"he's already said the company now has four franchises and is actively looking to sell HER2, and has said the new business strategy will seek to create greater value."
Can you or anyone find such statement of "new business strategy" in writing or a recorded webcast?
Thinking Logically: Sale of ADXS has been pulled out of thin air on this message board....there has been not even a peep or hint (even verbally) of an effort to work on a sale....
ADXS Quarterly statements to SEC favors partnership of its different LM franchises....
Also, AMGEN deal is a big turnoff for any prospects of a sale....
WOW, what's with 150k volume in half hour of ADXS trading? And no price fluctuations?
ADXS lacks a real leader to push progress and meet milestones....
Lombardo has not shown real leadership yet... he does not understand ADXS LM science, he reads ADXS slides word for word during clinical conferences (loss of professional confidence), and he has delayed every single milestone....
ADXS should search for a CEO in parallel to giving time for Lombardo to deliver... TIME IS MONEY!!!
"Freeze-drying—technically known as lyophilisation, lyophilization, or cryodesiccation—is a dehydration process typically used to preserve a perishable material or make the material more convenient for transport. Freeze-drying works by freezing the material and then reducing the surrounding pressure to allow the frozen water in the material to sublime directly from the solid phase to the gas phase."
"Pharmaceutical companies often use freeze-drying to increase the shelf life of the products, such as live virus vaccines,[8] biologics[9] and other injectables. By removing the water from the material and sealing the material in a glass vial, the material can be easily stored, shipped, and later reconstituted to its original form for injection. Another example from the pharmaceutical industry is the use of freeze drying to produce tablets or wafers, the advantage of which is less excipient as well as a rapidly absorbed and easily administered dosage form.
Freeze-dried pharmaceutical products are produced as lyophilized powders for reconstitution in vials and more recently in prefilled syringes for self-administration by a patient."

What do you guys think of comment below?
"Dr. Ernst Heinen, a veterinarian who is chief development officer for Aratana, said the Advaxis product is frozen, not a good way to distribute a product on the veterinary side. Aratana created a freeze-dried product to distribute at refrigerated temperatures."
"I believe that our science works once it gets dialed into to the biomarkers, so I am buying as much as I can down at these levels."
Agreed, everyone on this board knows that $3 for ADXS is a super ridiculous price based on phase 3 SPA and Orphan Drug designations plus $0 debt and so on....
Instead of fearing the price, we should be collectively buying and I'm sure we can make some impact together by damaging whoever is trying to push this Lower....
IMHO someone is forcing ADXS down, and well at $3 you can do much more down cuz ADXS marketcap is just very close to cash on hand.... doesn't get any cheaper than that!!!
Good link, thanks for the post.
No institutional buying or selling since 11/20/17 for ADXS?
Am I interpreting the following link correctly?
https://fintel.io/so/us/adxs
A fair comparison would be what's in the pipeline and when is the first drug planned to hit market..... can you do that?
"AXIM Biotechnologies

