Here's another one ( mnhg ) oilman, its an old one but it gives an idea about whats involved here. This cost was almost 20,000, the funny thing was thet eventually were delisted again. NOTE 9 - STATUS OF OTCBB LISTING
The Company was delisted from the Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB) exchange listing effective August 30, 1999. The Company was reinstated on December 29, 1999 to the OTCBB listing. The Company incurred expenses of $18,945 for this reinstatement. Effective May 23, 2001, the Company was delisted again from the OTCBB as a result of not filing its Form 10-KSB for the year ended December 31, 2000.
I'm using Ameritrade's streamer, it was the same yesterday too. I was hoping reinstatement would happen before the 1/4, but at this point in time you can't be picky lol Thanks for the info, .0005x.0006 sounds a lot better. I'm still thinking a string of pr's will hit the wires soon, this can't go on forever can it ? lol gl
Now the bid/ask is .0001 x .001 lol This is the kind of crap you have to put up with on pinks. They're treating this like a road-killed skunk, no one wants to touch it. I finally got to the front of the line ( line was very short ) and got a partial fill on my order @ .0005. This is it for me, I'm already second guessing myself on this buy. This co has a way of doing that to you lol. Ever see that movie " ground hog day " ? I hate that movie...... NEWS, any NEWS good OR bad, just address one of many issues here. Is that too much to ask ? Breathe some life into this corpse ( and this board ) gl all
Actually I think the real " longs " here handle it quite well compared to some boards I've seen. I'm confident of one thing, abaxis will get approval soon and that alone will give us a boost, thats jmo, not Andrews. Its nice to be relying on another co to get something done, something that will be in their best interest too. gl
We can ony hope so Oilman, if we have to sit in the dark then EVERYONE should lol . You were were talking about the time frame of being relisted and how long it should take. I'm still confused about the sfda approval in China for the abaxis products. Think about it, that first agreement ( Melet Schl. ) was signed in 1999 ! From what I understand most medical devices that meet certain requirements in other prominent countries ( U.S., France , Ger. ) usually get approved relatively easy. Whats interesting here is that is one thing you can't blame seih for, thoughts ?
Look, its obvious you don't agree with me, but when you say " On the Move
MCF getting relisting sorted out shortly (any day soon) and then soon afterwards the first of THREE Redwood prospective clients from the Dalian District in China to sign an agreement for listing on the US Stock Market.
Expect news early next week so I understand.
Regards
BG .....that statement tells me a client WILL BE SIGNED. Its missleading and you know it. These posts ( you admittedly don't believe them now ) are not in anyones best interest. jmo
Something really bothers me about these kinds of posts. After being " tipped " news was a week away you wait TWO weeks then post " expect the news early next week " SO I UNDERSTAND quote. Now the tip is embellished with " an announcement of the first of THREE Redwood signings. post 3379 only relates to the delisting issue. First of all these kinds of individual pr's should never happen, this co is should start communicating with shareholders via actual pr's. " Andrew " shouldn't even be discussing these issues with individuals, its wrong if not illegal. And you should think a little bit about what your info ( be it legit or not ) can affect peoples decisions. jmho
" Under terms of its agreement to assist with DALIAN FUSHI's reverse merger into a public U.S. company and financing in U.S. capital markets, Redwood Capital will receive compensation in the form of up-front fees, ongoing fees for strategic planning services, equity in the company and warrant coverage. Moving forward, there will be additional fees for services and equity/warrant participation in follow-on public offerings for DALIAN FUSHI. Redwood Capital expects its compensation to result in significant six-figure revenue through the entire process. " Seems their still connected, I also think you are right.
