Really, you don't see the pps getting smacked around after good news. Look at today after the announcement of the Colorectal procedure and the license with the Mayo Clinic. Instead of continued support for pps above $.76 it gets hit and someone offers to sell shares well below the previous Ask, at $.70. I don't believe in coincidence and this is blatant stock manipulation. Perhaps only a few bad apples passing shares back and forth, but not a random act of buying and selling. IMO
If I had a bigger war chest I'd be sucking up these shares as fast as someone would sell them. But I can only do it in smaller increments every month. At these prices these shares are a gift. IMO

BK
Patient cart - just a picture? I hope that Titan will show it during the cadaver procedure using SPORT. That would promote and confirm the entire system, while creating a marketing piece. The Mayo Clinic license agreement, confirmation of where and by whom the procedure was done should allay further doubt about progress and future accomplishments to come. IMO

Thanks. Good find.

TLTFF is covered by Zack's Small Cap Research. So far, from their site I only see the FDA approval from Dec 2nd. Earlier this year, Zack's had a $1.00 pps estimated for this year. Perhaps that will be true. There are more than 10,000 professional and collegiate sports teams around the world. The marketplace is probably double that with medical professionals not related to sports. There's another marketplace associated with sports injuries which is none medicinal pain management. That's another whole galaxy of opportunities. I'm very encouraged by this new series of successful approvals.

It's my opinion that Jurology, Lefty and Dak all signed NDA's and that kept them from the board until there's product approved by the FDA. I don't think any of them sold out. How is it the board seems to be heading back toward a funk again? I really try to look at the state of the business objectively, and I see progress, especially as compared to the article EIT brought back the other day.
Thank you to all that worked to provide that reference. I was just being cautious because I don't want to be responsible or feel responsible for pointing to someones post as an official source of company detail.
Regards,
BK57
My, aren't you clairvoyant.
March '16? Are you insinuating that Titan may have a shortage of funds or something else? I think there's opportunity to get more funding from Longtia and possibly another distribution agreement. There's still India, UK, western Europe, the US, Canada, Australia/New Zealand, and parts of the Middle East. I'm not considering eastern Europe or south America. Once the EVU's are complete then the revisions are implemented and the field trial units start to be assembled. A few of the field trial units could show up sooner depending on which/what assemblies need to be revised from the EVU process. Re-read the article provided earlier today by IET, it's a great source of detailed information about the methodical process by which SPORT was designed and built. Just seeing that article again gave me a boost of enthusiasm. IMO

BK57
Here's all I was able to find about the approval on Stockhouse.com.
THIS IS ONLY AN FYI REFERENCE. Do not take this as confirmation.
I'm waiting to hear from TLTFF themselves in a company announcement.
But this message provides an image of what appears to be a Health Canada document.
I can't validate if it's an official approval document.

This was a very good example and measurement to show what was done in 2014 vs what we know today. Titan/Ximedica has really come a long way. Further, those simulation models of the device prior to development of each element of SPORT will lend themselves very useful when compiling the training programs. A desktop Surgical control console (with foot pedals) attached to the simulation application, then hands-on. The training can take place from anywhere for the simulation and then schedule the lab time with the field units. That will save a ton of time.

