Vegas,
I agree the PPS sucks,
but for the first time in a long time, if not forever,
we have a soild management team,
real assets
something to look forward to
and something to build on,
as far as Parker, no clue.
MC
Wipper, I guess in thinking about it,
the Parker questions can still hang out there,
at least the ones that are heresay,
except for where they have been announced by the
company, those should be addressed by them.
MC
Med,
Actually those are all good questions,
I like each and every one of them,
MC
Good question? Failed projects?
90+% of Pinks are failed projects,
but we keep investing, because the ones
that work sure do pay out a lot.
So our previous projects...Don't know, don't care anymore,Yes, No, Maybe, just don't know....
I'm focused on here and now and it's not same management,
all those been kicked out the way I hear it.
Those who live too far in the past never see what's in
front of them.
MC
Med, So have you ever called and spoken to anyone or gone to the site or anything to be able to make these claims?
MC
Wipper, Look at it this way,
if for what ever reason people are believing
that we have no oil and that we have no leases
and looking at the current PPS (which by the way sucks)
then just think what happens when they realize that we do and
then let the rest of he world see it too, PP go's to at lease
your prediction I would think, and if for some reason,
there is no Oil and Leases,
I would vote to throw them all in jail for a very long time,
but that's not the case I believe, but until we get boots
on the ground there, how we ever going to prove it?
MC
Asher,
I speak for many of us when I say we look forward to you
getting back here,
MC
And I would sure rather be reworking wells where
A history of production versus not
They do not have the leases in their name yet soon,
See their web page and read releases
Also at this point it is rework and not new drilling
The way it's been reported
Cj. That was my point I assume they do know
I would assume a lot of us here has already
Researched it and know PA is producing a lot of
Oil
All one has to do is put Pa Oil Production into a
Search Engine and a lot of stuff comes up easy find
Great post and logic
I wonder if the increase in numbers are because of the
production on the Drake Leases?
MC
Pennsylvania Crude Oil Production is at a current level of 422.00K, up from 303.00K last month and up from 276.00K one year ago. This is a change of 39.27% from last month and 52.90% from one year ago.

Again. If someone's sells a share then someone has to
But it. If there is 160+m sold then there's 160+bought
Asher, While it may not be pretty, our JV Partner
traded over 160m shares today.
Someone(s) must believe in them,
MC
technicals or whatever, if they can dry up the 0002 sellers
this looks great, and if they do the casino on-line thing
along with the Oil,
Wow,
bu those things would have to happen,
MC
So 87m Buy?
That has got to be a good sign?
I know that I had heard a rumor on the sister stock
(can we call it that now?),
that there was some overseas inquiries for the leases,
but don't know if that's anything more than noise at
this point,
but reading some of the posts here today, sort of makes
me wonder, and I would assume if there's really a interest
they would want it as cheap in price as possible?
Just my opinion at this point,
MC
Wipper,
Yes some,
but it should not have to go to this length
or happened in the first place,
but there are some really good people here too
you just need to know how to find them I believe.
MC
Someone just bought 87m shares over at SBRH,
I guess I can post that name since we are doing a JV
together?
MC
Wipper,
Sorry I missed it...
Martin Luther King, Jr. Day is observed on Monday, January 21, 2013.
Today we celebrate the life and work of Martin Luther King Jr., perhaps most widely known for his "I have a dream" speech:
Guess some of the people on the bid did not see it too?
MC
Yes, good for who ever bought them,
not so much for the rest of us.
MC
Wipper, I agree as always Peter is bringing value to the company,
and the other guy is bringing the people here on this board closer together than in a very long time.
MC
Paid, We agreed!
Paid, I don't think it's a scam,
just my opinion,
No way to prove it,
why I think a Investor Field Trip in the near future
is in order and if they have Oil and are going to sell
it, I would (like others) like to see proof of it,
if we get those two things and this 15m 0002 stuff
quits we could really have something,
if not, I will admitt I was wrong,
but I don't think so,
MC
My opinion is that if they get a few wells up
and running as stated, then we knows there's actually
Oil there and it gives us a lot more options....
They can keep bringing up more wells, let the oil pay for
some or most of it or.....
There will be a lot people who will want to take over the leases,
if they prove there is really Oil there,
did you see the article where the U.S. is headed right here at home to solve the Oil import problem... So if they prove there is oil there, this will be more than great, just not a quick flip stock.... See article

