This again is all trader speculation, real value is in the balance sheet when all is said and done.
About 507 million, so about half, but without all recent developments.... those aside you still have ~~.40-.60cts potential based on market reaction alone.
The only explanation that I can offer is that the marketmakers think this is going to fly if we get good news from the FDA later this month. There's a lot of good news potential in the very near future but there's also a lot of negative speculation. From their point of view they can play the price down keeping people afraid and snatch up as many cheap shares as they can, they don't care about the stock price they care about percentage gains.. but they can't stop people from buying this when new good news is released... if we get positive feedback from the FDA and a positive pr regarding future andas this does have the potential to go back up to $.97 or even higher like it did before
Fair enough, just can't why it pops back to .14 almost everyfsy.,,,it's being heavily supported
It seems as though MMs are eating up shares really cheap then kicking it back up to around .14 everyday for last few days....they don't want it to close too low so they can flip all day for a profit then let her fly if good news comes out... I wouldn't mind getting in on some of that action, playing with the share price is making them some serious cash....
Maybe .20s.... can't see it going to .40s til after a few good PRs and a new balance sheet next quarter
Although I disagree with your position on the value of the stock I have to admit your answer to that last question and approach to trading is respectable good luck to you
Shaking shares loose.... we're two weeks from meeting....
I really couldn't tell you, what I do know is what I will do. If there is capital on hand abd it drops to .08 I will try and double my position, sell and rebuy? That is something I won't do because with the OTC market you never know when it will swing, usually always at the wrong time. This stock is at .15 a share, I don't have my life savings in here so I'm not worried about sitting on the shares I have (which isn't much respectively) ...100k...what I know is that pharm stocks are volatile and with news they swing hard, yes I expect shares to fly in either direction with a PR and based on experience im predicting UP, I'm not planning on being here forever, double up my $$$ and hit the road, I trade, not invest. My whole thing is true information, not bloated pumping and not bloated /false bashing.... there is both present here, I personally think for those who are looking to invest long there is good opportunity here but that's not me, I'm waiting till everything settles to take my profit and hit the next company with upcoming events. Good luck to all, honestly, pro-Elite and anti-Elite..... were all here for the same thing and it's not to get excited about a new drug I can promise you that ...
If you don't think that this will hit .30-.40 cents with catalysts then you should be trading securities.
Uhhhh..... yeah.....riiiight... what was I thinking? This should be at .02 (wink wink) lol.... definitely no dip buying going on here
Absolutely..... it's like a catch 22... we all want to make money and watch this thing skyrocket but I wouldn't mind buying twice as many shares and make twice as much. I've re-purchased five times my original position since I started trading the stock, at these prices it's almost impossible to say no because you're practically guaranteed 200 to 300% minimum return
This morning, my one vice lol
Everyone keeps talking about sequestox and seem to forget $3 billion market of the drugs we are going to push with sungen... there are more than one catalysts at play here
This is good news, what's the apology for?
That's about every other stock I trade lol

Won't take much to run with some news
Something's gonna catalyze her soon
She's getting primed to run next week
You're entitled to an opinion
If Sequestox get approved it will become the standard for prescription of opioids. Think about it, every doctor will use it so as not to be held liable for patient abuse.... someone gets addicted, the first lawsuit filed will be against the doctor, especially considering there was an abuse deterrent option available to begin with. Lawyers will find a way to blame the doctor if there were to be an option like sequestox available and he /she didn't take it. Why deal with the headache? Prescribe sequestox and nothing to worry about.
This will run for a quick profit on anticipation of the FDA meeting alone in the next couple of weeks....
It's just another generic
I guess reporting is not as regulated on OTC as well, thanks for the info.... I'm still not really grasping the whole damn thing but 136 does seem really awkward
Hmmmm, makes sense but how do we explain companies that have hundred of thousands of shareholders of record?
And there are 165,000 brokerage firms that own ford?????
So if we all own millions of shares of stock here purchased through E*TRADE then E*TRADE gets all of our votes? Wrong That doesn't mean what you think it does. The beneficial owner is the owner of the account that owns the stock, for example if you have a corporation that owns stock then you are the beneficial owner and the corporation is the shareholder of record.
Second cousin
I don't make up the rules of the SEC
http://www.investopedia.com/terms/h/holderofrecord.asp?lgl=no-infinite
That's not what shareholders of record means, it means anyone who purchased Shares sold to them by an authorized issuer. If you buy any stock you are a shareholder of record, that's why when there is a vote you get notice of the vote and your vote counts for as many shares you own
I agree it's ridiculous when you think about it, but maybe only 1 or 2 have a few hundred mil shares and the rest is chopped up, I personally own 100k, can't buy more and wont because nothing is guaranteed , I trade, I don't invest....but this 136 is killing me.
Elaborate please I'd like to understand because all the research I've done indicates it does. If your talking about accounts like E*TRADE, scottrade, etc it does count
I don't know I don't think the OTC markets are required to report as often as companies traded on NASDAQ or the New York Stock Exchange..... like I said there could be 1 million shareholders today all I know was in June there was 136
Fair enough, but 136 people holding 900,000,000 shares??? What do the ones holding the big cheese know that we don't?
I don't know, I find it hard to believe too but that's the info reported directly from the OTC
It's not a matter of opinion, there are rules to reporting. In June, there were 136 shareholders on record, there might be a million today.... I only know what was reported in June.
As of July 2012, stock trades must be settled within three days, often annotated as T+3 settlement. When a stock order is filled by a broker, either by phone or electronically, the trade officially settles three business days later. When you buy shares, day one of the three days is the day after you made the trade. You become the shareholder of record on day three. The three days do not include weekend and holidays -- only days when the stock market is open.
Unless we all own our shares under one giant mutual fund called investors hub then yes we are all shareholders if record.
So Ford is held by 164,000 brokers?
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/F/profile
The definition of shareholder is as follows: Stockholder of record is the name of an individual or entity that an issuer carries in its shareholder register as the registered holder (not necessarily the beneficial owner) of the issuer's securities. Dividends and other distributions are paid only to shareholders of record. Stockholder of record may be also called shareholder of record or holder of record or owner of record.
