Here is my question...How long did Gil hold on to the notice from the Sec before the suspended trading? This is no shocker as he has had plenty of notices... Did the Sec just decide to turn the lights off with no notice?
Poor guy who bought last..
I admit i do not have sub-penny shares, based on volume it's doubtful many here hold a large quantity of sub-penny..which just brought curiosity is all why at these current prices is there no volume.
Isn't anyone here intrested in the stock at this price. I can assume with great confidence that not many here are holding shares at this price...so why isn't anyone buying?
as Bartleby would say, " I perfer not to"
Walker..Here is a question to ask GIL...HAVE YOU "EVER" SOLD OR TRANSFERED YOUR GSI STOCK IN RETURN FOR MONEY OR SERVISES.
walker we do not know this...there has been no form 4's...how has the float got to where it has in the past 5 yrs without selling stock..there has only been two major holders Sally and GIL.
Walker...there was No Money in which to get a salary other than sell stock.
Jersey.. I am not questioning salary of past..there has been no money being made other than selling stock that we all have been purchasing. What do you think will happen when the money is made? 250,000 is not alot to pass around.
Slatton is a broker of One person. If it is the case that he finally closes this deal and based on the stated estimate that will be earned here on this board of 250,000..How will these earnings be distributed? My guess...We will see Gil taking a salary along with Sally poof all gone... While we bought his shares to get there. I truly hope this goes to .25 as those here believe but it would be my guess it would take awhile to buy up those shares of those getting out on the way to that number.
this is just great now i own stock in a pawn shop!
sto..let me get this straight GSI securitization works like a pawn shop? If the customer doesn't want the product which was pawned(sold) back it is up to gsi to find a buyer?
lower lows and lower highs is where we are headed. look at the chart. Any guesses where the next high watermark will be?
you all sound like you have doubleeagle syndrom
SPEC.. the skull and cross bones are there for a reason.." to protect the public"..would you disagree with pink sheets at this point.
penny go to the hospital all you have to say is call Gil.
It's too bad we all have to rely on one individual to get all the contracts. It appears we are employees of a realtor or insurance agent waiting for him to get a sale so we can get paid. Problem is we are the employee's of one agent and not a network of them. What happens if this agent quits on us or falls and can't get up.
GSII needs to find another investor group to buy shares i feel the ihub community is all out of powder on this one.
here is the problem with the senerio of many contracts....what will be the average time it takes to complete one? I can tell you this I do not have the patience to wait three more years for the next contract
likewise to all !
no but i did get chuckle from i think it was slayer who said that you can paint a turd gold but we all no whats underneath.
I sure hope so for his sake
Penny I like the siggy
""Do unto others as you would have others do unto you."
would you have them call GIL?
I just feel sorry for the new board member who probubly just lost his job at Lasalle with the BoA merger. I hope he isn't betting his career on Gil ramblings
don't blame them one bit! that's the most common sense thing I have heard in awhile
who's selling at these prices? I doubt it's anyone here wanting to take such a loss. My only conclusion is stock for services or insiders. Can there be anyother common sense conclusion?
Penny.. on the flip side there is no proff insiders have sold as there would be a form 4 filed as well. But it is in my veiw that common sense says this has occured
there is no proof gil is buying shares or has bought shares!
Insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their companies' shares. Open market purchases and sales must be reported within two business days of the transaction
walker do not need to call GIL.. It's common sense..where is the float now and how did the float get to where it is at if insiders/boardmembers have not disposed any of there stock.
I am long GSII and hope this will bear fruit..but I'm not blinded by what has occured over the years..
Penny this is a great question...why haven't the board members turned on their affluent friends to GSII. It could be the case the boardmebers themselves aren't buying is because we are buying their shares that were handed to them for becoming boardmembers and allowing them and their likeness to be included in pr's.
jersey there is only two people at this company tittles mean nothing
problem is all these board members with great backgrounds haven't done squat. I do have a concern with Gil's age because there is no company without him. Sally the 2nd largest shareholder hasn't done squat for this company..do we know what she actually does?
nothing will happen here until a contract is sold and being processed. all the pr's that have nothing to do with an actual complete funded securitization is nothing more than fluff. cross bone removal won't help, a loan won't help, another fluffed up board member won't help....Do A CONTRACT!
sto..What is Sally Engles role in the company? what has she accomplished?
stoc..please add this question. has any insiders sold gsii stock in the past 12 months including GIL? How is the company paying for services with no income, meaning have they transfered their GSi stock or sold their gsi stock to pay for services... I find it hard to believe that dollars are being used for services that didn't originate from the sale of gsi insider stock.
call sally
does anyone ever have conversations with Sally Engle?
did gil buy shares or not?

walker..."When will you accomplish anything you said you would over the past year???????????????????"
...past 4 yrs!
isn't Investwise going to schedule a padtalk session this year?
used my visa card three times today! gas, lunch, supplies
