It's a tough crowd out there in PinkyLand.

That's one application...when it's apparel...obviously, each product requires different applications.
It's all in the iBox...and there is a video (somewhere) of one particular tag being mass produced.
The good thing about higher tier market places is...there should be many more MMs that will
be involved...so the 2 biggies that rule the roost down here won't run the show exclusively.
Negative...we're movin' on up to the east side...Jefferson.
Check out the market caps on some of these QX companies...
lots of international flavor too...

If everyone would read the 10K for 2011...many of their questions
would be answered re: restricted shares & converted debt.
Straight from the horse's mouth about a week ago...
KMAG has never Paid for a promotion.
Thank you Mr. Reid...for letting ALL of the investing public know of KMA Global's stellar 1st quarter...
I'm sure this PR will ensure that plenty more eyes see our "uniquely profitable" OTC Pink company.
J Robert originally brought this to our attention several times today...
but I'll reply to your post cause I just now got a reply from IR on it.
I asked them if some shares came off restriction & from where.
Reply:
The restriction is from a shareholder who received shares for their work almost 2 years ago and their shares came off restriction once we filed current
where we grew up we had no contracts just a hand shake for our word was our bond
Yes...but missed it the first 5 times I read the filing I guess...lol.
Shot an inquiry to IR...will post any response.
Ha ha...the first one...
I think I said those words to a buddy of mine years ago when he
thought he ate or drank something that didn't agree with him...
Uhh also...I'm pretty sure we were imbibing at the time
I'm really glad I know what you're talking about...otherwise...lol
Why not throw it up for all to see.
He'll PR something pertaining to the Q1 soon...JMO.
And probably much more too...
What...coming around to different stock boards telling them how crappy their stock is?
I been doing this 12 years
Yep...scary isn't it. They not only can do what they want...but they do.
But...if ya' wanna' play...ya' gotta' play by their rules.
We're just the scavenger birds trying to get a morsel from the lions' kill...
Yes...you can short penny stocks...but...who can afford it & is it worth it...not likely...maybe possible for a hedge fund...but do the math...take millions or hundreds of thousands of shares & multiply that by margin requirments...tends to be a pretty expensive bet.
"Brokers require investors to put up collateral to guarantee against potential losses in the form of margin requirements. Often times, brokers will require OTC investors to have $2.50 of margin per share to short a stock under $2.50, which can make shorting penny stocks very costly. For example, if an investor shorted 2,000 shares of a stock at $0.50, you have to have $5,000 in your account. All along, the maximum profit for this position would only be $1,000, if the stock went to zero."
I concur GreenMan...with one exception...as a "material event"...the Q1 filings do need to be dispersed to the investing community via a PR.
In addition to filing annual reports on Form 10-K and quarterly reports on Form 10-Q, public companies must report certain material corporate events on a more current basis. Form 8-K is the “current report” companies must file with the SEC to announce major events that shareholders should know about.
OTCBB stocks file thru Edgar per SEC/FINRA requirements...
OTC Markets don't have that requirement...therefore they only file thru
OTC Markets Group & must PR any filings to the investors that don't
know where to look. At present...many, if not most, in the investment
community are not aware of the Q1 filings.
This is all to my understanding...if anyone knows any different...
please correct me.
As opposed to what other penny stocks that are debt free & profitable?
Please list some...tia
Stock has TO MANY shares outstanding, bloated.
Ha ha...so was I. Guess that tells ya what kinda potty mouths we have huh.
Did we forget a little thing like share structure...
Theirs is 40mm...ours is a wee bit higher...lol
like 15x higher...
Agreed...but that's why you've got to "play" with
their numbers to make SS etc fit ours...
Yeah...I'm checkin' out their 10k from last year now...I usually get a headache
when I read these...but I'm sure it will be more accurate than Yahoo's stats.
Just for fun...start extrapolating some of their numbers with ours...
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/ks?s=CKP+Key+Statistics
Can't vouch for any accuracy here...but still might be fun.
