this week feels eerily like the years before the Plant went up and operational ...
of course i know it's not those days but it does feel like them ...
we need clarity from the CEO immediately about the share structure and RS prospect
nothing for nothing but there's a ton of volume today. I'd like to know what's going on here.
question.. do shares bought in the offering get reflected in the daily volume? i'm guessing no it's completely separate. anyone want to weigh in ?
Bishop will not be serving the company by destroying this stock.
A. he will lose the base he has developed over the last year
B. he will not attract new investors
in the current economic climate people who normally had a few extra bucks to play the pot stocks are simply no longer a thing. The whole market is in decline.
wow that's an eye opener .... nearly half a billion in volume out of the gate on a Monday morning.
Lots of barking up Bishop's tree needs to happen with every day that goes by where we get no light shed on this very important subject.
i wonder who's giving Bishop advice ... with other players involved now i doubt he's the sole navigator of these decisions
wish we could do a project veritas style expose on The Plant... someone find one of the 80 employees and get them to spill the beans on the grow house
the way i see it is since the Plant merger this company has become visible and taken on dozens if not hundreds of new share holders who are all right now probably anxious if not furious with this latest leaked news of a possible RS. Bishop will at some point soon have to address this as i'm sure he's getting inundated with e.mails
aside from the people who bought his offering at .00035 or whatever now have to sit and watch it get driven into the ground.
i said it before the greenhouse probably ran over budget... contractor is probably waiting on a payment to keep going.
sort of easy to figure out
so why did they apply for it in June i believe ?
how it started :
"we're working hard to bring our shareholders more value through our companies"
how it's going:
f*ck those shareholders we're giving ourselves raises and new company vehicles !
lol FJB for initiating this POS !
so they applied for the RS we don't know it they will activate it...
Bishop needs to communicate this to his buyers
so now the question... does Bishop emerge and do damage control , or does he just yell timber and climb back in his fox hole ?
on a positive note...
they seem to be focusing on eliminating toxic debt, and now the valve is wide open and the entire AS is up for grabs at .0001
i don't think it's a coincidence they are being quiet on Twitter because they know they are dealing up hot share dumping.
while i'm not one of those people that thinks the Nutranomics twitter page is exclusively for the shareholders and stock info... they use it to network products and simply promote the company... it's simply un-avoidable that shareholders will jump on their case with any post with the way the stock has been preforming.
i mean it's right there in black and white... RS is likely coming
good find... almost 5 months ago... have to wonder how long those things take. Bishop needs to be forthcoming on this !
is that good or bad ? if the shares all end up in investors hands then its up to them not bishop what happens to the price yes ?
let's say this takes 6 months to get bought up then that's officially it for dilution if i'm not mistaken...?
unless this is the death blow before a RS ?
Ironically the link to access the 1-A on the OTC site has POS in the title ... that's the abbreviation
yup... dipping us in shit for sure. Promises they are working hard to bring value to shareholders then does the opposite
i guess it's the whole economy FJB !
but this is a colossal disaster, we're one tick away from ZERO
that's 0
worthless garbage !
YIKES
headed into October here, they can't dodge the greenhouse update much longer.
my guess is the $400,000 line of credit is what was needed to complete the job and set up....
would also like an overall Coachillin update... any news on other tenants starting to move in? any of the facilities , hotels, venues , and what not going up ?
we definitely need them to be allowed to ship out of state... would instantly send this soaring. Everything about CA in general worries me
if i'm not mistaken many months maybe a year ago someone knew someone who got an e.mail reply and talked about it here that they're not planning a RS. all hearsay rumors and unverifiable information.
that being said my gut tells me they wouldn't do it .. if they would i feel like it would have happened already in a desperate move to get the company established. Now it is in fact established ... hopefully we get good news real soon
no dumping today
but
also no buying and by buying i mean substantial buying
this is a slug in the nuts. How can we still be here with no value ?
hip hip HORRAY !
we;re almost at zero !
as much as i hate cliche sayings.... time will tell
i have a take on this in the optimistic category....
let's say they gave us the "almost done" tweet or PR but instead want to drop a bombshell report with the EOY filing ?
sometimes these guys work the timing strategy... i'm expecting a huge media blitz outlining the up and running operation when it's ready....
these guys are pros
i've seen other companies tweet or facebook or whatever almost finished offices and clinics what have you with ceiling tiles not in, boxes of material all over the place, things not functional just to show shareholders "something" and it was a disaster...
an "almost done" tweet might invite attacks from an investor having a bad day if you can understand
construction can get a little delayed , i'd rather see a cleaned up showroom ready car than a bunch of nuts and bolts
this is true... feels like since the plant is up and running now Bishop can start picking off other tasks and challenges instead of tie-ing up his time working on the merger.
keep in mind everyone NNRX is by definition a holding company. The Plant is their first acquisition ... there is no law or conflict of interest about them acquiring another completely separate company to add to the roster which i believe will happen eventually
seems like we've got a looooong way to go here
little hiccup of green on the news now back to the
same old sh!t
crazy sh!t going on ! big money getting moved around here today
i just looked at the tape, almost ALL buys ( 200 m worth ) out of the gate. Insiders weren't holding back....nothing to sneeze at , not 10, 20, 30 million ... 200 million shares !
that's funny ! i actually cashed in a change jar and bought 2 days ago !
dam .... something happening 200 m volume out of the gate
just a theory ... i've read about toxic lending , not specifically NNRX but in general where let's say they owe such and such a lender $200K ... they dish them out say 800 million shares ( not sure how it all goes down precisely ) and such and such lender INSTANTLY dumps them into the bid even if it's .0001
kind of obvious that's been part of the problem here for years...
guessing this line of credit they acquired is at a very low interest rate and it seems like they will be very cautious and not run up debt when unnecessary...
also it seems like lots of these OTC companies carry outstanding debt from past CEO's and my research over the years led me to believe Nutranomics of old had very bad financial problems as their operations wound down... probably owed millions to lenders. Hopefully that chapter is closed and we are into an entirely new book and story now
sounds like they cleared $500,000 of toxic lending and took on a new line of legit healthy credit ...
that's how it reads to me