I think patience is wearing very thin here and understandably so. You had faith in this co and what you've been told. You also confer with Andrew and have had praise for him in the past. My question is simple, you talk of smokescreens and out and out lies being fed to investors, why would you put any faith in a conference call with Jim Bickel ? IMO if they have no intentions of leaving pinks, they should just announce it and get it over with. I do agree with you on one thing, this is getting ridiculous. gl trading out
Good morning guy and congrats on getting out of the i-hub jail. Now heres a dumb question for you, are you doing dd now on seih for possible investment purposes or are you here to carry on where cindywoohoo left off ? In other words shooting holes in an already sinking ship. tia
I think you misunderstood, " When the bid is hit it is normally shareholders who sell their shares at the bid " I realize that snow, that why I said " anyone care to help out ? " I was hoping someone wanted to bail thats all. A 3 point difference between the bid and ask is ridiculous, nobody will touch that imo and thus no shrs traded. Manipulation at its finest. glty

Maybe I'm mistaken but wasn't the bid being hit alot this week ? Seems alot of .0005 shrs were bought. Its was obvious, with a 3 point spread bid/ask they shut it down. I think I know why but no use speculating now, don't want to be labeled a " pumper " lol
I've been trying all morning for .0005 shrs, not a one yet..... maybe I waited too long ? Still have a few hours, anyone care to help out ?
This news was well received, still going up with no sell-off in sight. This is a great time to announce the signing of another client. ( OR TWO ) I understand the hesitation for buyers to get in now but I really think alot of watchers will be kicking themselves in a week or so. Wouldn't that be a switch ?
I'm more focused on the present, where this stock goes from here. I honestly feel for anyone who was " hyped " here or anywhere else. Don't believe hype if you don't want to get burnt, its that simple. Take the " show me the beef " approach, its safer. Only problem with that is beef is extremely rare in penny land. Strange but true lol. I find it ironic that NOW all the warnings are flying, mainly because I believe seih is in for a nice pop soon. I may be wrong, but thats my decision and I live with it. gl all longs
The only thing that concerns me is the date of your banning on THIS board, and its long overdue imo. Your " save the whales" mentality is pathetic. To even suggest you do this for free is a joke, everyone knows these stocks can be shorted overseas don't they ? It would take someone ( who doesn't work for a living ) days of 24/7 factfinding to keep up with your assault, most here don't have the time or inclination. As far as me making mistakes, you don't have a clue about me or my trading activity. I'd say go away but you'd just infest another board. good day
I assume you talked to Andrew, it surely will be great if true. Thanks for the update, no offense but I hope the next pr is from the co. Volume should pick up by weeks end should this be fact, I have to believe this will leak. That'll be my cue to buy more, gl one more thing, ITS ABOUT TIME !
The previous post should have read jmho, I wouldn't want to give the wrong impression here.
Its the age old question " why does the neighbors dog have to $h-t in MY yard. lol Just a guess, maybe she and her two chimps got the heave ho from the fccn board. One good thing, my life seems much more rewarding after seeing what some people do for a living ( no, its not free ) My advice would be " get a life " but what do I know. Last post on fccn 1/20. I vote for you to be banned for printing malicious and misleading information. Not to mention already covered and quite old now.
I'm a lttle surprised at you oilman, you are one of the good posters here and you're going into hiding ? Now isn't the time to bail, whats that going to prove ?
Since I was the one reponsible for clarifying the the agreement abaxis has with seih, I would like to make 2 points. First, you all have read many of flaflyersfan's posts and I think you'd agree he is not a fan of this co or stock. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but I can honestly say I do not post on boards of stocks I DO NOT like. But thats me. Now, and this is the key point here, the agreement was signed in 1999, don't you think if he really wanted to know the truth of this he would have e-mailed the co like I did ? It took a few hrs. Call it a lie, call it a oversight, I call it b/s. And the second point is you snow, you sold half your position ( 20,000,000 ) a while back. I think maybe you sold the other half also, which would explain why the bashers don't seem to bother you as much. Am I right ? That would explain you defending flaflyersfan and not questioning his motive here, wouldn't it ?
