What makes you think a group who is clearly only interested in trading short term pops is going to go long by converting BKMPP shares????

Yes, and now unless you are willing to pay 150 dollars for every 1 billion preferred for conversion then you have been given nothing!

Some will need to figure in the eventual dilution of Free Trading shares once the restricted are no longer restricted and sold into the market....of course one would have to predict (guess) at the number of preferreds being converted!

and even if BKMP is at 0.01 on April 30th....the question is what will it be one year from then!

Sandy needs a new calculator....based on my calculations 1 Million shares for 150 bucks is 0.00015 not 0.00025???? Anyone????

What they have in mind is selling restricted shares! Pretty simple really, but I think some here got it right...why convert at 0.00015 when you should be able to buy at 0.0001 if they have no follow up????

Well lets see, sell at 0.0003 today to convert at 0.00015 later....sounds like more will convert than you may think especially those with big bucks on the inside IMO!

Me also thinks that Sandy has pretty much just set the price on our BKMP shares and this should retrace back down to 0.0002 before long....if you offer shares at that low a price then the price will drop accordingly!

Also, if they announced a deal on February 1st.....it would be nice to see the PRs on the day the deal was announced not 11 days later.....did you forget about the shareholders Sandy???

As to GZFX/GGI and the Billions of SB-2A shares being sold onto the market....as soon as GZFX changes their toxic financing and or completes diluting shareholder interests to the tune of hundreds of millions of shares per month....then I will gladly get off that point....until then, it is BY FAR, the biggest influence on GZFX sharevalue as an investment and will continue to be so until JF finds an alternative way to finance all his other adventures.

PS2???? Don't think so!.....and Wii was the most popular based on the demand I saw at the Malls....not to mention the fact that they are priced at nearly half that of the newly released Sony PS3....which couldn't keep pace because of supply issues!

No not at controlling the stock price per se, but the net effect of their activities certainly do not result in an appreciation of shareholder value! Since when is it good to either sell lots and lots of shares ultra-cheap (GGI/GZFX and SB-2A shares) or perhaps worse yet to end up with a select (insert pumpity dumpities here) few with millions upon millions of free shares....

not only that but to have the company feed these individuals information ahead of any public releases so that those few can benefit more while accumulating free shares! It is giving the company away for free ultimately!

Come on Wick....lets at least be real....even when GZFX shares were traded with very very low volume GGI/GZFX was diluting....volume has nothing to do with the dilution; only in that it is easier to hide during high volume spikes! You know full well that GZFX/GGI is still diluting and on top of that you also know exactly how many SB-2A shares are remaining to be sold into the market (OS and Float)!

Until all those SB-2A shares are sold (more than likely 3.5 or so billion or higher) then this stock is "lost money" unless you are one of the flippity pumpity dumpity "rocketeers" do dah's!

Seems strange to me that JF would want to tip off all the daytraders of news prior to release so that they can flip shares on "less experienced" traders?????? Funny, I always thought that was illegal????

Would have loved to see 1-2 Billion traded today...that would have taken care of many of those SB-2A shares! 250 Million traded in a stock with well over 5.5 Billion shares OS is not high enough!

ARCA on the bid! Most likely some dilution, but not enough to overwhelm the buying pressure....like I stated earlier...wait until the volume drops off (after news has worn off) then you will see GGI there and its effects on the shareprice also.....

Not sure what many are expecting for the quarterly, but I would bet that GZFX put this news out first before the quarterly to get some action going....not sure I would want to be holding shares when the quarterly does come out...even if they managed to reach 20K subs...it will still be overwhelmed with debt and bloated OS and float!

Keep in mind that it is the end of the month and GGI may very well be completing/beginning its inventory of shares etc....once the "resting" period is over and GGI has acquired new shares from GZFX....selling anew will begin and then down she will go.....right now I think most selling is the flippers! Flipping for 20-30% gain...not bad though...just be carefull not to get caught when the bottom drops out again.

That other stock you keep mentioning....you know, the one that is carried by EVERY major cable and satellite carrier in Canada, the one that is CURRENTLY looking to expand its coverage into the USA and 8 additional countries, the one that is ranked FIRST amoung its digital cable peers beating out FoxSports and ESPN in Canada, the one that has an OS of 13.6 Billion shares, but is currently priced at 0.0003/0.00004 with downside risk that is considerably lower than the overvalued company shares that you attempt to pump??? That stock?

Nice try.....when GZFX has 10-15 Billion shares OS then lets compare prices and potential....As long as GZFX/GGI continues to dilute shareholder interests (to the tune of hundreds of millions of shares per month) then the pps will continue to fall! That other stock has found bottom; wish the same could be said for GZFX...but alas it cannot!
