Things are just getting started here. Watch Liberty Share Price slowly rise as the company begins to fulfil its plans to drill and market oil not only in Baylor but others as well. At .025 cents a GREAT entry point imo.
Good luck to all who have been patient.
Absolutely nothing it seems.
That is going to take 200m - 300M volume imo

(OTCQB: LBYE) (“Liberty” or “the Company”) an independent oil and gas company targeting onshore Texas oil conventional plays with a current focus on the Fort Worth Basin, today announced that work will begin this week to improve production on the recently acquired Baylor County leases.
Liberty has engaged local oilfield service company to provide the crew and related equipment upgrades and maintenance. This work will include the following critical work:
Measure the oil in all tanks and take a picture of each tape. We need accurate measurements of the marketable oil in the tanks as our settlement agreement with the seller has us crediting this amount.
Conduct individual assessment of each well, tank battery, injection pump and related lease infrastructure issues. Prepare status report on this assessment.
Remove and replace the separator on the Ptacek lease with a rebuilt unit. Contractor will supply all needed seals, valves and fittings.
Stabilize and align pump jacks that are not plumb to prevent premature wear.
Fortification of tank berms to contain potential oil spillage.
Stabilization of Tanks that are listing as required by code.
Installation of gravel around tank bases and construction of walkways to provide better access to tanks during inclimate weather.
Removal of oil field trash/scrap. Sell or recycle metal scrap.
Secure electrical lines and connections to increase durability.
Swapping of newest injection pump to well of greatest need in order to increase production.
Check flow line connections for wear and replace fittings where needed.
Current production averages around 3 BOPD but is anticipated tp increase into the 5-6 BOPD range when the above mentioned work is completed. Future production increases will occur after additional wells are worked over or brought online.
As part of Liberty’s value proposition to shareholders new production will be updated through the website through ongoing updates on the blog as well as key developments via press announcements. “We are very pleased to take over operations of the newly acquired Baylor County producing oil & gas leases. This week’s work combined with the recently done remedial work by the Seller should give us a nice bump up in production. We have already begun planning our additional rework efforts as well as commissioned a petroleum engineering firm to work on our infill drilling program. These developments mark a real milestone for the Company as we look forward to the consistent associated cash flow these assets should provide for many years to come” stated, CEO Arthur Roy.
Going above .10 imo. These guys are the real deal. Watch and see.
This is just the start of what the company intends to accomplish. They are the real deal with experienced management. We are on our way finally.
We have finally started. Here is news posted last night on the Liberty Blog:

Liberty Energy Corp. Announces Successful Acquisition of Producing Oil & Gas Leases in Baylor County, Texas
HOUSTON, Texas – April 04, 2014 (For Website Release) — Liberty Energy Corp. (OTCQB: LBYE) (“Liberty” or “the Company”) an independent oil and gas company targeting onshore Texas oil conventional plays with a current focus on the Fort Worth Basin, today announced that the Company has acquired 4 oil & gas producing Baylor County leases.
The transaction covers 1,038 Acres with 17 oil wells, 4 injection wells and related surface production equipment. Average production of 3-4 Barrels of Per Day (BOPD) from operating wells is anticipated before any additional cleaning or remedial work is performed. The leases provide 100% Working Interest and 70-75% Net Revenue Interest (NRI) for the Company in exchange for seller financing, a carried 5% ORR and $50,000 in restricted stock.
During the closing period the operator advanced field work including replacing mechanical down hole pumps, replacing pump jack motors, upgrading a water injection pump and stabilizing needed pump jack platforms. The BaylorCounty leases have historically produced from multiple pay zones and these leases have all depth rights. The leases are estimated to contain a minimum of 15 and likely up to 30 infill drilling locations with expectations based on historical IP (initial production) rates of between 15-20 BOPD on new wells.
“We are very pleased to have restructured the original proposed all stock transaction, for a low stock issuance with a long term seller financing structure, to minimize dilution to Liberty shareholders. Furthermore, we are encouraged that some required remedial work has already been done which will support our efforts to promptly increase production while engineering the infill drilling program,” stated, CEO Arthur Roy.
ABOUT LIBERTY: Liberty Energy Corp. (OTCQB:LBYE) is an Independent Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Company dedicated to the sourcing and production of oil and gas onshore in the United States. Headquartered in Houston, Texas, the Company has acquired several leases with extensive potential for future development.
April is going to be huge for mdrm shareholders IMO
Everything else was down today except mdrm, why, because it's going to be one of those main players. 15 cents is a bargain IMO.
Liberty is far from dead. Arthur and the management dream will deliver on their plans imo.

