Turpinator...Seems like you have been dead on with about everything you have POSTED! Welcome back...will you be joining us for the WEBCHAT in a few weeks with the MDFY gang? I hope so. Thanks again for the Post. BVdog
HEY LEM...I think we both have the same attitude this morning...Remember the song where the young girl states "I don't like Mondays" ? Kinda says it all! BVdog
Thanks DOC...I hope! Against my News Year resolution(NO PINKSHEETS)...I bought a small amount of ETIM...a million or so this morning...I am in! I do like the AKC connection...really...BVdog
BIG WIN...holy shit these guys are really smoking something!
(Conversely, on weeks that there are big wins for MedifyRemote ) Did I miss something! When the hell was there a BIG WIN! Oh I remember now...when JB hit the PINK SHEET LOTTO...33 million shares WORTH!
Speaking of BIG WIN.....GO OHIO STATE!!!! BUCKEYES!!!!
BVdog
Lem...I would like to correct your English if you don't mind....Stones should be BOULDERS!! The man carries around a big set! TOO bad his brain is not of the same proportion! BVdog
OK delete!

ETIM..ETIM..maybe we can get a special order URN for MEDIFY...and finally bury this dead cow scam! OK what type of URN would we order!!! I will start this POST out with suggesting a large "Toilet" because we have been fed more shit than any one toilet could hold! More suggestions???BVdog
Thanks Dwudman..I have some of the same problems past Presidents have had....Cigars, naked woman and gambling....not always in that order either! So I will have to decline running! haha BVdog But I will stay on top of the MEDIFY Bozos!
ACCOUNTABILITY AND HONESTY... JB and the Medify gang...I hope in your first News letter for the year 2007 you can enlighten us on how you plan on dealing with ACCOUNTABILITY AND HONESTY for the upcoming year. JB if you plan on selling your 33 million shares for a decent price you must start to show some accountability. JB someone in your PUBLICLY owned company must start to worry about the shareholders..it is very common knowledge "HOW YOU THINK AND FEEL ABOUT THE SHAREHOLDERS" . If you want more shareholders to buy your 33 million shares SOMEONE IN THE COMPANY MUST START treating the shareholders as part of the company....not just like "mushrooms"....Mushrooms are normally kept in the dark and fed shit! You have done a very good job at that!
BVdog
Going Long....smart move with PYPR ..looks like you are up 33% today...PYPR....BVdog
Why does the company need a spokesperson like Geetar to POST the inside edition? Why is the company not able to handle posting news on their own? Could the answer be that the company (JB) has lied so many times they have stooped to "GEETAR" man! In remembrance of Geetar man....
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=10859122
Hey diverdown...why don't you figure out another angle why this stock stinks....chasing Geetar away is getting a little old. Maybe it is time you figured out he was either JB or a friend of JB's justing spreading more of the same....between the 504's and millions of inside shares....THIS IS GOING NOWHERE! kinda like your Posts about poor GEETAR! GOING NOWHERE! TIP OF THE DAY.......PYPR!!!!!! BVdog
ACCOUNTABILITY AND HONESTY Words for the New Year!! Hey JB can you read???????????????????
"Now don't get drunk and take your Medify anger out on someone,".....unless that special someone is JB and than kick him once or even twice for me!!! Happy New Year to all! BVdog
Lem..I do believe that is your best post this year...I second the motion...bye bye 2006 year of trading PINKSHIT!!!!!!! 2007 moto...Just say NO to Pinksheetshit! BVdog....onward to the NEW YEAR!!!!
May JB sell his home and move into a very comfortable place maybe in Barbados...the place that Lem had the great article on!!!! Good luck to ALL in the coming New Year!!
If you are asking a general question about stupidity...this probably is not the greatest audience to get a real good opinion..but I will give it a try if you like. Ok from the dictionary....(I know I was very stupid even playing with the pinkies....NO MORE for me) Another words asking a bunch of people who have lost hundreds of thousands of $$ is probably stupid in the first place!!
1.Lacking or marked by lack of intellectual acuity
2.In a state of mental numbness especially as resulting from shock.
3.Without much intelligence
....names usually associated with! Simpleton, simple, dolt, pudden head, pudding head, and poor fish!
Now that we have covered that ground let's examine why you might be some of the above. The old saying "Throwing good money at bad"...would fit here really well. As DOC our area expert in many fields has given me credit for a few times..."Hard learned lessons in the Pink Sheet area".
