Hard to guess how it plays out after the initial panic selling to lock in gains dries up and she discloses some of the details about the stock transactions to raise capital for equipment she said would come this week. Then she appeared to say last week a timeline would come for SQF this week as well. You’d also hope whoever took stock would want to sell in the put range and maybe plans to hold some as an investment.
She affirmed previous revenue guidance and exceeding projections is likely. Who knows but it looks like she’s got her stuff together and just pulled the trigger on known to her future growth demand the only way possible at this time.
I still do a p/e multiple calculation that puts it in the pennies and not sub-pennies but the market doesn’t agree yet lol.
They have a “Let’s chat” button at the bottom of the website. Maybe you can ask your questions there.

You were holding out for $0.002 yesterday right?
Yes the scary t-trade,,it’s called Capex investment but you know that. I’ll guess pps will go down until it goes up and then the pps will go up until it goes down based on years of watching the t-trades.
Next? Whatever she decides,,,, https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=169991261
She just pulled a huge Capex FU power move and has committed to full five line buildout and withdrew from advising spqs and confirmed previous revenue guidance through 2023.
Eventually the pps will move up.
It’s not maxed as she has controlling interest and just raised it 50 million in an FU power move to fund todays news. She can continue to raise it without shareholder votes until there are 2 billion shares issued and outstanding. Then it’s 50/50 ownership with the public and she needs to get approval.
Why I like Hiru and wonder why she tolerates people pushing her with insults and accusations when she has unilateral control as long as she keeps the issued and outstanding below 2 billion shares. She doesn’t need shareholders approval to build this business for the best interest of her majority ownership/controlling 2 billion shares.
Eventually the revenues will justify a proper price per share.
“Preferred Stock, Series “A” has a conversion rate to one (1) share of the Preferred Stock, Series “A” to twenty-thousand (20,000) shares of Common Stock of the Company. The holders of the Preferred Stock, Series “A” are entitled to vote on all matters voted on by the Company’s common shareholders, including election of directors, on the voting basis of twenty thousand (20,000) shares of Common Stock for every individual share of Preferred Stock, Class “A” held. To date, the Company has issued 100,000 shares of Preferred Stock Series “A” which is currently held by one (1) shareholder of record.”
(100,000 x 20,000 = 2,000,000,000 voting shares)
And that one shareholder is? Kathryn
Everyone else is just noise that she tolerates.
Lol unlike the 9% it’s down today or off 50% from $0.0081 recent high or 75+% off $0.02 from18 months ago. If what you’re doing isn’t working you might try something different huh?
1-30 r/s would be a godsend to stop the volatility. 46 million outstanding and $0.12, sweet spot. Too bad it won’t happen soon enough.
The issue is no SQF and Walmart in September. She needs to disclose the new timeframe per her tweet last week.
SQF is taking longer than promised, we are working hard on it everyday, will update next week on expected time frame to be completed, WSO is just waiting on us to give the green light to start shipping to them and others. $HIRU

Now would be the time: Sep 15 SQF is taking longer than promised, we are working hard on it everyday, will update next week on expected time frame to be completed, WSO is just waiting on us to give the green light to start shipping to them and others. $HIRU
Luckily the float is locked and we have 100 million shares of bids to pin down any sellers.
That’s the right move. Never should have been involved. Buying the running line is moving back to having five lines in that building.
@Hirucorpnew
Happy Friday, so many questions on my ties to SPQS, I have stepped down as a IND Director and in the process of purchasing the line that is setup for them in our building, so by next week no more ties to SPQS. $HIRU

