Crain's NY relayed that info to us in Oct 2017
-Midtown might soon be coal country-
CCTI started in Florida, but in 2010 its CEO, Robin Eves, relocated to a shared space on Madison Avenue to be closer to investors and leverage the city's status as an international crossroads. The strategy worked. Coal companies from India and Indonesia have since invested more than $6 million, allowing CCTI to begin building a test plant in Oklahoma. Denver-based Black Diamond Holdings and other investors, including a large Manhattan-based fund, have added $9 million since 2015.
Then came President Donald Trump. "In January the world changed," said Eves, who spent more than 30 years in the oil industry. "We got a call from Washington: "We need your technology"
https://www.crainsnewyork.com/article/20171017/POLITICS/171019899/madison-avenue-could-become-coal-country-if-this-energy-chief-executive-and-clean-coal-cheerleader-has-any-say
Thanks BBB. Saw that on Twitter.
Figured I'd share.
Trump preaches a lot about clean coal.
To truly have clean coal,
Coal cleaning technologies will have to be utilized.
Meanwhile, Washington contacted Robin Eves saying:
"We need your technology"
Let's see what happens :)
Lol! Testicles, or not..
She's also the only one that's directly connected to the proposed Arch Coal and Peabody Energy "super mine" which controls approx 2/3 of Wyoming portion of the PRB.
Don't be so quick to rule out Davos
Climate change and Trade top the agenda.
Pristine-M and PRB coal can aide in this endeavor.
And we all know @potus loves clean, clean, clean coal!
-China to buy rare earths from U.S. as part of trade pact-
-USA Rare Earth and Texas Mineral Resources Corp. Commend Federal Permitting Improvement Steering Council (FPISC) Decision to Add Mining as a 'Covered Sector'-
Me too. Hey, any idea if Holly Krutka will be our next "partner"?
I see she was at the University yesterday..
-Finalists for School of Energy Resources Executive Director Coming to UW-
I'm waiting for it to break .41
I don't currently own any WDDD
Any thoughts on the other?
P.S. Davos wouldn't directly effect our pps. It may however, bring investors/partners to the sector.
Something to keep an eye on IMO.
I don't have any expectations today.
The closest catalysts I'm watching are Davos (next Tuesday-Friday) and the 65th Legislative session which kicks off Feb 10th.
Here are 2 letters for review during that session:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1RS_JQX6O0wRs3GY_Vmk9Y_EJo5zt-SZK/view
It's a 24-day budget session.
Go Cowboys!
Lol! Hang in there BBB
There's a lot of potential catalysts in the works.
My bet is the world will be shocked at what coal is capable of through technology.
IMO This realization will start in 2020 and carry strongly into '21 and beyond!
I agree. I think a lot of $$ is waiting to see .41
Larger investors should come in once this breaks the 52-week high.
Good luck!
Essentially that's correct.
They are converting low heat (8800 BTU) coal into a more efficient/cleaner burning feedstock, while extracting chemical byproducts and rare earths.
At least that's the plan..
Many of their talking points mirror METC's.
-Quantum Computing Inc. Releases Its First Quantum Ready Software Product QAA – The Quantum Asset Allocator to Optimize Portfolio Returns-
CCTC is correct. CCTI is an abbreviation for Clean Coal Technologies, Inc.
I should have been more clear.
Ramaco believes coal is too valuable to burn.
As does CCTI
I think there's much more to the story than met coal prices.
Here's a look at last Septembers presentation:

Thanks for your reply.
CCTI owns a suite of Patented technologies related to coal benefication and extraction methods.
Their partnership with University of Wyoming, along with a powerhouse board of directors, should propel this forward once NETL/DOE reviews take place.
Expected Q1 2020
Any idea what patents are involved in METC's ability to extract byproducts and manufacture etc? I believe UW secured a coal to carbon fiber patent utilizing CCTI's technology partnership.
Stay tuned..
-China to buy rare earths from U.S. as part of trade pact-
Apparently Governor Gordon feels the same..
There isn't, stark12
Once there is, it can be appealed.
Not saying it will be. But history shows these companies don't just hand over the $$.
I learned that in the VRNG trial :/
Be sure and tell your friend.
Things could get pretty interesting here.
And soon..
Best of luck!
Are you saying they can't appeal to the Federal Court?
Your "NO APPEAL" statement begs the question of Practical Law
-OPTIONS TO CHALLENGE A PTAB FINAL WRITTEN DECISION-
After a PTAB final written decision, a party may either (or both):
(a) Request a rehearing at the PTAB (see Rehearing Requests).
(b) Appeal to the Federal Circuit (see Federal Circuit Appeals).
https://www.arelaw.com/images/file/Appealing%20Patent%20Trial%20and%20Appeal%20Board%20Final%20Written%20Decisions%20(w-006-9___.pdf
No idea, ytse.
My guess is they'll appeal, or argue "Unconstitutional" due to the recent ruling on appointed PTAB judges.
Who knows? For now, you should be pretty happy.
This was the best (realistic) outcome. IMO
Although it's definitely not over..
Good luck!
Perhaps it's this phase-1 trade deal.
I assume we'll know more in the coming months.
Coal, exports and homegrown energy technologies may top the 117th Congress agenda. Barrasso is in line to become top Republican on the Energy and Natural Resources Committee.
Top committee Democrat is Sen. Joe Manchin of West Virginia.
It'll be nice having full patent protection in China, should their State's clean-coal collaboration prove viable. Especially if CCTI is involved :)
Good Luck!
-Coal's clout could rise after Murkowski committee exit-
https://www.eenews.net/stories/1062038575
Thanks Shadow. Unfortunately I have no position :/
Good luck to all that do!
A few more posts, and this should show on the breakout boards.
That may trigger some news.
Good luck!
So what do you think the connection between METC, AREC and CCTC are?
Any?
Reminiscent of Minnesota's Blair Walsh..
Possibly the worst miss in football history.
Wait.. You believe the world is flat?
Glad to share. I see I missed this "development" in CoalAge back in October
(page 10)
-developments to watch-

Looks like something we've already seen.
But nice to see us picked up by CoalAge..
Good luck amigo!

Talk of a "bubble permit" on the 9.5 acres surrounding ACPIC is genius!

Congrats on your pick here with REEMF.
There's no doubt NE Wyoming holds the key to rare earths.
From Campbell County to Crook County, it looks to be rich in such minerals.

Also to all our friends here on the CCTC board.
Good luck to all!
The U.S. Government is primarily interested in REE’s they can use for defense. Manufacturing comes a close second.
The majority of these elements are found in coal.
Cartman is right when he says this isn’t the only game in WY.
One of the others is partnered with the University Of Wyoming and Austrade.
Lanthanides; neodymium, scandium and yttrium are up to 100X more prevalent in coal ash than elsewhere.
The DOE and NETL are soon reviewing the process linked here.
