Watch this next move
Chart setup nice short term wedge and support at .0321 I agree alot of positives looking forward poised for a breakout soon
We all know Eaph has nothing in the MJ Market.. It's called speculation.. Most of us know that but thanks for reminding us every other day.
Like I said pullback before next move up this is not news just updates
This stock can easily be manipulated by someone with capital so don't pay attention to that. Happens all the time the cream rises to the top.
Any way enough philosophy lets dig in for this next move which may pull back a bit before the gap up IMO. Unless news comes Wed All thoughts welcome
It actually says other pertinent updates, I take that to mean updates pertaining to prior news/press releases and remember the LOI's.?
I have made tens of thousands by holding on to stocks like this but only in highly speculative stocks in sectors that were hot. I only invest in one of these at a time. Don't take this as a recommendation
for this stock because if you don't believe ALL of your capital invested here is at risk you shouldn't put down a nickel.. There is no way to know for sure . One thing is FOR SURE pot will continue to be decriminalized and taxed that's a no brainer Wether Eaph has the negotiating skill and connections and enough financing to secure viable partners and get on the train no one knows. This industry is going to be fraught with scams and set backs. So you got to ask yourself if you are willing to hang on and find out and risk ALL your Money it's that simple. Most aren't and many have made some money getting in on the news and bailing quick that is Almost always the only way to make money in penny stocks. There will be high volatility here even with any deal here. So get used to the pain that's part of investing. You can't sugar coat this shit it's risky.
Institutional investors will be getting in soon, hopefully eaph can make an alliance in Canada before the big money rolls in. Let's stay with this until we see otherwise. A deal in Canada would be better than US this stock is on shaky ground with no deals or business plan they better get it moving..
Looks like Wall st. is getting in on the action.. Funny how sentiment can change so quickly..http://www.marketwatch.com/story/canadas-new-marijuana-laws-set-stage-for-growth-2014-04-17
You left his part out BR The company has cash at its disposalwhich it intends on using to enhance its prospects in any industry with the best growth prospects.

@EastonPharma Dear Sir. We are trying to diversify the company as you have suggested to different sectors and products.
Correction... Viable products
The de-facto legalization in Canada helps this company insulate itself from US Red Tape lots of irons in the fire with this stock.
Low market cap and access to financing some patents and some very products Hmmm.
Huffington post from Wednesday Like I said politicians can't resist a cash cow..key words PROHIBITION JOBS AND REAL TAX REVENUE This sector is a slam dunk in the long run.
More than a year after Colorado voters passed Amendment 64, which legalized marijuana for recreational use, and less than three months after the first retail sales began, legalization's popularity appears to be growing in the state.
That's according to a survey released Wednesday by Public Policy Polling, which found that 57 percent of Colorado voters now approve of marijuana legalization while only 35 percent disapprove -- a 22-point difference. Amendment 64 passed by only a 10-point margin.
"It's obvious that as people see the concrete benefits of legalizing marijuana with their own eyes, support will continue to go up," said Marijuana Majority's Tom Angell. "A convincing majority of Colorado voters opted to end prohibition on Election Day in 2012, and now that real jobs and real tax revenue are being created, it makes sense that more and more people who were previously skeptical are starting to get on board."
The PPP survey also asked what effect marijuana legalization has had on the state. Coloradans split three ways on that question, with 31 percent saying legalization has made Colorado "better," 33 percent saying the state is "worse," and 30 percent saying legalization hasn't made much of a difference at all.
Only 6 percent of phone respondents told PPP, a Democratic-affiliated polling firm, that they had used marijuana since it became legal, while 17 percent of Internet respondents admitted to post-legalization use.
In February, a Quinnipiac poll similarly found that 58 percent of Colorado voters approved of marijuana legalization. However, 51 percent of Quinnipiac's respondents felt that legal weed hurt the state's wholesome reputation.
Colorado dispensaries certainly felt supported in January, the first month of retail marijuana, when the shops generated about $14 million in sales.
Gov. John Hickenlooper (D) recently announced that he expects the combined sales from legal medical and recreational marijuana in the state to reach nearly $1 billion in the next fiscal year. About $600 million of that is projected to come from just recreational sales. The state stands to collect at least $134 million in taxes and fees.

You have no way of knowing that anything you say is true. This is and always has been a risky investment so if you can't handle losses get a real job no risk = no gain put your money in a cd next time and spare everyone the whining.
The SEC should take a look at Seeking Alpha the biggest pumpers on the Internet.