Worlds Largest Coffee Cup Capacity 1.5 Gallons You know how many ounces this cup is right? https://www.amazon.com/Gigantic-Coffee-Mug/dp/B0B5VQSVV1
Well now we get into the definition of a CUP don’t we? Is that a measuring cup or a mocha latte grande coffee cup?
Another definition denier. Carry on.
Let’s just go with reality. Nowhere will you find restricted shares spoken in the definition of dilution. Only newly issued shares or option exercise. You can repeat yourself, highlight in red and type in BOLD LETTERS all you like but it doesn’t make restricted shares moving to free trading DILUTION! Carry on.
What Is Dilution?
Dilution occurs when a company issues new shares that result in a decrease in existing stockholders' ownership percentage of that company. Stock dilution can also occur when holders of stock options, such as company employees, or holders of other optionable securities exercise their options. When the number of shares outstanding increases, each existing stockholder owns a smaller, or diluted, percentage of the company, making each share less valuable.
A share of stock represents equity ownership in that company. When a firm's board of directors decides to take their company public, usually through an initial public offering (IPO), they authorize the number of shares that will be initially offered. This amount of outstanding stock is commonly referred to as the "float." If that company later issues additional stock (often called secondary offerings) they have increased the float and therefore diluted their stock: the shareholders who bought the original IPO now have a smaller ownership stake in the company than they did prior to the new shares being issued.

Yup nailed it. They were all already issued and outstanding. It’s word play over the shares status of free trading or restricted. The dilution to the outstanding share total took place when the restricted shares were bought/issued. When they become free trading they move to the free trading “float” but they’re not newly issued dilutive shares.
This was the news: WSO is just waiting on us to give the green light to start shipping to them and others.
She’s got contracts/orders and building inventory that’s hung up over certification.
<3%% of all the 1,411,836,344 shares of stock outstanding.
With a proper P/E ratio for their sector using known net earnings it should be somewhere near there and over by now.
“Beverages (Production/Distribution) p/e 31.53”.

Scroll to P/E ratio by sector.
The question is where’s the markets pricing disconnect?
Actually the outstanding went down significantly (-337 min) which is good but the unrestricted (free trading) went up (+195mn) which may or may not have been sold into the market.
Unrestricted shares increased by 200 million in three months.
Looks like the SQF expectations have been lowered. Sounds like a self inflicted green light to sell and buy back lower.
Someone on Stocktwits posted an article that stated it usually takes 6-8 months which caused her to spout off “weeks not months”. It’s been over two months since they started talking about getting certified from their meeting with Walmart and the market has figured it out.
Markets waiting to see if that’s true
So far no! Only lower lows. Looks like it’s going to stay here until earnings and then get punished like a red head stepchild.
rsi 30.89 @ $0.141 is either a bounce or a break lower. I figure it’s going lower but not under $0.10 yet lol.
Can you handle the truth?
Tony Podesta, another dry hole except for the backhander from his fee like all the others.
Crank up the marketing campaign! Creepy John Podesta To Serve As White House Senior Advisor For Clean Energy Innovation And Implementation
By Alicia Powe
Published September 2, 2022 at 4:30pm
Joe Biden has selected the former Clinton campaign manager John Podesta as White House senior advisor to the President for Clean Energy Innovation and Implementation.
Podesta will oversee the implementation of $370 billion worth of the climate change provisions included in the Democrats’ Inflation Reduction Act, which Biden signed in August.
The scandal-plagued Democrat operative will also “chair the President’s National Climate Task Force in support of this effort,” the White House said in a statement.
“We are fortunate that John Podesta will lead our continued innovation and implementation,” Biden said in a statement. “His deep roots in climate and clean energy policy and his experience at senior levels of government mean we can truly hit the ground running to take advantage of the massive clean energy opportunity in front of us.”
Podesta is currently chair of the board of directors for the Center for American Progress, a liberal think tank he founded in 2003.
Hillary Clinton’s former campaign manager also served as chief of staff to former President Clinton and was top climate advisor to President Obama.

She should have posted this worthless tweet when it was trying to push through .008 instead of when it’s trying to drop into the .005’s. SMH
Lol yes I think you’re right.
Looking for a break of rsi 30 and .14 next few days. rsi 28+\- may be an entry for a bounce whatever the price is at that time. Wish I was buying instead of waiting to sell my fat fingers .22’s.
That was easy
Squires will never speak again and just stay private while hustling people to invest by dangling a listing or a product breakthrough or a buyout someday. He can place stock at any price people fall for as there’s no publicly traded benchmark. He’s only got to stretch it out for another 15 years and he’ll be ready to drift off into retirement.