I personally have done way better with the big name stocks....I have only had a few Pinksheet winners and 4 really big losers....and I tend to blame Bell Weather and Bob Holsinger (mastermind for many pinksheets)for helping me in those areas. They are very questionable to say the least!
I believe the only way to play with the Pinkies is invest a small percentage like 5% of your total investment capital and than get to FREE shares as soon as possible if you are going to hold them for a while....sell your profits as quick as possible to cover your initial outlay...so you can get to FREE shares that are left over... BVdog
Oledude...The best laugh in a while Thank You! BVdog
Lem...My thoughts exactly....JB is taking a break and enjoying the Holiday!
Pump&Dump.con: Tips for Avoiding Stock Scams on the Internet
(Copied from the PINK LAWYER...here on IHUB.
We must remember these guys were taught by some of the best around...Bob H. and Edward F. "These Guys are Good" they are the Tiger Woods of the PINKSHEETS.}
One of the most common Internet frauds involves the classic "pump and dump" scheme. Here's how it works: A company's web site may feature a glowing press release about its financial health or some new product or innovation. Newsletters that purport to offer unbiased recommendations may suddenly tout the company as the latest "hot" stock. Messages in chat rooms and bulletin board postings may urge you to buy the stock quickly or to sell before the price goes down. Or you may even hear the company mentioned by a radio or TV analyst.
Unwitting investors then purchase the stock in droves, creating high demand and pumping up the price. But when the fraudsters behind the scheme sell their shares at the peak and stop hyping the stock, the price plummets, and investors lose their money. (Or sell tons of 504's for their own quick cash...my addition)
Fraudsters frequently use this ploy with small, thinly traded companies because it's easier to manipulate a stock when there's little or no information available about the company. To steer clear of potential scams, always investigate before you invest:
Consider the Source
When you see an offer on the Internet, assume it is a scam, until you can prove through your own research that it is legitimate. And remember that the people touting the stock may well be insiders of the company or paid promoters who stand to profit handsomely if you trade.
Find Out Where the Stock Trades
Many of the smallest and most thinly traded stocks cannot meet the listing requirements of the Nasdaq Stock Market or a national exchange, such as the New York Stock Exchange. Instead they trade in the "over-the-counter" market and are quoted on OTC systems, such as the OTC Bulletin Board or the Pink Sheets. Stocks that trade in the OTC market are generally among the most risky and most susceptible to manipulation.
Independently Verify Claims
It's easy for a company or its promoters to make grandiose claims about new product developments, lucrative contracts, or the company's financial health. But before you invest, make sure you've independently verified those claims.
Research the Opportunity
Always ask for — and carefully read — the prospectus or current financial statements. Check the SEC's EDGAR database to see whether the investment is registered. Some smaller companies don't have to register their securities offerings with the SEC, so always check with your state securities regulator, too.
Watch Out for High-Pressure Pitches
Beware of promoters who pressure you to buy before you have a chance to think about and fully investigate the so-called "opportunity." Don't fall for the line that you'll lose out on a "once-in-a-lifetime" chance to make big money if you don't act quickly.
Always Be Skeptical
Whenever someone you don't know offers you a hot stock tip, ask yourself: Why me? Why is this stranger giving me this tip? How might he or she benefit if I trade?

Something Positive!
A company was looking to hire someone for an important position, so they
interviewed dozens of applicants and narrowed their search down to three
people
from different parts of U.S. In an attempt to pick one of them, they
decided to give them all the same question to answer within 24 hours, and
the one
with the best answer would get the job.
The question was: A man and a woman are in bed, nude. The woman is lying
on her side with her back facing the man, and the man is lying on his side
facing the woman's back. What is the man's name?
After the 24 hours was up, the three were brought in to give their answers.
The first from SanFrancisco, California, says,"My answer is, there is no
answer."
The second, from Prescile, Maine, says, "My answer is, that there is no way
to determine the answer with the information we were given."
The third one from Coffeyville, Kansas says, "I'm not exactly sure, but I
have it narrowed down to two names. It's either: Willie Turner or Willie
Nailer."
The Kansans got the job.
Once and fore all...If you can't say something good about a stock like MDFY..that you have lost 97% of your money....Something good about JB and the gang...haha the hardest of all....something good about the chummy friends like GeetarMan....Well don't say WHATTTTTTTTTT! Maybank the dam board will go dead! Everyone will be posting WHAT?