I was just sitting here wondering, why this " watch-dog " interest in seih all of the sudden ? Everyone seems concerned about our investment, I'm wondering... where were they before most of us invested here ? Do you think its coincidence that after the filing mishap ( which crippled this stock ) all of the sudden everyone and their mother is trying to warn us of impending danger. Let me tell you they smell blood, with this kind of volume coupled with waning patience their only objective is to scare one or two large holders into dumping... and guess who's there to buy @ .0004 or lower ? They know a guaranteed triple will be easy once the exit from pink sheets is announced. ( that will start a flow of pr's imo ) Its the oldest trick in the book, NO ONE cares about your money but YOU. Honestly, how many of you are feeling a lttle nervous here ? Thats exactly what they want. Who's watching the watch-dogs ? lol Someone call Ralph Nader quick...
That didn't really answer my question but I do appreciate you looking out for the little guys. I'd like to return the favor somehow.... I know, I just took a look at your post history, do you realize on just today alone you posted through the nite untill 2:00 am took a 8 hr break and resumed posting up until now ? Non stop ! WOW ! M/B posting can be addictive Cindy, I would seriously look into this ( google m/b trolls ) Take some time off, take care of your problem.... we'll survive. gl
Oilman, in case you haven't left yet, did you read Abaxis report yesterday ? I especially liked the international sales forecast. This is a good growing co with great products, seih is very lucky to be involved with them imo There is no doubt whether they are really trying to enter the Chinese market, its a matter of when. My only concern is that they get sfda approval before the agreement with seih runs out. Any idea of the specifics of that agreement ? Or should I ask flaflyersfan ? lol
Seems to me some people just don't get it and never will. You want an easy job ? Dedicate your life to uncovering dirt on sub-penny stocks. lol Maybe publish them in Consumers Digest. Then in your spare time stand out on the strip warning people of the perils of gambling ( or any other vice ) and watch them push you aside to get inside. Penny stocks are risky business, everyone knows this and still they play the game. Why ? Its simple, its fast action ( sometimes ) totaly worthless co's can pop 20-50%, double or triple of a pr that doesn't amount to anything. Then KABOOM, back down faster than it went up. I liken this business to a train ride, all that matters is when you get on and when you get off. And how " lucky " you are. If and when the pr's come, the players will come regardless of flyerfan or cindyyooho's warnings some will get of the train, some will stay on and some will get on lol You'll be hearing alot from the ladder two lol
I think it was time well spent. The abaxis sfda approval is one thing that I was counting on to move this pps. Had this turned out to be b/s, that would have been it for me,a big adios. Some good things could happen here in a relatively short time ( considering how long some of you have been here ) imo if they're serious about getting back to the big board it shouldn't be much longer, we really need this to happen and soon. gl
Just a follow-up to my previous post, I don't want anyone to think I have an agenda lol e. Distribution Systems
Typical distribution channels are via agents/distributors or via a direct presence in country. Examples of these are MNCs who have sales offices or regional headquarters in Singapore. Distribution through agents/distributors is two-tiered. The se companies import products directly from foreign manufacturers and supply to end-users. Government and private laboratories prefer to source directly from either local distributors or the companies’ sales offices, rather than directly from foreign manufacturers. This ensures that they are accessible to after-sales service and relieves them from the maintenance and repair of equipment.
New-to-market U.S. manufacturers thinking of entering the Singapore and wider Asian markets, should consider using a local agent/distributor. This is because the Government of Singapore tenders for government purchases are usually only open to suppliers registered with the Central Procurement Services. Tender notices are published (www.gebiz.gov.sg) and only registered suppliers are allowed access to the tender application forms. (which must be purchased)
Private end-users, including research institutions and centers, have procurement departments to coordinate all purchases. They, too, maintain a list of selected distributors whom they call upon regularly. This allows them to streamline their accounts.
