pugdog - I appreciate you concern, but I am just fine. Like most investors, I have a diversified portfolio.
pugdog - "No" to every nuance of your question.
invenstor, do you work for AURC and/or receive payment from them in any form or fashion?
Why don't you contact him?
pugdog - You know that I was referring to the current TA.
there has been much debate and doubt on this message board about the games of musical chairs of you will in regard to 'illegitimate' TA's being used if you will
pugdog - Are you now saying that no American shareholder has gained from Russian resources? That is absurd.
even so, American shareholders will not gain from russian resources, that's just the nature of the Russians
Where is your evidence for this libelous assertion?
"yes we do, AURC is using the worst of the worst TA's"
So? The buyer could be a Russian company.
This sounds like it is referring to the DD to be done by the offeror.
According to Altmark, the bonds are for Klyon.
We have no reason to doubt this TA. If the TA provided false information, they could get into serious trouble.
pugdog - Are you doing the old "The Russian Ministry of Natural Resources has been bought off." routine?
pugdog - Are you now saying that there has been dilution?
pugdog - This theory presumes that this is a real buyout. Krong and Zabaikalgeoprom have real asset that have very high value. For all we know Monimpex may be the mystery buyer and they want it real cheap. More likely, it is Millhouse.
If Aurus ackowledged knowing the offeror, Kartix would know that there was no need for them.
My understanding is that part of Kartix's job is to qualify the offeror.
If this PR came from Monimpex and if Monimpex is not to be trusted (I agree 100% there), then might this PR be an attempt to drive down the price so that they can buy on the cheap, all the while knowing that the shares will be bought out at $.55 (possibly $.605 with dividend)?
They did not say that the buyout is dead. The PR may be a means for people to infer that the buyout is dead, without actually lying about it.
Monimpex may want to accumulate NOW, before the DD instigated by BUDDYRICH is posted.
A key FACT here is that there has been no dilution since the buyout was announced.
specbidder - What role did Kartix play then?
I agree about the lies, but there was a real deal.
Well you can choose to see it as a negative. But that doesn't mean it is.
jstick2000 - NDOL/NWOG was a real deal, albeit falsely advertised.
... and let's not forget - No dilution since the buyout announcement!
Happy IHub Birthday and thank you for honoring us with you very first post!
2C didn't give me any such numbers either (nor did I ask him for them).
Do you have proof of this?
AURC was open to only one investor and he ditched it..
f_eroltu - You can't and don't speak for everyone.
Noone believes anything you say anymore.
2C says that he is not. That is good enough for me.
Come on, give Gail a break. She has been totally transparent. She didn't have to tell anyone that she sold or why.
I believe you meant this post for the PAIM board.
... and the PAIMP that hasn't been converted?
how about those debentures that didnt convert to common?
The same question was asked last year with the 90% buyback. At least last year, we got the debenture whose face value was much higher than the stock price.
How can we be forced to sell? this makes no sense...........
hasher5 - that is simply untrue. bid = $.0001, ask = $.0002
Who is buying and what do they know?
Altmark Holdings treats this as current on their site, even though it refers to Klyon:

I don't think this proves your point. It doesn't even support it well.
Challenge accepted: http://www.altmarkholdingsltd.com/contact.html
i challenge anyone here to find information on this 'Altmark Holdings Ltd' or 'Diana Belany'
gold100 - How much did you MAKE off of NNRF? Besides the story is not over for AURC, NWOG, or SGDM.
Haven't those stories already hit in Germany where most of the trading occurs?
As always, thanks eik!
eik - Do you see any such track records for SGDM's purchase of UniverCompany?