Oh yea we can Post all of the great News articles from the UK...or we can POST all of the SEC rules and regulations, emails and websites....so we never get our arses in this bind again! That is positive in a Lighter Funnier side! Have a great New Year...BVdog
Maybank...Thanks for the great POST! Hope you can follow suit! haha BVdog
Hope everyone had a great Christmas...here are a list of Public Holidays or Bank Days(Closed) in the UK...Today is Boxing Day....http://www.woodlands-junior.kent.sch.uk/customs/Xmas/boxingday.html
In case you are interested in learning what our good friends in the UK are doing today!
Bank Holidays:
New Year's Day,
Easter Monday,
May Day (not necessarily 1 May),
Spring Holiday at the end of May
Late Summer Holiday at the end of August, and
Boxing Day (26 December or the Monday nearest)
Merry Christmas all! And as usual I have a story to share!
A man & a woman who had never met before, but were both married to other people, found themselves assigned to the same sleeping room on a transcontinental train. Though initially embarrassed & uneasy over sharing a room, they were both very tired & fell asleep quickly... Him in the upper bunk & her in the lower. At 1:00 AM, the man leaned over & gently woke the woman saying, "Ma'am, I'm sorry to bother you, but would you be willing to reach into the closet to get me a second blanket? I'm awfully cold."
"I have a better idea," she replied. "Just for tonight, let's pretend that we're married."
"Wow! That's a great idea!" he exclaimed. "Good," she replied. "Get your own stinking blanket."
After a moment of silence, he farted.
Herb(and some others) I have crawled out of my deep black hole just long enough to realize that some members on this board have a hard time concentrating. So with that in mind I have found a test and drill that will help you with your concentration...after you have been able to successfully complete this test 3 times in a row(for men only r-rated test) ....

Please come back and read the 12 page petition that the CEO from PINKSHEETS has presented to the SEC
http://www.sec.gov/rules/petitions/petn4-519.pdf
....maybe than and only than when your concentration is at peak level you can understand the seriousness of the problem. We are facing a huge change in the Investment world especially with the pinksheets, internet and email spamming. If the CEO of PINKSHEETS has taken the time to write a 12 page petition...I know I am on the right side! There are way too many crooks stealing college money and retirement funds!
BVdog
THIS IS WELL WORTH 10 MINUTES OF YOUR TIME..PLEASE READ!
Here is the link for the 12 page proposal to the SEC..
Request for rulemaking under the Securities Act of 1933 to expose and prevent unlawful and deceptive activities by securities promoters and their sponsors

Came across this letter to the SEC in records to the 4-519 request for rule making....Thought it was interesting..
Also you can see many of the 4-519 letters....write your own!

Subject: File No. 4-519
To Whom It May Concern/Ms. Nancy Morris
I am writing in regards to SEC File No. 4-519. Request for Rulemaking to expose and prevent unlawful and deceptive activities by securities promoters and their sponsors. These individuals seem to be a form of organized crime which are bent on stealing investor money, removing value from stock, paying each other to raise the stock price of their securities. I myself am the victim of such scam, one day while reading the financial section on MSN I came upon a security called Medify Solutions the symbol then was MFYS, now MDFY. The article stated that the company had formed strategic partnerships with Oracle and was the only exclusive company with a contract to provide a particular service in the United Kingdom. The financial statements from what the company was giving us seemed good, and article after article gave the impression that they was positive news at the company. However, the stock pumpers and companies who were involved are now quite and we as investors have lost millions of investor value. The company has stopped flying in its statements to SEC and currently the CEO has initiated a reverse stock which further weakened the stock in the hopes of cheating the investors and public. My example, and countless other show that they needs to be regulation of companies and bulletin boards like Stockguru.com, Pentony Enterprises, LLC, and TTS Zurich.Thank you for your time.
Best Regards,
Kudakwashe Mutamba
I want to thank everyone that supports my thoughts and conversation. I have been advised by many on this board that maybe I do not belong in the PINKSHEETS...and you might be correct...But I also ask.."Does MDFY and the gang belong in the PINKSHEETS"? Does GALB and Bob H belong in the PINKSHEETS? And does Ed F belong?
