If there are no gold/diamond recovered numbers and no description of plans to wildly expand farming, what possible info is left to move the stock price UP?
FR may say something like this:
----------
Doug Evans visited each of the Paramount Chiefs and made additional leases with them for dredging properties and for agriculture.
The company has all five dredges operating and will announce initial production numbers in the PR to be released in April.
PS: The kirri trees have grown an additional 2 feet.
----------
I really hope they include dredging/recovered gold numbers from February.
Wait, Thanks for the info. Early April for PR.
That is great news. So I wonder what is going to be in the FR next week. No new big Ag expansion news or gold or diamond numbers. Hmmm?
According to Wait, John still hasn't received numbers from the field. Well almost 4 weeks since February.
So 4 weeks after 31 March is MAY. And then it has to go thru their internal board of directors/lawyer process before any PR is released. Say mid-May.
What? So we may have an FR with NO production numbers on gold or diamonds?
Tell me it isn't so.
Raw diamond prices still going up (never hurts to hear it again)
March 2011:
Rough diamond prices could surge by 25% this year
The new processing
plant at Gem’s Letseng
mine in Lesotho.
London, England --- MININGREVIEW.COM --- 16 March 2011 - Rough diamond prices may surge more than 25% this year, driven by the almost insatiable demand from China, India and the United States, according to leading global diamond producer Gem Diamonds Limited.
“Most people in the industry continue to be surprised by the voracious appetite from the Chinese consumer for diamonds,” Gem CEO Clifford Elphick said in an interview here. “I would be surprised if we don’t achieve plus 25%.
”De Beers, the largest diamond miner by sales, said last month it might raise output by 21% to full capacity by the end of 2012 to meet extraordinary demand from China and India. Global prices of rough, or unpolished, diamonds gained 26% last year, surpassing pre-recession highs, according to data compiled by WWW International Diamond Consultants Limited.
“Prices have continued to rise substantially,” Elphick said by phone. “Demand is almost insatiable. The American consumer is coming back with much greater confidence, Chinese demand is extremely strong, and India demand is very strong.”
Gem ? based in London and operating in southern Africa and Australia ? said in a statement that full-year net income had risen to US$20.2 million, from US$15.5 million as prices increased.
Should have FR by late next week right?
For those who have talked to John.
Sounds like SGCP doesn't want to be known for "havesting" diamonds, but truthfully, diamonds could be as profitable as the gold recovery and I think easier to find (no refining and paying out for refining needed).
With a pool of 2 billion shares.
I'm sure a way can be found.
Over $82,000 spent on buys on BORK today!!!!!
WoooooooW!
almost 244,000 shares traded
Essentially, the price not moving from $.002 to .0026 for weeks now and with low volume, says "I will wait until SGCP proves they can do it this time".
If SGCP comes thru, then 60 million to 200 million shares trades days coming.
If the FR is great next week,
let's all spam all the message boards and get the word out.
Otherwise we will just sulk.
revtruelove, thanks for info in FR coming.
We need monthly gold/diamond production numbers.
Then we will know if all the gushing optimism on this board is warranted (really hope it is - been disappointed just too many times).
GLTA
Will we see $1 ask today??????????
Hope so: armor, helmets, .. endless possibilities for kryron.
Imo Bork will impress. What I recall from early last year, they were firing AP rounds into a 1/4 thick piece of kryron-aluminum and it stopped several AP rounds.
Anyway, it should be great publicity.
Interesting to hear John Bourque in previous Tucson demo/video, that kryron-aluminum armor plate exceeded NIJ06 standards, and yet the armor never received official certification.
The PR said "Mexico" representatives. That says to me that Kryron must have the international patent in place for kryron.
One military contract and this company/stock is off to the races and winning (as Charlie would say it).
Of course not BORK. This is BORK's first development of helmet.
My point is there is a lot of financial potential for a better advanced combat helmet for our troops.
Liked this part from the press release.
The commercial and industrial applications for Kryron are almost innumerable. Ballistic armor is only the first commercialized application for Kryron. Bourque Industries is committed to creating good-paying American jobs, and the company anticipates it will create thousands of manufacturing positions in the next few years as it commercializes more product lines.
The media are invited to a live-fire demonstration of this new armor technology for Arizona elected officials, Mexican government representatives, and military and law enforcement personnel. The event will be very camera friendly, and company representatives and elected officials will be available for interviews.
Bourque Industries has already accepted a number of orders for its personal armor ballistic plates and continues to solicit further interest. Bourque Industries is also bidding on various other projects, such as manufacturing ballistic panels to reinforce military and civilian buildings, including courthouses.
Gotmilk, the "big sales" is with the military.
The Army comissioned/invited major players to come up with a new advanced combat helmet. And I think the first 2 trys/demos were failures.
I think BORK's new helmet based on kryluminum (new improved according to gussbee), is much better than what is current state of the art.
This is imo BIG.
Thanks YukonKing! Great news! Kinda validates Gussbee saying BORK/Dupont was working on the helmet.
Armor, helmets, transmission line wire, ???
$.0032 only a couple of months ago.
