I meant the pump!
Where's the hype???
WOW! Is this the same board I've been following for the past year??? What's going on here???
CONGRATULATIONS LONGS!!!
IMO - Funding for the Yost Group expiring this week without evidence of a BETA prototype undergoing testing is concerning. Are we to assume a handheld device will be publicly debuted/demonstrated at the symposium in March?
Another area of concern is management's refusal to update its website. Usually, technology companies consider their websites to be their front-line media exposure and budget significant resources updating and maintaining their sites. Like shareholder value, it should be considered a priority.
Just my thoughts...
Peace to all
Cannabix MONTHLY PROGRESS REPORT -
Zzzzzzzz... yawn...
At times I too may be considered an optimist however, let's have a look at the latest news. As we are all aware, a competitor in the arena has taken center stage over the past several weeks with references that field testing is about to begin early this year. Weather those claims are exaggerated or spot-on remains to be seen. Unlike Cannabix, Their management team continues to bring awareness to their company and their cause. The competition has yet to display a working handheld prototype however, BLO/BLOZF hasn't produced one either.
Fortunately, It appears Dr. Yost and UFL remains committed to FAIMS/breathalyzer development. The symposium scheduled for March would be an opportune time for product launch, IMHO, that is highly unlikely. To date, management continues with regurgitated updates. We have no definitive proof that internal testing is advancing or if the ALPHA is performing as intended. Psssst... let you in on a little secret. A BETA or proof we are achieving positive test results with ALPHA is now required to justify my continued capital investment.
Granted, this is a developing technology in uncharted waters, confidentiality agreements may exist. IMO it would be in everyone's best interest if management optimized media resources to solidify it's place in this verging industry. Inform the public of advancements or the public will assume otherwise. Perhaps technological hurtles has the engineering team stymied? Maybe sensitivity/calibrations cannot be obtained consistently? It's quite possible component miniaturization is the issue? Speculation is a two way street...
We as shareholders have witnessed a downward spiral since Q2 2015. Management has had their way with our investment capital undisputed for some time The time for management to show their cards is now.
IMO, GLTA.
Peace to all.
Where are the subtitles?
Correct! The document has conflicting data.
Suprised we didn't notice that sooner!
Can someone explain?
Happy Holidays to my Blozf buddies!
Wishing everyone good health, happiness, peace and prosperity in the coming year.
And a trip to Mars...
Shell,
Do you know if these events will be available on web cast or if they will be fielding questions?
Wait a minute... Is that Kal in the video?
What's up with that???
The voice of reason...
Okay, I'll take the high road...
Everyone needs to relax. This is an open forum.
Medchem,
Your anylitcal thinking coupled with your scientific background makes you a valuable member of our community. I respect your opinion, due diligence and believe you have a great passion for this project. Like yourself, I want this to succeed. I'm also prepared to invest further, providing it is justified.
You remain optimistic after your discussion with management that we will see substantial progress in the coming weeks. You were provided enough facts to make that claim. Your optimism is shared by many. Unfortunately, I remain skeptical...
GLTA
Medchem,
I respectfully disagree,
Management simply replied to inquiries by concerned stockholders checking for a pulse. Management hasn't "reached out" to anyone for over three months.
I personally have been waiting for this "wicked news" for some time. The answer to your question depends on the content of the news. If positive advancements are reported (with proof), I would consider strengthening my position. Should we receive more regurgitated nonsense, well, you get the picture...
Malhi's hail mary pass to UFL receiver Richard Yost might make this the play of the year. Hopefully the competition won't bring an early end to their season...
GLTA
Theories, opinions, cheerleading and hoping makes good dialog but, they aren't investment strategies. Let's not forget, OUR investment capital financed this project to its current level, requesting transparency without devoluging trade secrets (for better or worse) is not unusual or unreasonable. Public companies answer to their shareholders.
Like everyone else on this board, im here to make money. Do I believe this is a long play? Yes... Has management done everything within reason to keep my interest and investment dollars in Cannabix? Apart from afiliating with UFL, quite frankly, no... Do I believe management will have the ability to fulfill the options agreement before its expiration? Hmm...
The concept of a marijiana breathalyzer intregued me from the beginning, when Cannabix was the only game in town. As competitors refine their prototypes, competition for investment dollars, yours and mine, will also become a reality.
GLTA
No luck here...
Thanks again Shell!
You take due diligence to an art form.
Imo;
It appears as if development has reached a technical hurdle either with the FAIMS calibration (+/-80%) or with the miniaturization of certain components, or both. Realistically, it is a developing technology, and technical issues are to be expected (hence the reasons for prototypes). Perhaps management should refocus on the engineering element with the task at hand, instead of an IPO.
Regarding Breathtec- I also agree. Not a cent until we see positive test results from a BETA prototype.
PS- Shell, I was also under the impression our options agreement with UFL expires in January. I searched for specifics on the agreement and couldn't find anything. Does anyone have a link?
GLTA
Apparently police jurisdictions in the San Francisco area has been chosen to test our competitors device.

Lifting member board restrictions -
Hello,
An important member of our community, ( AMG - BLOZF board ) currently has a one post daily restriction imposed on him. His valued input to our group has proven beneficial over the past several months.
I would like to respectfully request the restriction be lifted.
Thank you for your consideration
Can anyone please explain the Grey?
Thanks,

One more for the road...
Have a great weekend everyone.

The last paragraph speaks volumes...

Perhaps Breathtec should start eyeing up its competition.
Okay everyone, try not to laugh, but here it goes...
Are we expecting a monthly report on or near the 5th?
http://www.usnews.com/news/articles/2015/12/02/pot-breathalyzer-may-be-coming-soon-to-police-near-you
The USNEWS article states;
Lynn expects the device to hit the market late next year and plans to price them to fly off the shelves. Law enforcement oriented breathalyzer he says will be sold for " well under a thousand dollars " a consumer oriented version that's less durable will sell for less. The machines will require single-use cartridges that likely will cost a few dollars.
In your opinion-
If the tag molecule has a limited lifespan in the device. Can the device be sent back to the manufacturer for recharging/calibration?
As management's unresponsive behavior continues so does the speculation...
We as shareholders have an entitlement to transparency, something management is avoiding. At this time I would recommend tracking insider trades VERY closely.
Let's not kid ourselves,
The race to develop the 1st THC breathalyzer is global.
Are we at BETA or not???
The CBC quoted Kal Malhi in their article,
"We have gotten to a prototype stage and are working on getting the product out to prototype testing by third parties."
Malhi was also quoted after the Denver debacle as saying no third party testing until a BETA prototype is developed. Should we expect an an announcement anytime soon or are we still in a holding pattern?
Shell- Thanks again for your DD.
Semper Fi
Land of the free because of the brave.
Absolutely!
Management's continued lack of transparency and total disregard for the common shareholder is unacceptable.
A- Shareholder value has been on a steady decline since the Denver debacle.
B- The antiquated website remains unchanged.
C- Form 2A??? Never mind...
D- Monthly updates have become a repackaged formality without substance.
The affiliation with UF (management's hail mary) is the ONLY reason for my continued holdings. Breathtec is the new baby and the focus of attention. IMO expect a further decline in the pps until BETA appears. If it appears...
Agreed... It may be in management's best interest ( and ours ) to attend shows geared towards law enforcement.

NEVER underestimate competition...
Agreed.
OUTSTANDING INPUT!
medchem again, welcome to the board...
GLTA!