JB I admit I do not know much about the business law in the UK but when laws in the US are broken....deals are usually struck with partners and ex-partners who can give the SEC and other Goverment bodies the most information. The partners or ex's are usually granted immunity so the Government can than slam the door on the most guilty, doesn't always seem fair but what the hell at least one person does time for the crime. But since you have done everything legal of course.. Geetar lectured me today that you HAD a lawyer for a short period on board...and of course you have NO EX-PARTNERS, or ex-friends that are steaming upset with you or know anything about illegal business transactions....so enjoy the HOLIDAY and I am sure 2007 will be a great year for some of us!
Oh yea I forgot to thank all of the people that have been writing to me in private...thanks for the info and T.(if that was really you) I enjoyed the email. BVdog
33 mil at 3 cents is still a million bucks....I know you do not want to sell for 3 cents and I am not selling at 10 cents...but JB can sell at 10 and under and still get a million bucks plus. It may take him a few months but they will keep coming up with news especially with all the INSIDERS at that huge company! It is just too bad they do not worry about their company business as much as their stock share ownership! But than again let's look at who taught them everything. Ed F. and Bob H.
Bvdog
DOC..I have heard from my inside source that is only true if he stays in his position. If he "moves on" or retires from his position than he can sell. The same source explained that when Trevor moved on with his 27 million shares and started to sell....they got divided by 12.....with the reversal.
When I asked this question to MDFY in a email.....NO answer.
ONCE AGAIN JB...I ask.. With you NO longer in your Director's position or any other position at MDFY CAN YOU SELL YOUR SHARES? We are listening! Have you truly left the postion of directing and guidance? Do you still have meetings for MDFY? Oh yea one more...Is the name on the door yet?

A small MATH problem....
"A husband wrote the following letter for his wife and left it on the dining room table:"
"To My Dear Wife,
You will surely understand that I have certain needs that you, being 54 years old, can no longer satisfy. I am very happy with you and I value you as a good wife. Therefore
after reading this letter, I hope that you will not wrongly interpret the fact that I will be spending the evening with my 18 year old secretary at the Comfort Inn Hotel. Please
don't be upset - I shall be back home before midnight."
When the man came home late that night, he found the following letter on the dining room table:
"My Dear Husband,
I received your letter and thank you for your honesty about my being 54 years old. I would like to take this opportunity to remind you that you are also 54 years old. As you know , I am a math teacher at our local college. I would like to inform you
that while you read this, I will be at the Hotel Fiesta with Michael, one of my students, who is also the assistant tennis coach. He is young, virile, and like your secretary,
is 18 years old. As a successful businessman who has an excellent knowledge of Math, you will understand that we are in the same situation, although with one small difference.
18 goes into 54 a lot more times than 54 goes into 18. Therefore, I will not be back home until sometime tomorrow."
I got 296 on my first swing....could not come close after that...the best was a real high nose dive at 200...Bvdog
Thanks Geetar for the long and thought out email. Of course as usual I do disagree with many points.
1. The Secretary being a lawyer has ZERO credibility for me. In my hometown lawyers and politicians usually spend their retirment years in the slammer. Also she was there for a very short period. According to the website she is gone? Any idea why she left so quickly?
2. What do you have to say about all of the connecting names like Bob Holsinger and Edward Fitzpatrick....great outstanding business partners? They just fell out of the sky during this great business development? Or another mastermind plan?
3. I am jumping up and down about the UK guys to get involved why? Because Medify is located or supposed to be located in the UK...Have they decided to put their name on the door yet?
Just because a company is Inc in Maryland does not mean you can go to the UK and operate without abiding by the UK laws.
4. I am sorry that you HATE WHEN LAWYERS get involved. I personnally would rather see a hard working lawyer recover funds and split the recovery THAN A CON-MAN win his purse.
5.How many of JB's email and promises have you read? If your insider is truly an insider or whatever your position is...You know exactly what us long term investors are called and thought of. So please keep the rest of the guys informed about your inside info....and if you truly have something better to do than argue with me...don't include me in your statements. You feel I am stopping the PPS and I feel, Mazuma, and the millions of shares that have been given way are stopping the PPS. Facts are Facts...who really cares what the hell I feel or say....go read the financial statements! People are bitching and complaining on all of the message boards...guess what the stocks still climb....BUT WHEN THE BITCHING INFO HITS HOME...than the story changes. Who the hell is selling at these low prices? Nobody seems to know...when the company is ready to explode onto the market.