"We are very pleased to move forward with securing our first two producing assets and working aggressively to accelerate production through the workover and infill drilling programs. These acquisitions will set the platform for Liberty to continue its aggressive mergers & acquisition program to bring more production and proven reserves to our portfolio," stated, CEO Arthur Roy.
As previously announced, the Archer County lease covers 140 Acres with 21 oil wells and 2 injection wells. The lease has current production on average 6 Barrels Of Per Day (BOPD) from currently producing wells. The Baylor County leases cover 1,100 Acres with 17 oil wells, 4 injection wells and has revised current production of approximately 2 Barrels Of Per Day (BOPD) from currently producing wells.
IMO its coming folks and those that have hung around will be glad they did.
Strong, sure and focused Mr Da Zone.
An excellent day here. This should be a very good week.
I see it now, thanks
Share the details of the emailer if you can.
Only a fool would borrow funds to buy a stock unless that person knew the potential here was a 95% probability. So your either 1) nuts, 2) a pumper who sells at .10, 3) or you know whats going to happen here. Im hoping its door #3 :)
Hey RD, if mdrm delivers on their business plan, then these estimates could be a reality IMO. But they have a long way to go. We will see over the weeks and months what they announce. Thanks for posting the potential here.

And that gap may happen over night one day imo.
Locked up - done. It appears this CEO with his experience might be the best person to roll out their business plan. This will be one of those gems that shocks everyone who is in or watching from the sidelines IMO.

Looking good here. The only question is how high will it go.
Much appreciated
What kind of SP potential do we have here short and long term in your opinion?
MRDM will shock us all imo.
Agreed which is what I am doing.
Its just a hunch but one day and maybe soon MDRM will be .51 and not .051 imo.
A similar company to MDRM made this statement in a news release today:
This Public Company Has A Plan To Make $5 Billion A Year From Selling Pot (FITX). As I look into FITX share structure I see they have an AS of 3.5B, Float of 1.4B, and Authorized of 3.5B.
MDRM has an OS of 195m the OTCmarkets claim.
That tells me that our SP will be exploding when MDRM releases similar news. This is going to be a nice ride imo.
Good going 777Z. One day URHN will make its move up. $$$$$$$$$$$$
That needs updated
Your right that is low compared to other plays that have just come out. Time to load up.
Wonder what the OS and float is
Seems like something is happening here
Good post jedijazz, and i believe your right sir
2014 is going to be kind to URHN shareholders
This bad boy has been 5-6 cents not even a year ago, its my view they will do it again. All depends on the resources they have on their mining property. If they have better than expected resources and partnerships, then we could go much higher than the past 5.5 cents imo.
Agreed and one day the decimal point will shift to the right so we won't be .038 cents but rather 0.38 cents. CEO will make this happen imo.
One day soon Im thinking Liberty will blow through these 3 cent levels. Although they can't report any revenue yet like companies such as HIIT and BKKN (2 other companies that have done very well that started not unlike Liberty), Liberty is in the process of closing deals that will bring them significant revenues and enable them to grow quickly. Resources like oil is the place to be in 2014 especially in undervalued small oil companies that have significant upside - just like Liberty. Im glad I'm invested in Liberty at these levels and I know there are many wise and skilled business men also invested here making me even more comfortable with my investment. Good luck to us all who are invested here in Liberty. In speaking to the CEO he is VERY focused on making Liberty a success.
