I'm afraid I don't understand this suspension.

1. TLYN is currently a pink sheet stock - so what reporting requirements?

2. One of the companies suspended hadn't filed anything since 1998 - why is the SEC just now getting around to suspending them.

3. As per (2) above the timing makes no sense

My streamer shows bid = 0.0035 ask = 0.005 : no indication of suspension or halted trading.

As a geologist I am used to watching rocks grow, patience is not a problem here. LOL

IMO it doesn't make much sense to put out anything until after everyone is done with the holiday hangovers.

I rather suspected that we would have to wait. I just didn't expect much of any volume until then. I suppose the occasional spurts of volume must be due to a few individuals establishing their positions.

I agree it is an investment. My core holdings are at 0.003 and hold a truck load. I was referring to playing with a few extra dollars. I too have no intention of letting any of my core shares loose at this price, there is just too much potential.

If I had the free cash I'd be tempted to learn the subtle art of flipping. These guys have become almost too predictable, IMO.

I haven't posted much here since it became primarily a circus (the best phrase I think will be allowable). I have no idea if you are correct or not in your optimism. On the other hand it really makes no difference. I hold 101 million shares. At the moment they are worthless. At the next moment, they may not be worthless. Since I can't sell'em I might as well hold'em and see what happens, if anything.

I just hope that whomever is buying during these manipulations plans on holding. The fewer shares floating around the better.

I realize that predicting pps is fraught with hazards and generally futile but I would be curious as to whether there was a consensus of expectation for the new year.

Thus far it would seem that upon leaving the pinks and going back to the bb that many feel a pps in the range of 0.05 would seem reasonable. But then what?

TS has given fringe some of his expectations, which if I recall correctly fringe thought ambitious.

Would I be correct in interpreting the market depth as being thin? Just looking at it, I get the impression that we will be moving up a bit by days end.

Any idea as to what prompted the little push at the end? My cynical mind thinks that MM's just delayed posting the trade until the last minute and instead sat on it for a while.

eliaman, I have no real explanation but it occurs to me that with the relatively low float on this and the low volume, the MM's are just bouncing the price all over the place with large gaps to maximize their profit on the difference between bid and ask. Although with the low volume I would hardly think it worth it.

Probably all wet here, coffee hasn't kicked in yet. LOL

Besides, even with coffee I probably couldn't figure out what the MM's are up to!

Eliaman, sorry I can't PM. As to why the MM's would have a 150 share mirror trade I really couldn't say. But then again, what would that mean under the "code"?

If people choose to believe it is a signal between MM's, then fine. I just have not seen enough evidence to support that theory. Keep an eye on it and see if the subsequent trades seem to follow the signals. I personally think its about the same thing that one sees from time to time called "Confession of a Basher".

I've seen that "code" around for years. IMO it's false. What I beleive you are seeing are tag ends being taken care. The odd shares that are just outside of the MM's block size.


Consider, as a code it would be rather silly to have something so simplistic. Besides, when I first heard of it, and believed it, I would watch the trading closely to see if it happened as the "code" predicted. Answer - NO.