6. Ask your INSIDER why JB retired his position? He told us the investors it was so he could move on.....what kind of bullshit is that? Medify is ready to burst on the market and he is going to do what? Ask your INSIDER if he is moving closer to the bank...so when he sells his 33 million UNRESTRICTED shares now that he is not in a position to guide and direct the company....his shares become unrestricted? when I asked all of these questions weeks ago...NO ANSWERS...once again if it looks like shit and smells like shit....my years of shit experience tells me...IT IS SHIT!

The Worst Con-Men are Psychopaths...copied from www.crimes-of-persuasion.com
In popular usage, almost any crazy killer is a "psychopath." But in psychiatry, it's a very specific mental condition that rarely involves killing, or even psychosis.
"Psychopaths are not disoriented or out of touch with reality, nor do they experience the delusions, hallucinations, or intense subjective distress that characterize most other mental disorders," writes Dr. Robert Hare, in Without Conscience, the seminal book on the condition.
"Unlike psychotic individuals, psychopaths are rational and aware of what they are doing and why. Their behavior is the result of choice, freely exercised."
Because psychopaths are guided by such a different thought process than non-psychopathic humans, we tend to find their behavior inexplicable. But they're actually much easier to predict than the rest of us once you understand them. Psychopaths follow much stricter behavior patterns than the rest of us because they are unfettered by conscience, living solely for their own aggrandizement.
None of his victims means anything to the psychopath. He recognizes other people only as means to obtain what he desires. Not only does he feel no guilt for destroying their lives, he doesn't grasp what they feel. The truly hardcore psychopath doesn't quite comprehend emotions like love or hate or fear, because he has never experienced them directly.
...Sound familiar guys?? Thank God so many con men are very greedy and do not know when to stop. This is how they get caught. They get very cocky with their emails and mouth! After a few successful scams they think they are unstoppable. But if pinned against some smart and clever people... BUSTED and doin time in Jail! Remember some of the words above...NONE OF THE VICTIMS MEAN ANYTHING TO A PSYCOPATH CON-MAN...THEIR MONEY, THEIR FAMILIES FUTURES MEAN NOTHING...ONLY THEIR PERSONNAL GAIN MATTERS! BVdog
Sparky..please keep me in mind. mrbvdog@yahoo.com
Does anyone remember how long ago JB resigned his position? We really need to move on emails to the proper authority so IF we have a chance of stopping the 33 million shares from going on the market for sale by JB. Once JB retires his position and the paper work is filed....those shares are going on sale...NO DOUBT! These guys care WAY TOO much about their pockets than anything else....IF YOU GUYS DON"T BELIEVE WE ARE Scammed than at least believe ....JB WORRIES first about his own pocket!
He announced his non-directorial and non-executive status of MDFY....which I don't believe for a moment! I bet he still does not have the name on the door either. We need the authorities in the UK to stop by and look into this mess! I am sure we here in the US are not the only ones that are taking it in the backside....But just maybe when the USA guys start screaming at the UK authorities than many more Brit's will come out and join in...we already know Turpinators story and how bad he was screwed.

Here is something interesting I just read on the Equity Board site...doesn't seem related at first.
http://www.equitygroups.com/pinksheets/galb/messages/83250.html
The article is a month old but still interesting!
Except....European launch pad is Edward F's and GALB is the company that Bob Holsinger started and resigned from...now sub-penny and was heavily promoted by Bell-Weather. GALB never had a product but had many contracts ready to sign...FINGER PRINT SECURITY...they had the ARAB oil companies ready to sign multi-million dollar contracts. Sound Familiar it should....the same people are behind it.
http://www.stockpatrol.com/article/key/galtonbiometrics
The connection in case you forgot...Blog8...Securiteyes(BOB HOLSINGER)...MFYS...MDFY...they make following the trail a little difficult WHY..WHY????
Once again I state...These guys are good! How good I ask the members of this forum. I know there are pumpers and dumpers here..They are usually the first to appear with POST stating...you cannot do anything about a PINKSHEET etc. But I also know there are true RETAIL INVESTORS like me that have gotten screwed. I have lost in HLLF, GALB, MDFY and they all share some names appearing in the financial documents AND Bell-Weather!
Keep the researching going guys! BVdog
