Oscar the grouch. He keeps rmtd shares in the trash can.
In Sesame Street it’s all imaginary
The stock is plummeting. This is worrisome.
You are correct. Every share equals 1 vote. You own 10 shares your vote counts as 10.
If I had bought over 100m shares and watched the stock sink to 0.0001 with several brokers about to restrict buys I’d be getting worried and desperate for any news as well. It’s understandable.
RMTD is not a SPAC
Can’t wait to see what they’re claiming for damages. It’s likely they’ll claim willful infringement and triple damages.
Amended infringement contentions due tomorrow. Should be interesting to see.
Kung fu grip prevents flipping. One or the other.
Flip it
What are your thoughts about this?
yes, they are. next question?
There’s a post on another board that Intel’s legal team King and Spalding has withdrawn as attorney and been replaced by Perkins Coie. Gotta wonder why. Are they shifting gears from a trial to a settlement?
It's a nice feature of Robinhood, but I refuse to use them for a number of reasons, most notably their link with Citadel.
It's like the wild west. it doesn't seem to be regulated. It's only self-monitored by the owners. We can trust them though, right?
does it matter? as of Aug 13 many brokers won't allow BUYS, only SELLS. The effect on the stock price is predictable.
you place a sell limit. he might be setting the limit price too high. Fidelity doesn't allow sell limits that exceed a certain threshold above the current price of the stock. For AMC I think it's around $200.
Fools gold
It was a good year for flipping. That’s coming to an end.
still nothing. no need to wake up.
sure, there is value in a tax writeoff. It's been an amazing market this year so most people have huge capital gains. RMTD is a great opportunity to write-off losses. Here we are back at 0.0001 again. Some believed we'd never see it again but here it is. Over a 90% loss from where it was a few months ago.
seems like a pattern with INTC using technology it hasn't licensed.
ParkerVision Receives Second Favorable Markman Ruling in ParkerVision v. Intel

moving up after positive Markman ruling

they fear both. it must be rough.
But how can they unwind their position if the bulk of shareholders aren’t selling? If we assume there are hundreds of millions or perhaps over 1 billion synthetic shares how can they buy them back in the dark pool unless someone is selling those shares to them?
Floods are very common lately. What are your thoughts on this? Red font. Question mark.
The grey sheets are not a fun place.
Looks like another possible gap up today.
It might run up ahead of the meeting on Friday.
It didn’t hit 26 after passing 35.
29m shares traded and up almost 8%. not bad especially after yesterday's spike. word is spreading which should be a good thing for the stock.
Might as well. In 3 weeks most brokers won’t allow any buys. Then tiiiimmmbbbbeeeerrrr.
Volume has dried up. This is looking bad.
Whatever happened to MBmoney? I hope he didn’t sell and miss this.
42 and still going
Wow. Look at it go. Over 1 million shares and 38 in the first minute.
Too funny. Now people are making videos about it.
I’m reading about ‘cascading infringement’ on one of the message boards as it pertains to hdvy. If it applies in this case it could massively increase potential damages. I’ll post if I find more about it.
$10? I think many will exit before that but who knows where this could go if INTC settles for a huge amount. I would also sell a chunk of shares but I’ll keep some until the end of the ride wherever that may lead.
If INTC settles the next question is which other companies also infringed on the patents? Does an INTC settlement scare them into licensing deals?
Hopefully this isn’t just another temporary spike.
Same here. Was in the red for over a decade. On the bright side any profits are considered long term cap gains. Momentum is building. The Stocktwits room has gained over 300 watchers in just a few days. There’s an active Reddit page full of info and updates on the infringement case. It’s a shame the number of outstanding shares has ballooned so much but at least the company avoided bankruptcy despite the horrible management over the years.