Outstanding! Thank you
Outstanding! Thank you
Food for thought. Just throwing this out to the board for your thoughts because as I read the board, I get the feeling that there's a fog beginning to form over whether Titan can compete, and when will the "other shoe fall." This is just my way of asking the board to come to "your" own conclusions based on the length of time it takes to create each element of this complex product, then the integration of those elements, and (not finally) the certification by the agencies responsible for oversight/approval process as applied to the various markets globally. I may have missed a few "big" hurdles. Yes, I think the Asian market will be our first marketplace, and the rest is TBD based on how well each field trial unit performs. I think a competitive product is at least 3 years away.....and that's 2 life-times in the technology galaxy. So here are my questions that may address the angst. With regard to the JNJ/Google project vs Titan: Is it easier to manage one centralized project at one facility, or to coordinate multiple facets of a complex puzzle from 4 different companies? (An example of the downfalls would be the International Space Station). Does anyone think that ISRG will forgo pursuing IP scrutiny of RSI (or any other company) and leave a clean path to a competitor? Is anyone surprised at the comments relayed to the board about not be concerned about Titan by ISRG management because they "think" their IP has been used? (What else would ISRG say to their legion?) A tussle with ISRG had to have been discussed, researched and anticipated by the Titan patent attorneys. That's standard when creating anything based on technology. Final question: Is it easier to buy IP and jump forward in time or to go through the process of creating each element to bring a product to market? Time, and the ability to bring a product to market as soon as possible gives that company a competitive advantage in any market space by occupying the space, capturing the customer's budget, and working toward adoption of the technology as the standard by which all other new products will be compared.
And...once we see the EVU's in motion or the cadaver video, the pps will absolutely take off. Those 2 events are the litmus test from where we've all been looking for validation and proof of concept. I rely on the medical professionals for those evaluations. I think we're in a very good position as compared to any product announcement from any other company at this time. And I think if any large company competing in the surgical space is serious about getting into the surgical robotics market segment, then Titan is certainly an option to jump ahead in the timeline in said companies pursuit of a strategic advantage.
Thoughts anyone?
Regards,
BK57
Welcome to the board. We're happy to hear of your experiences and listen to your grapevine. As long as there are sellers like today in the $.70's and $.80's there's a good chance you'll retire at your choosing.
Regards,
BK57
My recollection is that it was to be shown as a December milestone.
And to the person/party that's willing to sell at $.78 pps. Please sell me 10,000 shares. I really appreciate the gifts/stupidity.
(For the board)
This is just a hope - as I did ask Mr. Randall if they would please release the videos of the recently announced completion of cadaver procedures. However.... the request may be a little premature as they're still working out the fine tuning. So the procedures were successful, and as a test may have shown areas that can be refined. This is a time for objectivity and praise for their SAB input and completion of engineering efforts, and not to be critical because areas of refinement may have been revealed. Again, please keep in mind that this is a very complicated puzzle with the pieces being created. I'm really happy to have seen the most recent pictures.
Regards,
BK57
This is the Engineering Verification Unit that I've been waiting to see. It's a bonus to see Dr. Fowler at the console in those pictures. it's a KEY point to see Titan included Dr. Fowler in these pictures. He wouldn't consider getting anywhere near this device unless it's all that's been disclosed. His professional reputation is much larger than a wayward announcement. I really can't wait to the see the Patient Cart and then the cadaver videos.
It would really be nice if they would call Zack's and Bloomberg to start coverage too. No updates from Mr. Randall - yet.
Happy, happy, happy. Confirmation and final EVU.
Regards,
BK
I like the way someone's kicking the "ASK." It's the only way this thing gets out of single digits and back on rise again.
Regards,
BK
Really great images. We'll start to get attention and more when we see the patient cart too. Then on to the cadaver videos. So, now that we've begun to get a peek behind the curtain, who's selling below $2.00? The Ask needs to dry up and the pps rises all by itself. Very impressive.
Regards,
BK
Let's keep the facts in the front of our minds. Please keep in mind Longtai wouldn't have dropped $4M with option to negotiate for the entire Asian market if there was a hint of non-performance. The day traders are just passing these shares back and forth. We've traded nearly 250,000 shares this morning and it's $.02 lower. Nothing of significance is causing this except those that want to buy more at lower prices based on panic/anxiety. I don't know where the pps will be end of day, but I do know as soon as we see the new EVU's and the cadaver videos it's going to rise.
Regards,
BK
I can assure you that I'm not an uneducated investor. Your thesis would have merit if the price continued to drop precipitously, however it's been in a constant channel between $.82 and $.83. That's not random. That's pure control of the price. Which means someone has a hell of a lot of stock and is willing to continue to sell it at $.83, keeping the price from going higher. For every seller there has to be a buyer, and so far there are just as many at $.82 Not a coincidence. Who ever is selling may have a partner and they're passing the same stock back and forth. IMEO. That's educated opinion.
Regards,
BK
PPS? As long as someone is willing to part with their shares at the "bid" price, PPS will not rise. So... now I'm absolutely convinced this pps is being manipulated to do undo harm to the financial health of the company. IMO
FYI - I'm buying as much as my limited budget permits.
In addition to sending an email, I also I called and left a VM with Mr. Randall yesterday so he could hear my voice and know that I'm an active shareholder, with a positive intent to support the company. I also asked when we will see actual pictures of the patient cart and surgical station, and see a video of the cadaver procedures.
I read some messages about possibly angering management and I'd be surprised if my requests came to that. I'll provide any response and information as it becomes available.
Jetuomi - what are you hearing in your neck of the woods?
Regards,
BK
I can't watch the bids, and asks from multiple sources but when I see this type of trading it's pure manipulation. Someone's working to keep the pps artificially low and/or won't let it raise by a natural progression. It causes anxiety and clearly keeps the pps from the possibility to reaching the warrant strike price. The only way to beat it is to wait out who ever is doing this or flush the ASK with high volume buying. IMO
Regards,
BK
Please do. That's a great move. There has to be more contacts out there. Keep 'em coming.
Regards,
BK
Oh look! If you increase the ASK someone will pay more for your shares. What a concept. Remember it's supply & demand. Sell less and the price goes up.
Regards
BK
Ur such a provocateur.
Another coverage request.
I read a recent article from Mr. Nisen about another of my investments and fired off a request to consider research and coverage for TITAN. Something's going to stick one of these times. And it will be more than we have before the email requests.
I have to believe that I'm not the first to consider this as there are many investors on this site. If everyone tries to reach just 2 or 3 columnists/editors we may see better coverage.
I've sent an email to the following:
Columnist:
Max Nisen in New York at mnisen@bloomberg.net
Editor-
Mark Gongloff at mgongloff1@bloomberg.net
Regards,
BK
Thanks for that, but I think Burtner is working in the background. I do think she's reaching out to possible distributors. That's TBD. JMO

I've reached Zack's and they informed me that Titan would need to contact them to provide coverage. I think that's their way of saying Titan will need to pay for it. Not a stretch there.
I did send the email to info@titanmedicalinc.com addressed to Mr. Randall. I spoke with a very nice woman on the phone and she asked that I address it to Stephen Randall. Done.
One side's interested, balls in Titan's court. Waiting to hear back.

