Perhaps you should ask Bruce Patterson. I see where he's using pet worming medicine, ivermectin, to treat long haulers. Can't wait to see him on a BODs, and if the 13D goons are lucky (they won't be), he could be our next CEO.
These are "facts" and not "opinions".
"The top four drugs used by Dr. Bruce Patterson who specializes in treating long-haulers are fluvoxamine, ivermectin, maraviroc, and simvastatin."

Why You Should Not Use Ivermectin to Treat or Prevent COVID-19
* FDA has not approved ivermectin for use in treating or preventing COVID-19 in humans.
* Ivermectin tablets are approved at very specific doses for some parasitic worms, and there are topical (on the skin) formulations for head lice and skin conditions like rosacea.
* Ivermectin is not an anti-viral (a drug for treating viruses).
* Taking large doses of this drug is dangerous and can cause serious harm.
* Never use medications intended for animals on yourself. Ivermectin preparations for animals are very different from those approved for humans.

This is the same Bruce Patterson who is a 13D nominee for a Director's position on their Proxy card!
WARNING for those of you who are still considering who should be on the BoDs!!!!
Yes, the same Bruce Patterson that the 13D gang is pumping to be a replacement Director on their Proxy card. I'm sure glad he's not my doctor.

Yes, it's amazing how well they've managed to get the shareholders to rally around NP. I bet Rosenbomb didn't see this happening, or perhaps some of them didn't get the memo.
LOL - I'm not sure which boards you're referring to, but I'm hearing just the opposite. Some have taken polls that show the 13D gang is polling less than 15%. But, hey, I'm sure it will all be all good when they come out with their "plan" - any day now! And it will be sssooooooo good! Just WAIT and WAIT and WAIT and see!
And that's a "FACT" Jack!
Sure, let's go with that. LOL
Sorry, I understand how confusing it must be to understand the difference between a BLA and an RTF letter, so I'll try to help explain it later when I have a lot of free time.
Wrong. Please look closely at the link I sent you. It IS the BLA - not a confidential RTF letter from the FDA.
Why would they be throwing in Israeli money? I think you may be confused. Vancouver is located in Washington state, not Israel.
Yeah, I think they confused their goal of overthrowing the CEO in late Oct with Sept. That would explain why they sent out the proxy votes in August when the Record Date isn't until Sept 1. LOL
Even though you can't take the 13D clowns seriously, they are good for a bunch of laughs.
Very good point! And let's not forget they were saying our sp would be below .75 in May, and June, and July, and now Aug. Any day now... The 13D gang are not good at making predictions, or should I say "assumptions".
Speaking of "pissing away millions", I wonder if the 13D funders got their next invoice from Rosenbomb? That's gotta hurt! Ouch!!!
Yes, when speaking of "future" events, one normally is making an "assumption" rather than stating a "fact". LOL
LOL - this is a BLA which is much different than a confidential RTF letter.
LOL -no, just because someone hasn't updated their linked-in page doesn't mean they were unemployed.
Perhaps this will help you. It's a copy of the BLA that was submitted by Regeneron in 2017. You can easily find his name by searching for it.

Oh, so you think he's faking it by saying he worked at Regeneron?
Well, perhaps this will help you. It's a copy of the BLA that was submitted by Regeneron. You can easily find his name by searching for it.