Sebastian River Holdings Inc.'s Oil and Gas Update
Shareholders, in efforts to ensure that the company is both transparent and accessible, please note that we'll be updating you regularly via the website, newsletters and emails that inform you in detail, of project specifics that relate directly to your investment in our company. We thank you for your faith, support and, if anything else, your continued speculation, as it is our goal to ensure that every penny raised is put back into building a company that is fundamentally strong with verifiable assets that produce an irrefutable return on investment.
On that note, we are pleased to announce that Sebastian River Holdings has provided initial funds for the Master Lease in the recently announced Joint Venture. The lease is located in Venango County in the Cranberry Township of Pennsylvania. There are a total of 50 wells on the lease spread across 457 acres and we are currently reworking a block of 10 wells, to start, toward near-term production. Once the 10 wells are reworked, we will begin immediately on additional wells.
Each well costs approximately $10,000 to rework.. It will cost approximately $70,000 to drill each new well. We have found that a pairing with Drake Gold Resources Inc. on this endeavor will provide a win-win for both companies toward near-term revenues, long-term growth and shareholder value. The entire lease will require a total investment of $500,000. We are beginning with a block of 10 wells that will ensure that we are not taking on too much too fast. The capital necessary to complete the purchase of the lease with title ownership will be secured from production revenues. This amount is approximately $45,000.
Full details of the agreement for the lease can be found at: http://q.b5z.net/i/u/10073722/f/Drake-FT-final-agreement-Sept19-2012.pdf
In summation, once the former lease owner is paid as agreed from the 50% working interest, title to the lease will go to the Joint Venture with each company receiving a percentage, pro rata, based on capital expenditures. From there, the JV will receive 100% working interest subject to a 3 year overriding royalty to the former lease owner. Until that point, our joint 50% working interest will be reinvested into the lease.

I agree with your post about Peter turning things around,
but the real challange is still ahead of him,
- Getting more well up and producing
- Selling the Oil and getting it recorded as a sale
- Getting the Lease / Asset into Drake Name for them and us
- Getting SBRH up and working
- Getting Parker to do what ever it is Parker is going to do
- Getting the Word Out
- Hopefully getting Investor feet on the ground at some of the sites
- Keeping up the good work and expand upon it.
MC
Wipper / Mickey? Asher,
What happens when they sell the oil, get it reported, pay off the loan (or whatever one wants to call it) and take title to the lease on the property and get listed as a Jr. Oil Company,
does that bring in a whole other group and what does that do to our PPS?
Rumors that there a lot of people looking at us now, what happens when the above happens?
MC
Asher,
I'm ready if you are
MC
Keyboad sticking,
But bottom line 0002's more than anything else killing it
and how many investors here are going to buy and then unload
a boatload(s) at 0002?
MC
Blow, I agree to a point,
but when the stock starts to build a foundation
and begins creepig up and then someone unloads 50-70m
shares at 0002 in a matter of seconds (who owns these big blocks to drop anyway?)it kills all the momentum, makes people not want to buy and takes it awhile to recover
and then all those flipper that you speak of wait and wait
for those shares to come back down to 0002 again, knowing they
will be dumped (or at least expecting it).
And you have to admitt the PR's themslves are pretty generic
never saying how many wells are poducing how many BOPD or anything like that.So even that is a bit scarey.
I think if they do sell the oil and it gets recorded, and if
we quit getting those 0002 dumps, and if we get title to the lease, we're on our way, if not, not... and if we do it wil set up
future JV's as people will know what to expect.
A Investor field trip will help also.
While I do agree with you,I just think there are some added elements to consider,
MC
Wipper, I don't understand what
all the tension is here?
There are two groups (maybe three),
one that believes that this is nothing more than a share selling machine and the other group that believes
that we are adding assets and have some producing wells
and once the oil is sold and title taken will greatly
spike the price, then we move on to further development and JV's
and then maybe third group standing on the sidelines saying
convince me and then I will get in or not..
So there you have it, we agree to disagree, so why do some
seem so personal about it?
Personally, I believe if it were a selling machine they would be pumping the stock, talking about Parker JV (whatever that is)
and deep drilling to get people excited,
but I don't see any of that type of junk here, and so
far they have done what they said they would do,
not too long ago we were Limited Info, No Financials, almost no nothing and today we are debt free too? Cool.
Bottom line, if one group is right we loose our shorts
(mine are down to my knees right now) and if it gos as planned we will be in tall cotten,
MC
Med,
I don't think it's any inside info by Wipper, it say's right here in the PR.....

Drake Gold Resources Inc. provides a New Year's Production Update
Drake Gold Resources Inc. provides a New Year's Production Update
Drake Gold Resources Inc. is pleased to announce that 7 wells have now been reworked. The eighth well is expected to be reworked by the end of January
So if he told you that 8 wells will be up by Feb. it just means he can read it's right there for the whole public, and on the web page where I just took it from, no any inside source.
MC
Buff, my guess if he talks in circles,
it's because there is only so much he can
say without crossing the line with inside info,
So my guess is he's being polite and guarded
and to what he can't say to follow the rules.
MC
Med, thee is a IR number, why don't you call him and
see what he has to say, You can do that.....
He not not disclosed any inside info to me or anyone that I know
of, about all he will talk about is what is in the PR's.
Wipper, I would love to confirm that there is oil there,
but I only hear what is in the PR's,
a good idea is to have investors go out there themselves
and take a tour, I would think the best way to do that is
to arranger it through Peter and then the Operator,
Yes I have bounced that idea off of them, and they said that
they are open to it,
personally I would not even consider it until Spring hits and
it warms up, but if anyone is close by there, I would suggest
calling them and making arrangements.
