I don't think they did that in the annual uaf's.
I think the annual numbers are probably very accurate to what we will see in the audited report.
Maybe the first one back in July but I don't think they did that on the more recent one.
What do you mean? I thought they were good.
I think the audited financials would include share structure if I'm not mistaken. I don't know about anybody else's questions but A/F's is the only one I have. Show me verified revenue and govt orders. Anything else is BS.
7.7 million
I think you are right in that they will go all out on getting audited numbers out by the time we trade. We'll see but I know if it were my company I would be moving mountains to get it done.
when I spoke to the guy after calling the number on the complaint he said every case is different and wouldn't get into specifics.
No I don't think so Phrenz. Bottom line is they need to produce audited financials and prove the govt purchase orders since that is all they claimed.
If they prove audited financials I don't think you'll be getting any bottom basement shares. Even our basher experts agreed to that yesterday.
Good to know you didn't lose it....lol
Yes but that was even flawed because the complaint says contracts when the PR's say purchase orders.
MJ could you please remind me to give you a question Thursday I might forget...lol
Yes seems to have. I think he took issue with the second part of your post. I think the origination and organizing of the complaints may be what turns out to be unkosher.....time will tell.
Too bad Angel pointed out yesterday that the company says purchase orders in the PR's not contracts. Seems like a hastily worded complaint.
'purported contracts'
and pro-bowl this week end wouldn't surprise me
That is a good point. The PR's say purchase order not contract. The number 1 premise of the SEC investigation is flawed. If the orders are through a third party there is no conflict with the prior PR's. All CKYS has to do is produce audited numbers that are close to the yearly unaudited numbers and they will be fine.
MJ, Thanks great work. Just catching up here. Please keep us posted.
Thanks I know regardless of others opinions here. CKYS still needs to produce audited numbers but it is kind of obvious that naked shorting is a form of financial terrorism.
Don't know it. It has been posted that it is through a third party.
Thank you again for your personal insult. Because thier purpose may be financial terrorism, naked shorting in U.S. capital markets of emerging companies. In this case a company supplying the department of homeland security. Unless the people from outside the U.S. making these complaints with the SEC are investigated we have no ways of knowing what potential ties to terrorist organizations exist.
CKYS needs to produce audited numbers I agree, but this loophole must be closed.
It doesn't matter. Foreign citizens and entities should not be allowed to file complaints with the SEC without being investigated themselves. Especially about companies doing business with the Department of Homeland Security.
No actually the conversation went in the other direction, but thank you for your personal insult.
How much?
Twilight zone time.....
Wow. I see it too.
No Janice you misunderstood. I called the number on the complaint after they were suspended. Folks in Canada shouldn't be able to file SEC complaints when there is a good possibility they are involved with naked short selling. I simply informed him of my concern that the complaints may have been organized by ihub posters from Canada involved in naked short selling. I also suggested that if CKYS has the revenues etc. then they should investigate the possibility of financial terrorism.
The backgrounds of foreign individuals making SEC complaints should be investigated too.

Article on financial terrorism.

You saw the original post. I was clear enough.
I agree it is utterly stupid to allow people located outside the U.S. to organize and issue complaints against U.S. companies. That is why I brought it to thier attention.
SLight slip of the tongue there champ....lol
As long as you are willing to accept that you are acting out of your own level of ignorance too, then feel free to use it..
No I am just beyond getting pleasure out of anybody else's pain. Everybody acts at thier own level of ignorance.
Hey good for you. And yes.
Deriving pleasure from somebody else's pain is bad Karma whether you think they deserve it or not.
Well then I think everybody kind of agrees on that part. Now it is just a question of whether we see them.
Bottom line is CKYS needs to deliver audited numbers. If they do the stock will be fine, if not then it won't be.
Yes but is it your belief that what comes after generally helps the shorts?
In the case of Cyberkey, would a short be advantaged by the current suspension?
No. But if I were the CEO I would make sure they were done before the suspension ends.