What did you see that suggests otherwise, and why is that "highly doubtful"?
Yeah, I could see he was shaking in his shoes during the ProActive video. Btw, there's a much LARGER group that is now supporting him thanks to the 13D gang.
Perhaps you missed this:
Dr. Srinivasan’s career included serving as Director of CMC Regulatory Affairs for Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. where he led the CMC strategy and successfully submitted a monoclonal antibody based BLA (Dupixent approved in 2017).
Where does it say that he is "retired" and this is a "short term role"?? I must have missed that in the PR.
Wow, I agree that it's definitely an "opinion" given there's nothing to support it.
If you think that's bad, just think about those who sadly still support the 13D funding crew like Pestell and big Tony C who were fired due to incompetence.
Funny how some seem to think it strengthens their point by throwing around the word "facts" when it can easily be fact-checked. Tony C "left" after being demoted due to incompetence, and Nader was brought back by the BOD to mop up the mess left behind. If you still find it heard to believe, feel free to share just ONE of his accomplishments during the years that he was at CytoDyn. If the answer is ZERO, then I think you'll see the true answer.
People don't get FIRED for "producing".
Yes, I bet he lasts much longer than Mahboob. All he needs to do is produce "something" and he will have achieved much more than the fired CytoDyn employees who are funding the 13D gang.
Harsh? I thought he was joking.
The person who signed the document is meaningless when we all know Nader rescued Pro-140 from the shelf. Revising history won't change that.
On the other hand, Tony C gets FULL credit for achieving NOTHING the entire time he was employed at CytoDyn, other than keeping all of the shareholders in the dark for 18 months until the BOD removed him and put Nader back in charge to clean up the mess big Tony left behind. But the good news is that it gave Nader practice because later he was going to have to clean up the mess left behind by big Tony's buddy, Pestell. What a fiasco those two were, and now the 13D gang is being funded by both of these two clowns.
Yes, picking a single lane is a sure fire way to go broke. Sure, why not let your competitors speed past you with their new drugs while you're bogged down in the bike lane "laser focused" on fixing the flat tire that Pestell left behind. LOL No wonder the 13D gang is being laughed at and not taken seriously!
This is comparing apples to oranges. You can't compare a tiny test kit making company to a pre-revenue biotech that has a drug worth potentially billions of dollars. Do you think INcellDX will be worth billions one day? lol Only if the 13D gang is successful and merges tiny INcellDX with CytoDyn after their hostile takeover, which isn't going to happen.
If Pestell put the brakes on because he saw how much money would be burned on a trial, he deserved to be fired and should have been sued. That isn't why he was fired - it was because he failed to submit the "cancer" protocol after almost a year. Everyone knows this and it's common knowledge. I'm just relieved that he's hosing up the 13D gang and no longer CytoDyn.
Can ANYONE name just ONE accomplishment of Pestell's while he was employed at CytoDyn??
Can ANYONE name just ONE accomplishment of big Tony C's's while he was employed for several years at CytoDyn??
Of course NOT, and you know why, they had NO ACCOMLISHMENTS WHILE EMPLOYED AT CYTODYN. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see why they were FIRED!
Now, these are two of the characters who are funding the 13D gang. Can someone please let Rosenbomb know he has a bunch of duds in his 13D gang? It won't really matter because he needs their shares!
Oh, and btw, one of his director nominees owns ZERO shares of CytoDyn, however it's been rumored she owns shares in INcellDX, which aligns well with the what I'm hearing about the 13D plan to merge INcellDX with CytoDyn after the hostile takeover (which has already stumbled multiple times while trying to get out of the gate).
Talk about the gang that can't shoot straight! Yeah, let's have them run our company off the cliff while they're at it. It's only money! Our Money!
Okay, I think you may be confused. If Pestell had done his job and filed the "cancer" protocol when he was supposed to instead of delaying if for 8 months while he was jetting around the world attending conferences with his new trophy wife, we would be much further along with the "cancer" trials, not HIV BLA and EAU. After he was fired, the "cancer" protocol was submitted and approved with no problems.
Fortunately Nader did the right thing and escorted Pestell out the door, and then submitted the protocol within a couple of weeks.
...and that is his "accomplishment" while working at CytoDyn?
I'm only asking for someone to give me just ONE accomplishment of Pestell's while he was at CytoDyn. The silence is deafening! He's behind the 13D gang, so surely he has ONE accomplishment while at CytoDyn. Washing Tony C's limo without scratching it? Microwaving the office popcorn without burning it? Refilling the water cooler without spilling water on big Tony's seersucker suit or blue suede shoes?
No wonder the guy got fired!
Let's hope not. We all know how Mahboob turned out. Almost as bad as Pestell and Tony C. So glad we have a CEO that knows when to show someone the door.
Again, please feel free provide just one of Pestell's accomplishment while employed at CytoDyn. If the answer is zero, then it's obvious why he was terminated.
Nothing??? LOL Perhaps you're not familiar with the history of how Nader rescued Leronlimab from the shelf, or how he successfully got it through an HIV Phase 3 trial, or successfully raised over $400m to fund the trials and keep the company's progress moving forward.
Here's a link that will help you find more of their accomplishments: https://www.cytodyn.com/pipeline

LOL - The same Pestell who produced NOTHING the entire time that he was employed at CytoDyn? The same Pestell that was rarely available because he was spending all of his time jetting around the world with his trophy new wife attending seminars and charging for speaking engagements? The same Pestell that sold CYDY a worthless company called ProstaGene? And who was responsible for completing the DD on that great purchase? Why it was Tony C. of course who's also on the 13D nominee list. Shamefull!!!
hahahahahah - and what proof do you have of this NDA and what's in it?? Rosenbomb's failed attempt to get Mahboob to make up stuff and remain silent? lol Where is this NDA??? Is it with the RTF letter??
