Like I said last week I have pitched this to family and close friends on the presumption of them wanting to make a little extra money!

Three of them have bought about half of what I have and a few other on the fence.

Lately the investors I have got into the equation have pulled back due to the silence. While understandable, it is not helping the growth right now. It would be nice to hear something from somebody. I am not asking for definates just yet. MAYBE A SIMPLE POSSIBLE TIMELINE OR SUCH...

It's fine I was just making you aware. My erased messages were on point and completely on topic though. There was one erased a few weeks ago that I would have erased as well!

Back on topic....I am weary of the CEO's communication practices as of late. I am not, at this moment looking for specifics, nor a sure thing. A simple short and sweet well info you soon and everything seems okay would be nice!

That is very exciting! I hope someone makes a breif statement by the end of the month from the company though. Just to merely provide confidence to some investors. However, I am satisfied thus far. I am eager to see what this does today after an active day yesterday.

I have always said I would much rather hear some kind of update by the end of March. News or no news...just something from the CEO informing us of his hopes and ambitions as far as timetables are regarded.
Understand, I am not expecting a total game changer this early in the spring. I also have always said the pop we'll see late Spring to early Summer will be much more lucrative than the first quarter updates and such. If at all; I do not think we'll find there is a sizeable deal going on till then. However, I am 100% comfortable, like a few of you, if we hear nothing till mid April. Quite frankly that is fine with me.

Guys and gals, I hope it is worth the wait by then!

That is interesting and very helpful. Perhaps a little more detail from the company is in order. Now that we clearly see there are other players out there involved in the race for what I thought was an exclusive KBLB finding.
Your clarification definently makes kblb look like the more superior only if it is 100% accurate. I believe with a little detail and perhaps the updates we are all expecting, nerves may relax a bit. Without something soon....

I agree to an extent. We are all grown ups and we do have the right to our opinions. I was a bit upset when one of my post was erased because I let emotions get the best of me. I think what this board, as the majority is saying, we typically stand for is that we are investors of this company and truely believe in it. Many of us have a fairly sizeable amount of money involved as well. I personally understand doubts from time to time. However, it is hard to sit and read the same critical statements spatted over and over. Pessimism only lasts so long until hostility takes over if one has a lot of money at stake.

Example:

Have you ever been at a craps table or blackjack table and had a guy come up in your face and tell you how much your playing sucks and you are going to lose everything?

That's my point...me niether he would find himself being picked up off the floor.

Right on! I agree, but the end of the quarter is coming soon. I will be expecting something this month. Like I said before if not then I may worry. I hope they say gen. 2 is done and went great. We will certainly see action if so! If they passed that test in a little over three months that will give us a guide I believe for the big bucks!

So...moving right along, the shares are low in demand today, calm before the storm I suppose? I keep invisioning a news story coming across the wire on Scottrade concerning something! I just remain confident that everyday we hear nothing is one day closer to that day!

That was my theory behind the question that went unanswered yesterday. Why is DuPont a speculation of companies? Any kind of thoeries anybody would like to share? Other than the board of director. I am very hopeful indeed, don't get me wrong! If DuPont comes out with their name attached to this in any way or possibly backing this with some of their capital we are in business!

I am not trying to be rude nor ignorant. However, this is the first time I have been on a message board for any reason. I am not into chatting, I do not "tweet", and I have no need for a facebook or myspace account. With that being said I do believe most of us are getting eager and restless. The chatter back and forth is revealing that patience is thinning.

Once again we are human and it is probably just as well we are not all in the same room with one another, and we have the convenience of the internet. However, I do believe this is getting redundant. What is the board for? Is it for us to help ease one another's fears? Is it to share knowledge and information? Is it just a group of people sharing common ideals on a particular stock? I would imagine very little, other than pure speculation, will be accomplished till we hear from the end user; the company. I just will make one point.

Is it typical for investors to call the company time and time again? Is this technique going to expedite anything? Would you all want people calling you day in and day out? Once again, I am quite new to this as I have said in the past. I usually do not invest in non blue-chip stocks. Try calling one of those executives. You may not get through unless you have a considerable stake, thus making you a billionaire. Do we have any billionaire's here? Who knows, you all calling on these individuals may have millions of shares in this company. If you do then I suppose this may warrant a call or two. However, if you have a small stake as I do (a quarter of that) I just do not understand how productive it is to continue calling like some kind of blood sucking journalist.

Wow, I stand to be corrected so the name of the game is to move onto something even greater. I did not feel this was a small fish. I do not believe it will change the world either, as some have suggested. The other possibilities may though, who knows.

I hate to be cynical and insult your theory but, I thought we were talkng about silk here. Do you think Kraig Labs is thinking about tapping into this before getting the project at hand up and going first? I am not sure how I would feel about that. I would hope the majority of their day is dedicated to the transgenic silk
fibers and such. I understand they must keep ideas open for other and future projects, but lets cpitalize on this one first.

Back to the insects to oil campaign....good luck, to much competition. Just suppose they (kblb) were to beat Exxon and Shell to the party, they would be dwarfed by billions times over in regard to funds. Exxon along with other fortune 100 companies will not allow a company of this scale to have that kind of luck.

However, if they did we would all be overnite millionaires!

Nope, I think that is way to much speculation for this guy. Maybe next they'll try comeing up with a way of warping to other locations. Perhaps time travel. Insects that produce pheromones that make true opposites attract. Invisability I suppose.

I guess my question is; what makes a news story a news story in this field of study. When does something like this go national? I've seen things like this technology talked about in the news before. What would Kraig Labs need to do to get national attention? I assume they would need a national company backing it or money there of, am I correct?

When will this technology get the credit for a national media bit. I mean it seems inovative enough, but is this something that say a foxnews or CNN would do a piece on? "Scientist at Kraig labrotaories of Michigan in concert with Notre Dame have discovered such and such...." or does it have to appear relevant in a science journal first? I know Mad Man Jim Cramer won't touch it for he typically does not talk about OTC stocks.

Nicely said. From what I have read this is standard operating procedure for tech. companies. The company is doing what is right for the company and its investors.

People we are all in this together seeking the same goal. I too am having a bit of trouble staying consistent with my thoughts. Though, selling now is just ignorant. Think about it.
Everytime I sale early it always seems I lasted through the troubled times; all of the nail biteing and stress just to get kicked one final time....when the stock went on a huge run! I know some of you have been there too.

Hell NO, not this time. By God I am making money on this one, and hopefully plenty of it. I have not watched this thing go from .03 to .25 and nack down to .06 to sale it. Quite frankly I think that is asinine. I understand that most of us are probably not true professionals at this and do not have the poker face others do. The feeling of being uncertain is human nature. I hope the news is worth the wait. If not, I am long!!
