April 12, 2011 | Share Scores Holding Company Sues Scores of Evansville for Trademark Infringement of Score's Line of Gentleman's Clubs
Evansville, IN - Trademark lawyers for Scores Holding Company of Utah filed a trademark infringement lawsuit alleging Scores, Inc. of Evansville, Indiana infringed trademark registration nos. 1,830,135; 1,830,405; 1,855,829; and 3,137,609 for marks at US Trademark Office.

According to the complaint filed by trademark attorneys for Scores Holdings, Scores Holdings created "the concept of high-end sophisticated gentleman's club" and has a "famous and growing chain[.]" Scores Holding owns several federally registered trademarks in association with this business. Scores Holding alleges that Score's of Evansville is also a gentleman's club, but is not part of Scores Holding's chain. The complaint alleges that Score's of Evansville is a significantly lower quality establishment. Scores Holding claims that Score's of Evansville is using the trademarked logo in violation of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1114. Scores Holding also claims false designation of origin, trademark dilution, and common law unfair competition. Intellectual property attorneys for Scores Holding have requested injunctive relief, damages and declaratory judgment.

This case has been assigned to Chief Judge Richard L. Youngand Magistrate Judge William G. Hussmannin the Southern District of Indianaand assigned case no. 3:11-cv-00053-RLY-WGH.
Practice Tip: The registration of a federal trademark grants trademark protection across the United States. A federally registered trademark creates nationwide constructive notice of a trademark's ownership. Scores Holding claim they have national goodwill regarding their trademarks and have federal registration of the marks. Scores Holding does not own a gentleman's club in Evansville, but can pursue their trademark infringement suit against Score's of Evansville because of their federal registration of the trademark.

Remember MM never trade from the long side. Always from the short

There is no way a settlement will take place on Monday April 18.
If the court sets a trial date on Monday I will be very happy.
This will prove ADSV has something very solid.The only way to get the 2 parties to come to a settlement is to put their feet to a fire by setting a trial date. Plus the lawyer are in it for the money. I trial would net them more money.

Investores on this board do no understand how important it is
for others to take a profit and sell. By doing so the average cost
of all the remaining shares owned by the rest of us go up. If the average cost of ownership goes up the stock will go higher. This does not take into account the amount of shares shorted by the MM.

Are you new to the stock market? Bid sitters not only purchase stock cost cheaper. They get filled before the MM can cover his Short.When the stock advances in most cases it is the MM front running you when you buy at th ASK. If a MM is getting a little nervous, he will hit the asked. Lets take (E.G.) If the Bid
has buyers for 20 Million share. (Bid sitting) The MM will front run any orders that come in. Think for a minute that you are a MM
would you want to buy at the ASKED. (NO) The bid sitter takes care
of investors who what to get out without the stock falling.
The bottom line is you want to think like a MM. Buy on the Bid and Sell on the ASKED.
P.S. The stock will be higher than 0.002 soon.

you are correct. the board members are hoping the company will get a check for 100 million. This will not happen. However what could happen is the court could give us some direction of the merit of the claim. No matter what happens the stock is worth more than its current price.

Millionaires It looks to me that the BONDHOLDERS I am always talking about are not selling there stock dividend. This would
be HUGE. The MM would have sold short many shares expecting stock
to come in like it always did. However without them selling we
have a monster short out. The prove is when it snaps back so quickly. The MM have no choice but to go up quickly to average the low short they have with new shorts at higher prices.