Thanks J R...here's another competitor I ran across that might be interesting to look at...
http://www.checkpointsystems.com/
Agree...O/S is high & needs to be brought down...with that being said...the
COO & CFO will have to be paid...and ongoing R&D for future solutions...
(such as the shoe deal we got)...will also have to be part of any future
cash outlay...IMO.
Well Dr. Will Jr...if the first $mm is valued @ .005/sh...
(current pps)...then each $mm should be valued equally...
in other words...
1st qtr @ 1 mm = .005/sh
2nd qtr @ 4 mm = .02/sh
3rd qtr @ 8 mm = .04/sh
then...theoretically...by the end of qtr 3 the value should be .065/sh...
as 13 mm in gross sales would've been done by then...not just 8 mm...
but, as usual...wt#dik.
T or S...always well thought out posts...and expressed in easily read form...thanks.
luckyone...I could be off base on this...and if I am, I'm sure someone will let me know...and if you know...please edumacate me.
I believe the OTCBB companies do all of their filings thru Edgar & they automatically go out on the wires for all to see...and companies that file thru OTC Markets...(such as KMAG) are just posted on the OTC Markets website...and any notifications to the masses must be PR'd by the company. I do know that it is much cheaper to be on the OTC Markets than OTCBB...and the main reason many companies moved here. In the old days...all PinkSheet companies aspired to move to the BBs for credibility...but now...with the QB & QX tiers here on the OTC Markets (and much cheaper fees)...companies can just move up the "ladder of credibility"...like we will be ASAP.
Like I say...I could be wrong on this...but that's how it seems to me...and to be honest...I'm too lazy to fully research it...as I'm sure someone smarter than me will surely let me know if I am wrong...lol.
A/S 750,000,000 a/o May 01, 2012
O/S 609,420,100 a/o Apr 03, 2012
Float 543,051,805 a/o Apr 03, 2012 (Possible Buyback in Talks)
66,368,295 Shares Are Restricted~
250 mm were taken away from the A/S (authorized shares)
which was previously 1 B...not the O/S or float.
Share "buyback" is being done exclusively by Jeff & will reduce the float if they are restricted...and even if they are not...
we all know they won't be sold for a very long time...so effectually, whatever he ends up buying will be out of the float.
Not familiar with that one...but will check it out...IMO price-wise...momo rules the road down here...fundamentals (unfortunately) seem to follow a good distance behind...at least for awhile anyway...
what I find kind of cool is...some of the non believers doing a 180 after seeing this past Q...I don't think I've ever seen this many "converts" on any other stock I've ever been affiliated with...that's the rarity of this company. And...I would hazard a guess that many of the veteran swing trader/momo players of ihub are keeping a bit more of their "freebies" for a tad longer too...knowing it's money in the bank.
I continuously see reference to the question of other pink sheet stocks
that actually show a profit. Good question...does anyone know of any
that are still sub penny & on the same OTC tier as KMAG?
And if so...are any of them debt free like KMAG?
I would guess that would be a very short list...if any at all.
Point is...I'm trying to show the uniqueness of our l'il gem.
Yep...we all got scammed by dean & joey boy in the hype...and all lost money...Jeff has & still is trying to help...(at considerable cost to self & family). Contrary to what some say here...there is no "pump" or "hype" going on. Shouldn't be too much longer before things get underway here...IMO, it will be an excellent investment...(oops, was that a "pump") Welcome...and should you decide to buy...place your bid wherever you see fit.
Jeff, From what I can DD, got caught in the hype, then tried to fix it for all the share
holders, when he turned to the FBI the cohorts, DEAN and Joe Booted him.
Yep...that would be a nice little triple play PR pkg for all of the investing community...
especially the ones that aren't privy to our emails...lol.
Hope so...that's a helluva' percentage increase...no matter what you're selling...
I wonder how many thousands of times the OTC Financial
screen has been refreshed today...
Will do...thanks for the warning...lol