You might be right Oilman, I've never known him to say anything good about ANY penny-stock. Let me ask you, you've stated you became interested in seih because of their connection to abaxis, did you know of this agreement in 1999 ? If so why not refute his statement like I did ? From what I understand U.S. companys looking to do business in China really need an in-house distributor which bodes well for seih. gl
Flaflyersfan, it seems Abaxis did have an agreement with Melet Schloesing Labs sined in 1999. China was listed as a region that Melet had rights to distribute abaxis products in. Funny because their products have not had sfda approval yet. I've just received a reply from abaxis concerning this, frankly you had me a little worried lol. Date: Thu, 25 Jan 2007 09:38:01 -0800

The Melet agreement was canceled about 3 Years ago. We no longer do
business with them. We are in the process of getting approvals in
China.
Let me know it you need anything else.
Thanks you for your interest in Abaxis.
Clint
( I apologize for the liar comment, this is all news to me. )
I don't have time to check that out, but I do know for a fact that the abaxis products do not have sfda approval. That is a fact. Are you confusing distributing and testing ? This might help, got to get going. http://strategis.ic.gc.ca/epic/internet/inimr-ri.nsf/en/gr125485e.html
" Abaxis has had a Chinese distributor for years " How low can you go flyersfan ? That is an out and out lie AND YOU KNOW IT. I have also inquired about the sfda approval in China and got the same reply. The co ( Abaxis ) is actively pursuing approval of their products in China, no more can be said at this time was their answer. E- mail them yourself, let us know what their response is. btw, the flyers are losers, so are liars
Cindy, your investigative skills are excellent. But I wonder what you really expect to uncover with ANY sub penny trading @ .0006 ? Are you looking for a good co OR a good stock to trade ? Its the nature of the beast, things you allude to I have figured out in a couple of minutes, pps says it all. What do you expect to find when you really check these out ? Seems you're playing hardball in a wiffle ball game lol I guess I'm saying looking in pink/sheets for a good respectable co. with no baggage is impossible. Everyone knows the deck is stacked and long term commitment to any of these will land you a permanent spot on a m/b like this, hopeing and praying. This is a trading stock period, which I believe has bottomed and will soon track upward. JMHO gl in your trading
No need to apologize, to me anyway. You raised some valid points, some I call ancient history ( 2004 ) What you failed to mention is some of the good points, the fact that seih is in far better shape than a year ago. What killed it was the filing bungle, what will lift it will be the exit from pink-sheets. I'm surprised you don't sense a bottom here but good luck anyway, especially with fgfc. gl
I like all 6, but will settle for #1 for a start. Lets get this out of the way and work through the other 5 lol #1 is a must imo it will erase alot of the suspicions that have evolved here. gl
Good morning ladies and gents. I prefer to dwell on the positive side of the recent " news ". The signing of even one of the prospective Redwood clients is good news, two or three would be great. Abaxis, although not approved yet, should roll out smoothly ( no excuses, they had months to prepare ).What we're seeing here imo is the lingering effect of the extremely poor job the pr dept has handled the pink sheet fiasco. They simply have to get off pinks and give more detail of what is going on. I was hopeing they would take care of this BEFORE any pr's were released, why waste potential good news ? There's a huge red flag up on this co., its time they rectify it. jmo
Digging up " dirt " for lack of a better term on any sub-penny stock is nothing but a tactic to drive the pps down for cheaper buy-in. One only has to look at the chart, the pps, and a little history to know the " dirt " is there. Finding a clean stock trading @ .0005 with ANY potential ( please let us know ) isn't easy, if it was certain posters would spend their time researching those instead of beating this dead horse. IMO, seih is a steal @ current pps, upside potential far outweighs downside as there's a number of issues soon to be addressed. ( hopefully a string of positive pr's ) gl all longs and remember, this isn't G.E., don't scrutinize every bit of past history, you do that BEFORE you buy.
Iglatend, I find your post very negative towards seih and management in general. You were pumping back in Dec., what changed your mind concerning seih ? To refresh your memory - posts # 3105,3111, and 3113...my favorite. JMO, but you seem a bit confused, I mean a long throwing up red flags on a co. isn't sound trading tactics...is it ?
