The sound quality has always been terrible, people have been saying we should switch for a while now. I'm glad they finally did.
Just another thing they're cleaning up; we're starting to look more and more like a company ready for the big leagues..I smell a listing announcement soon
Traderfan or anyone else..What's the next resistance level you guys see after we break through 11.50?
Hahah I thought you were long now what happened? Guys he obviously got caught with his pants down this morning..Some advice Joe, just take your losses and get out before more news and big money steps in and really skyrockets the share price. FYI I always wonder how people like you don't feel any embarrassment after being wrong so many times lol I remember you screaming how this stock was going down when it was $3-4 dollars..look at where we are now..
Hahaha that video is hilarious because Solomon practically says that every time he's on a conference call...hold on everybody just trust me, you'll be happy in a few months! And although he usually doesn't deliver as quickly as we'd all like, the price keeps going up and we keep getting good news rolling in.
Very impressed and was able to buy more today! Very impressed by the two U.S. based loans with great rates, I think that has huge implications..in terms of listing..in terms of keeping the financing ball rolling..in terms of vote of confidence etc.
Also, as others have pointed out, SIAF will just be a a cash cow going forward especially in terms of EPS the next few years. I would rather post better EPS numbers later when we are potentially listed and the EPS growth will actually matter with big money looking at it. The party is just getting started. Very excited.
Hahahaha
Agreed, have you emailed Peter about this suggestion?
Either there's news coming out, which some have speculated, or possibly more educated investors have finally absorbed most of the shares and aren't willing to sell for anything that isn't close to fair value and not just a 20-50% gain. I know nobody will be getting shares from me for a while.. If the majority of shareholders who now own shares understand the intrinsic value, and we start getting increased demand of new buyers, we could very well see a huge surge in share price, let's see what happens these next few months.
Why don't you and RealDutch short LNKD while you're at it! We are in interesting times for sure! Was just reading about how many unicorns there are lately too
This board should be used as a case study for human psychology and investing haha it's amazing!
I wouldn't be surprised..we always seem to get some type of insider trading before big news
I think it's hilarious this is the post right after Joe's post hahaha, great news!
Hahah pure speculation, that's it.
Haha a whole 3%?!
I don't think this has anything to do with the way they did the PR release, the major markets are down today. If someone legitimately sold because they didn't PR the way they would like them, then that's another story. Reminds, me of not wanting a free Ferrari because you don't like the cup holders..
And you know this how? I just picked up some shares @ 8.40 hope to get more if the price does go further! I would love to get some more in the $6 range like a month ago!
And the only explanation I can see, that Solomon may not be very good at articulating and communicating to shareholders is that there are time sensitive deals due to the momentum that they have and opportunities that need to be taken advantage of now that require investment in. Which is an understandable use of capital as well. But if they have money to pay a dividend it would be put to much better use by buying back their own stock. Because their reason for the dividend is to supposedly reward shareholders and increase shareholder value, but when it comes between the dividend and buyback, the buyback is a much more effective way of increasing shareholder value.
Distribution Center Update

That is exactly what I am saying. I will ask him specifically what he is going to use that money for instead of buy backs and why that makes sense in terms of return on investment.
Check out this article: http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2015-01-26/owners-of-negative-yielding-sovereign-bonds-say-they-re-no-fools.html
People are tripping over themselves to PAY governments to hold their money for them..We basically own a long term bond with a 70% coupon that will continue to grow at 20-30% every year. This market is mind blowing (but it is not the first and won't be the last time markets react insanely). Once people realize what we are holding on to and bid the price up we can all have our party. And as much as I believe in being patient, particularly when I am pretty sure significant news is right around the corner, if emptyone or anyone else doesn't bring up share buy backs on the call, I will. Because, in my opinion (unless there is some capital investment we are not aware of that can yield greater than buying our own stock) there is no justification for not using free cash flow for share buybacks at this point, since we now have FCF which we did not have at any time in time before.
Completely agree. And in my opinion this is much more stable and predictable growth than what other companies imply about their growth.
When you look at most of the overvalued companies right now it is all based on sales not earnings and if you really think these institutional investors can't all be wrong about things just look back at 2008, 2000, etc., I could go on and on. There are an assortment of reasons why people with high IQ and people with access to an amazing amount of information, like institutional investors, still make completely irrational decisions.
Very good explanation.
I am pretty sure his whole post was sarcastic..
This is pure speculation but I would expect something next week?
Haha RealDutch is the first to freak out publicly when the share price drops even a little bit.
Hahahah Jamaican? Funny stuff on this board, I couldn't understand him either..
Thank you, I will gladly buy them from you! I always wonder who would possibly sell at these levels. Now I know haha
Exactly.
I am glad you have publicly stated that there is no chance SIAF will get listed on the NASDAQ lol. Please put more of your thoughts in writing so I can continue to have a good laugh when you're wrong in the future..again.
Satisfy one of the listing requirements of any U.S. main board stock exchange,
This was one of the reasons given for the reverse split. I've said it before, you can make a ton of money with this stock if you simply read between the lines. To me this hints at Nasdaq. Now we may get FN first, however, I think Nasdaq is coming soon. I will not be surprised with a Nasdaq announcement any time soon though.
Back again? You do tend to get very chatty on the days the price is down, I wonder why? lol
Yes understandable. I believe we should get an uplisting announcement for FN within the month. Eventually, however, I want Nasdaq. Just get us off OTC so institutional investors can be able to put money in. That in my opinion is the game changer in terms of share price. Many on this board will likely become millionaires just from the first round of institutional buying if we can get it (depending on how much you have in of course)..
There's no need to even play the macroeconomic game right now, which is based on figuring out what certain key players decide to do (which in my opinion is not reliable), especially when there's great companies like Sino Agro Food.
You guys should take a look at Dexcom Inc and how crazily they diluted their shareholders, still aren't profitable, and yet investors have poured billions into this company. I'm telling you, when these bubbles pop, money will come pouring out and seek sound fundamental investments like SIAF. Imagine if SIAF were valued the same way haha it would be 100 times the share price based on Price/Book and Price/Cash Flow alone..So we would be talking a $1000 share price, haha insanity.