I just want the results for February. SGCP must have them by now.
PN, whether SGCP recovers 2000 oz of gold isn't going to change any of the life expectancy rate numbers or for that matter if they recovered 0 oz of gold. However it will affect the shareholders greatly.
The truth is we do not know whether it is 50 oz or 2000 oz. Let's have some balance because we don't know - that is the fact (since that seems to be a popular phrase on this board). The fact is we don't know, except they are still staying alive by selling the rest of the 2 billion shares.
The wars in many African nations is tragic, but also the unbelievable ravages from HIV/AIDs and malaria.
It's good that SGCP with Paramount Chiefs want a better quality of life for Sierra Leone.
Half the mining season is over. Dredging season ends usually sometime in late June. So far all we know is they are still selling shares to make ends meet. SGCP has published lab analysis on a hand scoop and maybe a half-day's worth of dredging concentrate.
Half the mining season over and they are still having to sell SGCP shares to make ends meet.
So no one on this board sees any warning sirens here?
Doesn't this sound a lot like 2010?
Where's EYE? We need some more balance on this board.
Rock, I agree with your facts.
But how many ounces of gold were recovered for February?
You are missing the fact we need.
Crops for 4 years,
Providing jobs/medicine
Recovering some gold/diamonds
Leases, etc.
Now we imo need the proof. Is it 50 ounce recovered across 4 dredges or 100 or 400 or 1000? Or is it even closer to zero ounces?
To all who keep repeating over and over again that dredging is going well/fantastic,
what happens if the results are disappointing again?
SGCP's track record is spoty at best.
How many ways can you say the same thing over and over again?
We need Doug/John to publish results. They should have February results when at least 4 dredges have been going full-time to their designated sites.
The evidence we have so far, they are still needing to sell shares for money, says the gold revenue has not kicked in so far or they are dredging much much less than most on this board have been posting. The reason they are rationing the selling of shares might be because they are very close to the legal/available limit.
We need proof .. real actual proof.
So far the only proof, we have is they are still continuing to sell shares - exactly what they have been doing for 4 years.
Youtube site also has a KOMO demo video.
The Tuscon armor appears 1/3 thinner to me vs the Komo armor plate.
On the Tuscon video, John Bourque said they were very close to working out some deal with a corporation. Must do it right, only one chance usually.
According to Gussbee, BORK is working with Dupont on armor and helments. We only need a Dupont to endorse/partner with BORK's kryron, and funding and other deals should stream in.
Need just one major corp to recognize and use kryron.
Penny, I disagree a bit. In Oct/Nov 2009, basically on FR's only,
the stock jumped from .0006 to .009 and volume jumped to over 200 million shares.
So we have plenty who know about/monitor the SGCP website/FRs.
Lack of volume and stock price returning to $.0021/.0022
says there is skepticism about SGCP conservative estimates.
Otherwise if investors believed in the conservative estimates the stock today would be at least in the $.008 range and fluctuating into the $.009s.
Basically most don't believe it.
I'm counting on it being true.
Wait, why are you "SURE"?
Should I dig up my front and back yard?
http://video.foxnews.com/v/4590659/huge-gold-nugget-found
Oops let me try link again: from Zeaphead:
from zeaphead on Bork.pk yahoo board:
Found this on YouTube - a news report about the armor and the new company:
I'm sure that management is compensated mostly in stocks.
So they should be motivated to make SGCP a financial success.
They think this is their year to be compensated big.
Thanks "Hot". More stringy stuff than KOMO demo. But looked like no round penetrated the armor.
Grawsha, didn't you say you saw no reason for share dilution due to gold/diamond production a couple of weeks ago? Now you are praising them for dilution?
actually Cork, I would prefer both.
The monthly for Feb would provide a specific time frame.
The end of quarter is fuzzy. Most of January had high river conditions, moving dredges, processing overburden. How much of March dredging is include in the end of quarter. All of March?, 1st 2 weeks was gold recovery cutoff point?
The monthly would give us an actual operational 4-dredges working sample.
With John not around, guess no FR this month.
Would be nice to know 1 month output with 4 dredges.
SGCP can make $millions/month on diamonds on the Sewa.
Another 100 tph dredge (or two) and wash plant seems like a good fit.
No reason not to go whole hog into diamonds also.
Site is back. Interesting that they list the
Industry: Precious Metals.
Competitor on Sewa River near Bo believe they can dredge $4 million in diamonds/month. I think they started in late January.
"According to Dolat, the stones found in the first test were mostly white with a few smaller yellow and green stones. The company estimates that, once polished, the first parcel will have a market value of US$$65,000.
"These initial tests have been very successful and with our finds averaging 0.40 carats per ton with the one- six carat stone found worth $40,000 after cutting ... As we move our operating capacity up to 1500 tons of gravel per day we can expect ... to average finding 600 carats of diamonds per day," added Mr. Hauck.
Consequently, Dolat believes that, based on the results and these estimates, it can expect to achieve almost $4m in total sales per month."
Site is down.
At least its almost up.
Armor - personal & vehicles
Utility lines
Electrical applications
No mention of Dupont though.