Thats great news that management is addressing the issues that Seeking Alpha came out with. Shows some integrity and that this not a P & D. nice spot on the candlestick charts right now. A reversal is ripe almost put in a triple bottom and held resistance. A favorable interview and news could put this stock on the radar. The SEC halting trading on 2 stocks in the sector is just a shot across the bow to warn investors and these pump and dump boiler rooms that they are watching. Integrity and caution in the Pr's is a good thing probably why we haven't got any news as you know the last thing any of these companies wan't now is the SEC on their ass. Growlife
(Phot) was a legitimate business and SA even recommended the stock as one of the best plays in the sector a couple months back. Look it up. Growlife has been marketing hydroponic equipment for years. This SEC thing will blow over after awhile and the negative press will give way to the stories about the tax revenue these states will be harvesting if you know what I mean. The Media will be influenced by the $$$ and the politicians staring this cash cow down right now. Just like prohibition "The Federal Gov't is just waiting for more states to take the political hit before they sign on on. Only difference is it won't require an amendment to the constitution like prohibition so it will happen much quicker. The reasons are the same legalize pot because the economy sucks we need jobs and we need to line our pockets and start the pork barrel spending again. This is history repeating self just do a little research on prohibition and you will find the parallel uncanny.
Looks like mdrm is targeting the pain management sector of th MJ industry
MDRM is a canadian startup can't find much on it but someone knows something because the chart is almost a flag. Interesting
Some of those shares are held by management and shareholders that will not sell because of their personal interests
correct farmer like I said techs are great now watch for late buying positive close
Could be a late buying day again
Technicals are right on for the move on news
Exact setup as expected get in now maybe slight pull back before gap up. Maybe not
Of course that late buying was in anticipation of some news, but if it doesn't come we may have a pullback and profit taking a couple more sessions then gap up upon GOOD NEWS. Hopefully the LOI's are over
and SOME ROI'S are coming.
I think were going to see that 500k (that someone says they don't have)Deposited in someones account soon. Why Escrow 500k? If you don't think your going to make a deal? I wan't to see a deal with some revenue then .15 is don't look back territory.
Glad someone on here has some stones. Very bullish setup and bounce off the double bottom will see if its a dead cat. Not enough for a solid reversal but lookin that way.
Approaching double bottom on weaker volume than last dip. Sellers are getting where they need to be. SO predictable. Right here is going to tell. Any positive news will be a big reversal.
You want Due diligence? Stay thirsty my friends.
There were, however, several loopholes for people to legally drink during Prohibition. For instance, the 18th Amendment did not mention the actual drinking of liquor.
Since Prohibition went into effect a full year after the 18th Amendment's ratification, many people bought cases of then-legal alcohol and stored them for personal use.
The Volstead Act allowed alcohol consumption if it was prescribed by a doctor. Needless to say, large numbers of new prescriptions were written for alcohol.
Almost immediately after the ratification of the 18th Amendment, organizations formed to repeal it. As the perfect world promised by the Temperance movement failed to materialize, more people joined the fight to bring back liquor.
The anti-Prohibition movement gained strength as the 1920s progressed, often stating that the question of alcohol consumption was a local issue and not something that should be in the Constitution. DO WE SEE ANY REPEATING HISTORY HERE HMMM.
Additionally, the Stock Market Crash in 1929 and the beginning of the Great Depression started changing people's opinion. People needed jobs.
The government needed money. Making alcohol legal again would open up many new jobs for citizens and additional sales taxes for the government. Copy it and google it for yourself.
Now do do we see history repeating itself? Copy and google it. I think so. Hope and change isn't going to get you a free cab ride you still got to pay the fare plus tax. Eaph as good as any play in this market.
According to an oft-cited report by ArcView Market Research, the legal marijuana market may top $2.3 billion in sales this year. Investors have undoubtedly been keeping a close eye on this market, but note that this is the potential size of the marijuana sales. This industry faces a number of challenges that could hinder its growth, including regulatory threats and the broader debate over decriminalizing use of the drug. While restrictions on marijuana have been eased in some states, it's important to remember that the drug is illegal at the federal level. Additionally, many marijuana stocks are incredibly risky penny stocks, and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority has even issued a warning that investors must beware of marijuana stock scams.
I completely agree with the risky nature of penny stocks but you have got love this because there are no debates, when it comes to tax revenue. In the world of politicians its called show me the money and its there and just like alcohol its another cash cow so surprisingly there will be very little debate when the next budget and deficit numbers come out.Laughable. 2.3 billion is a drop in the bucket look at alcohol sales and tax revenue. Pahhleessse Its going to be irresistible
Low market cap and all these impatient sellers setting this up for a big move too bad you lost money youll be back hope you don't make the same mistake twice but that is what happens when people invest money they can't afford to lose thats whats happenning here classic example reading these posts.
A trade show is a very small piece of a marketing plan. This news is already old news. Has already been digested in the price.
.0425 looks like temp bottom .038 Fib could happen but if news is positive up up and away in my beautiful balloon.. in for 50k here this ones a gamble folks
