The only reason a stock price would drop after a reverse split and go down to current levels is if it's a POS company going nowhere. This is not the case with SANP. you can't compare apples to bananas. Different company, different situation.
By the way, I am long on SANP$$
The stock wouldn't reach .35 because of the 8.2 BILLION shares outstanding. The company's valuation would make it impossible based on earnings.
Dont forget, a R/S effects the PPS, the O/S, the A/S, the PRICE TO EARNINGS RATIO, but NOT your invested equity. Any way you slice it the math is even. Please, speak to a broker who you know is knowledgeable and you trust, you obviously think I have some hidden agenda. I dont. I'm just saying a R/S isnt bad at all. Its beneficial to uplisting.
Wrong, wrong, wrong, anybody else want to tell whombat40 why that is wrong? Or should I?
I'm all for no R/S, or R/M. If the PPS can hit $2 a share by next year on it's own and can apply to uplist so institutional investors can buy shares and our PPS rockets even higher because of it, I'm all for it.
Anyway, if no R/S, and it only hits ,50 or $1. IM RICH!!
And dont say it reduces the number of shares you own, pleeeeeaaaaase.
Ummm, everyone who comments that a R/S is bad just says, "its bad," give me a technical to the specific point of WHY its "bad."
I've been through a couple. You end up with the same value, with less shares and higher price. What's so bad about that if they plan to uplist? Any other opinions? Help me out people.
A reverse split isnt bad. A buyback is better, but not likely IMO. Reverse split would yield less shares at a higher price. It equals the same exact amount. If they do a reverse split to bring the PPS up so we can uplist, why not??
That's because the same handful of shareholders that own SANP are holding, flipping, adding shares back and forth to each other. Serious buying will occur when we're current and touted by penny stock promoters, other boards and of course, reliable media sources. Unfortunately, I myself don't see it happening soon, possibly when all filings are done and current and our 2nd quarter financials are out sometime in August or September which will contain earnings from Asama mining. And just a reminder, Frank is currently working on the financials, which we all know I'm sure, will not contain Asama Mining earnings. DONT EXPECT IT TO.
Unfortunately in business that can happen. Putting a deal together and relinquishing your head cheese position can lead to your termination when corporations need to trim the fat on expenditures. Usually when a person sells their company they include protections that will cover themselves like insurance that would protect their position for an agreed upon number of years. This would show up in the filings. But again, its Asamas show. We can't be attached to the Composer when the musicians are playing so well.
Hmmmm
15 mil volume so far. 5 - 6 - 5 - 6 - 5 - 6. Nobody is selling, nobody is buying. It's a stalemate.
Asama is where my money is. Looks great so far.
I don't know why Arnette is included in all this. I don't really know what value he would possess. I'm sure some of you would know better than I do if he can contribute. But as far as I'm concerned, with Asama running the show, he's just another mouth to feed hurting our financials by using profits to pay his salary. Anyone know if he has any value? Because I don't see, even if P08 is somehow involved, with their scuba diving venture, how he can be of value.
Any new investors in SANP in Vietnam who apply for an American brokerage account and fund it wont be able to buy SANP until Friday at the earliest because of the 3 day settlement period.
For us all! We've all been through a lot.
18 million per year revenue ÷ 8.2 billion shares outstanding = .00219 per share valuation at zero times earnings. This company expects to expand and grow internationally. How many times earnings do most stocks trade that have potential to expand? I've heard 15x earnings, 28x earnings. If we lowball it and use 5x earnings, the share price would be a fraction over a penny per share .0138
I have 45 million shares.
I would have over $600,000 profit from a $25,000 investment
Wwwweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
Why is Arnette on stage, I thought he was scuba diving for buried treasure?
If he was only speaking to Asama as you say, then why was it streamed live in front of a live audience.
Kinda makes you think huh?
So you'd rather he not say anything about that. That would make you happy? He's attesting the fact what their 1 million per month profit will be based on prices today and "that" puts you off?
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Exactly, 1 million PROFIT
Frank did say 1 million per month "Profit," not revenue. Revenue will be higher. Listen to the video again. PROFIT of 1 million per month. Rather than break it down, salaries, electric cost, leases, maintenance, etc, he did the long story short and to the point. PROFIT
Great presentation. I see green for the foreseeable future.
I'm hoping that the Dark Defunct page for SANP is up because our new CEO is telling everyone that this ticker is as low as it can go and that when Asama merges this stock will fly. He is telling everyone to invest asap!
We need a serious translater.
Hilarious.
After watching the launch video it became clear to me that our stock price would move up if Frank could invest in a suit for cryin out loud!
$$SANP ASAMA$$
Asama launch coincides with the Royal Wedding. Fight for ratings. I hope the wedding don't overshadow our launch, lol
2 new videos of Asama Mining launch 30min ago.
Sorry guys and gals, if you think a company would choose to make shareholders happy rather than the betterment of themselves/the company, I'd say you are greedier than them. However, when they do what is in "their" best interests, believe me, it will be reflected in the share price if it "helps" the company. I don't think, or I should say, I hope they don't just line their pockets. Any betterment should be focused on increasing our valuation.
Djdjdjdj, its difficult to buy USA stocks from other countries. Its possible but can be more involved than just applying with a brokerage.

Seems like you're trying to get more shares at .0003?
Funny, I own the same amount of shares traded today to this point at 2:33pm. 44 million shares. That's nothing. We need more investors. Once the stop sign is gone we should take off!
I think Frank is keeping us updated every step of the way because during the canoepool crisis where the deal went south, we were all left in the dark. When the Asama mining deal went through the first video he did he made a point to acknowledge the shareholders and supporters who believed in him. I feel he is showing us all respect by not keeping us in the dark. He has truly redeemed himself by doing this. He's doing a great job. $$SANP$$
4 new videos of Asama mining by Frank on periscope.
Can you screen shot the tweet please
Frank is Chief Marketing officer
The Japanese are more focused and disciplined and honorable. JMHO
The mining equipment was moved from Japan to Vietnam, so yeah, I'd say Japanese. I explained that with the first news release by Asama in one of my posts. It says it in the Facebook account also. That's where I got it from.
I had funds clear yesterday, I put an order for just under 3 million more shares at .0005 but didnt go through. I'll see what happens today. I don't want it to drop, but hey....
If it drops to .0005 and buys, great! If it goes up and I can't get the extra at .0005 even better. Win win
Very happy here. Great update with new facility tour. This company, asama mining, spares no expense building a brand name. Awesome. This is a solid winner here. I'm holding most of my shares for a good 5 years. I have now 43 million shares that I'm looking at 40 million in 5yrs, hopefully less than 5yrs but hey, I feel really good about this one. They are growing and diversifying and adapting their blockchain technology.
:) :) :) :) :) :)
