently has 3 of their endeavors suspended!
Not to mention that I have a strong feeling there are going to be more in the very near future.
Why would anyone now want to invest in a Company (that's IF it even gets to being traded) that has been associated with SEC suspensions? And, that's only what the public is aware of at the moment.
I was planning to not post until the truth is released in the coming days/weeks, but the grasping at straws here is just too much!
There are over 6000 penny stocks that trade on the American exchanges and ONLY 3 have been halted within this quater, and all 3 have the same players involved.
So you now know what Ibeto was and is thinking? Or is that just your opinion.... Hmmmm.
Isn't that the same scenario that your attempting to discredit in regards to those that informed the Sec of suspect activities?...IE.... Opinions?
Here are some past and present DD info links and posts regarding MILOST..AKA Sigur Capital that you may find interesting IF you are willing to do some reading....

That should be enough to keep you going if your inclined to do so... I have much more, but don't want to overwhelm.
What is being clearly ignored or not discussed is that not 1, but 3 of the stocks associated with MILOST/Palewater/ Mandla Gwadiso have been suspended at the same exact time.
SO TRUE
Exactly and unfortunate for they know not, or do not want to except the reality and gravity of the situation that's coming.
Resolved is the key word here
No ones trying to "save" anyone... Btw, CYPE is done, toast, OVER. Those that are posting about its demise are just happy to see the SEC doing their job. End of story
Here's my last hint.... https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=141908359
Yup...but unfortunately I'm dealing with those that are clueless of what's about to happen.
It's at the point that I'd rather let the carnage unfold rather than placate the bagholders anger and ridiculous ideologies anymore.
I accomplished my desired effect, and am more than happy to just sit back and watch as they lash out with the normal regurgitated responses to an SEC suspension.
Time for me to spend my time doing DD on other stocks as this is TOAST!!
I think you may have missed this part from the SEC link...
All SEC investigations are conducted privately. Facts are developed to the fullest extent possible through informal inquiry, interviewing witnesses, examining brokerage records, reviewing trading data, and other methods. With a formal order of investigation, the Division's staff may compel witnesses by subpoena to testify and produce books, records, and other relevant documents. Following an investigation, SEC staff present their findings to the Commission for its review. The Commission can authorize the staff to file a case in federal court or bring an administrative action. In many cases, the Commission and the party charged decide to settle a matter without trial.

And how do you think you would respond to those that have suspected this to be a fraud IF (won't happen) all 3 stocks were to be reinstated? I know, and it's exactly the reponse your getting now from the other side of the equation. Suck it up!
THE BOTTON LINE HERE IS THIS
Players act like a rabid dog protecting its bone when the stock is running, but NOW the SEC has your bone and you're experiencing the other side of that equation....IE, those that suspected something wasn't right here are now the ones cheering. Weeeeeeeeee
Oh, and another point. Almost everyone here knows or suspects that Pinky Land plays are scams, but yet you're thinking that this one is part of the 2% even after its suspended by the SEC! Too funny
You've got it backwards...The SEC doesn't suspend trading in a stock and then start their investigation. The do their investigation and THEN suspend it.
Heres a question for you... Have you contacted The Ibeto Group?!
As for your statement regarding someone trading in a stock and then turning around an informing the authorities about suspect activities being "wrong"... Uh, that's how it works, so get over it already!

Are you forgetting that there were 2 other stocks that were suspended under the same players?
It's not interesting at all because it was a direct response to another posters post. I could of included the entire page of info that would have not been necessary. Thanks again
I'm guilty of gloating just as others are when a stock is running. Turnabout is fair play and THAT is exactly what has unfolded here. You wouldn't believe the PMs I've recieved over the past few months.
I've unfortunately been in a few SEC suspensions over the past 15 years and they are NEVER good, ever!
I've seen this before by some, it's an effort to get out with the least amount of loss! End of story.
Lol... That was copied DIRECTLY from the SEC site. See the link attached at the bottom. Nice try though.
This part makes my laugh indeed
"I think it was something that was executed because of certain people having a hateful heart condition mixed with some egos. Think about it... the new management of CYPE were trying to turn something that was previously bad into something to be very good for shareholders. Wait, if something is bad is it forced to always remain bad? No, it should not be. I could see if it was a lot of bad dilution dumping on shareholders, but there wasn't any."
Egos? That's rich
There is a pervasive ideology that exists in Pinky Land....
1. If you made money on a specific stock, then you shouldn't make any statements about its credibility.
2. If you're not in the stock, then you shouldn't be making any statements unless there positive.
3. If you're making negative and/or suspect statements about the "good people" turning something "bad into something good", then you have a hateful heart and/or ego.
4. If you spend a lot of time questioning a Companies validity then you're "bad", but if you spend a lot of time making positive statements about the Company, then you're "good".
It's as if you're about to get hit by a massive storm and the ones warning people are "bad" and the ones saying it's harmless are "good" even though the sirens are blaring. Self interest much?
Will trading automatically resume after ten days?
It depends on the market where the stock trades. Different rules apply in different markets.
For stocks that quote in the OTC market (which includes stocks quoted on the Bulletin Board and OTC Link (f/k/a Pink Sheets)), quoting does not automatically resume when a ten-day suspension ends. Before OTC stock quoting can resume after a suspension period, SEC regulations require a broker-dealer to review specific information about the company in accordance with Exchange Act Rule 15c2-11 and FINRA Rule 6432. If a broker-dealer does not have confidence that a company's financial statements are reasonably current and accurate in all material respects, especially in light of the questions that may have been raised by the SEC suspension action, then a broker-dealer may not publish a quote for the company's stock. The OTC markets function through dealer systems where only broker-dealers may quote and facilitate trading in OTC stocks.
In contrast to stocks that trade in the OTC market, stocks that trade on an exchange resume trading as soon as an SEC suspension ends.
If the suspended stock resumes trading, why is it trading at a much lower price?
The trading suspension may raise serious questions and cast doubts about the company in the minds of investors. While some investors may be willing to buy the company's stock, they will do so only at significantly lower prices.
Take precautions following an SEC trading suspension: check for reliable information.
Investors should be very cautious in considering an investment in a stock following a trading suspension. At the very least, investors should assure themselves that they have current and reliable information about a company before investing.
Research the Company: Always research a company before buying its stock, especially following a trading suspension. Consider the company’s finances, organization, and business prospects. This type of information often is included in filings that a company makes with the SEC.
Review the Company’s SEC Filings: This information is free and can be found on the Commission’s EDGAR filing system. Some companies are not required to file reports with the SEC. These are known as “non-reporting” companies. Investors should be aware of the risks of trading the stock of such companies, as there may not be current and accurate information that would allow investors to make an informed investment decision.
Be Skeptical: Investors should always ask why someone provides them a “hot” tip. Investors should also do their own research and be aware that information from online blogs, social networking sites, and even a company’s own website may be inaccurate and sometimes intentionally misleading:
If current, reliable information about a company and its stock is not available, investors should consider seriously whether this may be a good investment.

I've NEVER seen a Suspended Grey Pinky play gap open higher.
The only MM that would file the 211 would have to be out of their mind to get it out of Grey Land!
CYPE = GAME OVER
Just have to be patient and wait just like you do before the RM Company is announced. :).