Reply! - Zacks Small Cap Research
It took less than 10 minutes for Zack's to contact me by email.
Per Mr. Giles Haycock
Managing Director
"I'll run this up the flagpole and get back to you with our thoughts."
I'll provide updates as they become available.
I did provide them with the iHUB site reference and a very brief overview regarding MIS robotics next gen technology.

Idea - Zacks Small Cap Research.
FYI - I am invested in other companies. You can view them on my profile if you like.
I've sent an email to Zacks Small Cap Research to the following asking them to please consider covering TITAN Medical. Some other members of this board and I get updates from Zacks SCR for our "other" investments. Please feel free to contact them and ask if they would please consider covering TITAN.

I especially like the articles provided by:
BIOTECH / Anita Dushyanth, PhD. Check out her bio. Impressive credentials. IMO.
I'll also contact TITAN and try to get the ball rolling from the company and ask them specifically to contact Zacks SCR too.
Hey Point.......can you contact them and offer a version of your Titan article????
Open to more ideas to get the word out.

Hi T-Ys. Yes I agree with you. Also, to comment on another post - I think that mgmt has made many, many good moves. Unfortunately there have been delays and they haven't done a good job of managing expectations. Mistakes are easy to focus on while achievements don't get as much group enthusiasm and quickly get overlooked. Product development is inherent with zigs and zags. Not making excuses, just saying I've experienced this and again - this is a puzzle and the pieces are being created. Please keep that in mind.
The recent news of the completion of the E/V unit and subsequent 2nd unit is very telling. That there have been 2 cadaver tests, with complicated/sophisticated procedures is telling too. Please keep those in mind as well. And I agree with not announcing the world-wide manufacturer of end effectors as it could cause a competitive reaction and unnecessarily result in wasted funds to defend IP and existing contracts with said partner. That's still TBD, but I like to avoid risk and that seems to be the course of action in my mind.
I like the facts, and the accomplishments as they line up with my experience and expectations. There will be more milestone achievements soon. The components of the entire system are complete. The known patents have taken a very long time to get approved. Recall the recent announcements and when they were filed, then approved. The next steps are incremental integration issues. SOP. The only steps left are the training courses, and field trial units.
I still think the lawyers are managing risk, and mgmt hired them to do so. However I do not feel there's risk in sharing a video. That type of marketing has legs, which leads me to believe that there's already been one shown to potential distributors. Longtai wouldn't just hop on a plane and come see the device out of the clear blue. So, based on that assumption some form of marketing has had a positive effect.
The company is fishing with really effective bait. Longtai isn't the only fish in the world.
We're all investors. In the same boat. I'm hopeful that my perspective will have a somewhat calming effect. (Please no comments about "man-the-life-rafts," or get-out-the-life-preservers." Way too over the top.
And I never, never thought that I could buy shares at this price, and I've added recently. It's been a blessing being able to dollar cost average down. I'm pat.
We're very close.
Regards,
BK
I wonder if the author would consider doing an article on our other investment co? Or if I should ask Point if he would offer his article to Zacks to publish? Just a thought
Regards,
BK
A video does it for me. I think we make a big move as soon as we see the unit and possibly those cadaver procedures. And I don't think it's a stretch to say "there are alternate interests playing with the pps today." IMO
Regards
BK
It's only a matter of a little more time and then people will quit selling below a $1 US. Then..... onward. IMO

BK
I agree. I just put that out for clarification to the board, as some may not have access during the day, but do keep up with the board messages.

It's the article from which the previous email was based. Further, Octagon is closing its operations but will reemerge as a private investment company.
From the published article:
"Once the Octagon wind-down, which will be done under the supervision of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada, is complete, a new private-equity business will be created. Mr. Palumbo said it should employ five of the current employees."
Regards,
BK
Tried to pull it up. To read the full article, you must be a Globe Subscriber. This would be another question to pose directly to Randall. Jetuomi - did you hear anything up in your neck of the woods?

What put the helium in this balloon?

You make several good points. Now by association, it's become a "group" reputation risk. Why would Titan release information to the public regarding Longtie and now Cadance if the capabilities and features were not working. I like cumulative effect of these 3 known companies. I don't know of anyone that has a development budget, who would engage a company like Cadence or enter into a distribution agreement early. And..... I'm betting my investment at this time, that Longtie did their due diligence and saw the test surgeries video. My only question at this time is, "When will Titan show us the cadaver tests." IMO, most of the anxiety would subside once that video is public.
Regards,
BK
And again...... I'm amazed that someone would sell $20,000 shares at $.80. For that matter sell any shares below $1.00. This selling at such low prices makes no sense to me. If it makes any sense to anyone, please explain. Unless Lefty is selling shares to buy for his nephew. Thanks.

BK