An AXIM equivalent MC brings OWCP SP to $2.50
A CNBX equivalent MC brings OWCP SP to $0.88
A CNBX & AXIM average MC brings OWCP SP to $1.7 "
Anyone know what's the latest on Psoriasis marketing?
Sorry I don't follow OWCP regularly, but people swore on march 2017 then September 2017 , then November..... and so on...
What's the next target date?
Dew and his fancy words "apropos".... word of the day!
Historically, ADXS ended lower in December cuz of tax loss sales....
What do you guys think of this December?
$3 is already an extreme bottom!!
Hi girlfriend, buying anymore ADXS or staying put? I used up my entire paycheck on ADXS Last week and now I'm eating raw veggies for lunch
:(
Thanks for the info.
So sell a stock and not buy for 30 days? What if it's partial sell out only and you still hold some of the stock? Still can't add until 30 days?
So is sale for tax loss still valid if it is by Dec 31?
I'm looking to close out another stock.
This is what Lombardo stated from 29.40
"The company also has a very active program right now in developing a partnering strategy in Europe, in terms of bringing this to the clinical community.
So we're well underway in discussing potential partners because the company would not organically build a commercial organization itself. So we're well underway in terms of partnering discussions.
So really it would be two prospects to this one, the prospects itself in terms of working with uhhh.... the two opportuers which is Finland and Sweden and progress and progressing that through the system itself and then our partnering discussions which we hopefully will be able to announce some point in something something commercial platform"
lol thanks Dew.
Nice! Thanks for the news Dew
This following is what I heard at the end of webcast:
Lombardo Stated:
1. 13 months overall time for EU Approval
2. "We are well underway in terms of partnership.... two opportuers which is Finland and Sweden"
Opportuers is not a real word, but that's I heard????
Thanks for the link James. I'm listening to the slides now, and Lombardo is reading the slides word for word.... an indication he doesn't understand LM technology well...
"Short Interest - Anyone Concerned???
Very surprised and concerned it's still at 7.5M at this price? Who would bet this could go lower from here? Any comments???"
Risk Reward of shorties doesn't add up.. UNLIMITED LOSS VS. LIMITED $3 MAX PROFIT....
IMHO, someone is forcing ADXS down....
Thanks gajj
Thanks for your input hovacre...
I have a problem, I'm addicted to ADXS and any new money I get goes 100% into ADXS......
I look at other stocks and then I look at ADXS, and the answer is stupid clear in a highly overvalued market that ADXS is dirt cheap way to go
Unfortunately, stock price at $3 doesn't help with the selling the company at a fair price
Just bought more ADXS!
+1000 ADXS stocks in... if anything, $3s are great for lowering overall average
Hovacre, you are very logical, so here's a question:
If you are way overbought into ADXS, would you buy more ADXS with new money at such low price or would you consider balancing the entire portfolio with new money?
Got it, thanks
If I have received dividends from one stock, is it possible to sell some of different stocks at a loss to offset tax gains?
ADXS has a Price/Book Ratio of 1.68. Historical P/B ratio for biotech is 38.33. Science works, management Doesn't...
"It’ll be interesting to see if the fidelity shares were nabbed by the short cartel."
Another question I'm thinking is why would Fidelity close out all at once at a loss? Or was it really at a loss if it was to help cover the short cartel?
"With three products out, Aratana chases its fourth: a canine cancer drug

With its third FDA-approved drug on the market, Aratana Therapeutics is hunting its next product, a canine cancer immunotherapy treatment.
The treatment, called AT-014, would be used to treat bone cancer, or osteosarcoma, in dogs. After a tumor is removed, a vaccine is used to prime the dog’s immune system to target any remaining cancer.
Aratana (Nasdaq: PETX) expects to obtain conditional licensure for the treatment from the U.S. Department of Agriculture before the end of 2017, which would allow the company to launch a safety study within a group of veterinary oncologists. Aratana already applied for conditional licensure and is waiting for it to arrive via snail mail.
“We’ll be working immediately within months,” CEO Steven St. Peter said in a Friday earnings call. “We literally checked the mail this morning to see if we have the conditional licensure. As of this morning, we did not.”
The completion of the safety study will be the next step to full licensure. Aratana has not shared a time frame for that, spokeswoman Rachel Reiff wrote in an email.
“What we’re going to be doing with (AT-014) is a smaller commercial effort, appropriate for where that drug is and the specialty nature of it,” St. Peter said in the call....."

Excellent explanation, thanks Julius!
"you'll have a $7K capital loss for tax purposes while still holding the same amount of shares. "
But when I filed taxes before, my tax accountant told me that I could cash out $3k of tax loss at a year max...
In other words if I have $7k loss this year, it will be deducted over 3 years (-$3K, -$3k, -$1k)....
Is above accurate? Or did I misunderstand my tax accountant?
"Is anyone buying cheap shares now with a plan to sell a like quantity of expensive shares to take a tax loss after the 30 day waiting period to avoid a wash sale?"
Can someone please explain in easy wordings what the above means?
Why should OWCP Shareholders be excited over more dilution and more exchange fees?
Thanks Dew!
Another partnership + Prostate Combo with near term superb data + AT-014...
If all three children old reasonably happen back to back in 2017, we could hopefully break single digits... and then EU Application submission would be gravy...
ADXS has a full time deal making lady, I'm sure she's working 8 hours a day 5 days a week planning for deals...
Dew, what does 120-day questions mean?
If I was a shorty, I would be covering ADXS right now because my max profit would be $3 and my max risk is unlimited...
The fact that shorts are stable around 7 million is an indicator that someone wants it to keep ADXS down.... and making profits is not a priority
