Crazy. I just checked website to read up on this Jaouad cat and see this. Once again it has not been emailed yet to the folks on the mailing list.
Mike was not just reassigned. I think he is probably in some hot water. No doubt some of these statements have taken money out of my pocket. They obviously did not launch any Biocell products.
I think tomorrow could be another -15% day. Is that a hat trick for a Canadian company?
I'll never sell, but I'm glad I don't need this money to pay my rent.
Dog gets a bone today.
Notice the first one was not on the official Abattis site? I wondered why I didn't receive an email. I'm sure there was a lot of negotiation re: final wording, timing, etc. Somebody there wanted this to happen quickly so they probably leaked it to someone in the media.
In an email to Mike last summer, he cautioned me that any "official" PR is on the website. That first one was never there and never emailed to people in the mailing list.
Notice the first one says "Mike was quoted as saying..." ?
I think there is a lot of drama going on right now. Long term it can't hurt too much as investors were growing impatient with the lack of updates.
I did email last Sunday and have no reply.
I'm not looking to participate, only want to know how much longer we have before cheap shares become unrestricted and flood the market.
Information any smart investor would want to know.
Can somebody please share terms of the Private Placement?
I would never invest in a company that won't share this information.
The big stock exchanges expect this information to be disclosed.
I agree with your post completely, but the obvious question becomes "how long is Mike on board?".
If he decides he's out and sells a chunk of shares into such low support we'll see a crazy low PPS.
On the other hand, we all know there were too many things going on and not a lot of progress with any of them. If he narrows his focus maybe he can make himself and the rest of us some serious money (thanks to the tight share structure he protected).
Does this mean Billy has about six jobs right now? I know it's a good idea to serve on a Board or two but this seems a bit excessive.
Can't be much worse, I suppose.
First Nations, huh? Sounds like VDL.
Nice time to announce options.

I know for a fact Mike has been to Vietnam on business more than once.
I also wondered why the other ticker is in the trash.
Excerpt from the original VDL PR shows Mike has always been looking into foreign markets. I can verify that many Asian countries value relationships more than greedy NA capitalists. Maybe he will live over there for a year and strike a few deals.
"After signing the BC license agreement in November, we have seen the medical marijuana policies in Health Canada and under US laws change," stated Mike Withrow, President and chief executive officer of Abattis. "It was a combination of this, together with opportunities in other foreign countries with other plant tissue and medicinal applications, that played a major factor in our decision to acquire the exclusive world-wide rights to the Vertical Designs' technology for use in the prescribed areas...."

Still SMH that we went down 3% the day after a manufacturing partnership in Colorado was announced.
I said WAS too high. Because at the time, it WAS too high.
We all know $2.75 was too high. It was a bidding war with Nicky B over control of the company. Even he saw what this company's potential is.
Nicky has a few more losses on the horizon. IMO. HTH. LOL.
Hey Johnny, I think you're looking at your chart a little cross-eyed.
The CEO / Chairman of VDL is so sad he doesn't own the rights that he decided to go into the ENTERTAINMENT industry!!!

The next one gets a mention because it confused me. Geo Novus Minerals (CSE: GNM, Stock Forum) found itself unable to fund its Uruguayan weed efforts in December when along came Nick Brusatore who is at the centre of a legal battle between Affinor Growers (CSE: AFI, Stock Forum) and Abbatis Bioceuticals (CSE: ATT, Stock Forum). Nick saw the flaming ship and suggested a radical change in tact for the failing enterprise – entertainment.
The company announced the acquisition of Greenstock Publishing, a Canada music publisher, for ten million Geo Novus shares in December and brought Greenstock CEO, Joe Wowk onto its board of directors. It then terminated its agreements in Uruguay and appointed “Tour Manager to the Stars”, Martin Kramer to its Advisory Board.
Now according to Colin Weibe, company spokesperson and Canadian musician of relative renown, Geo Novus is heading full-tilt into film production with two star-attached projects in the works. But wait, it doesn’t stop there, they’re going to capture the web media market as well. You see, apparently it’s all about access, and Geo Novus with its one executive producer, Tim Marlowe, who won an Oscar for a documentary short, is supposed to have the necessary reach to propel the company into entertainment dominance in both classically produced film and the emerging web media market.
Truth be known, I have been involved intimately in the film and entertainment industry for almost thirty years in myriad of roles from production to performance. What Colin and Geo Novus are peddling is an age-old story of triumph which usually fizzles in disaster. If I had a dime for every potential producing success story of ‘this film is the most important piece to grace the screen this century’ or ‘this company will change the face of entertainment’, I would be a billionaire. What’s more, I’ve heard this story from individuals far more qualified than the aforementioned individuals with projects that truly were gems and yet they ended in failure.
I'm following this board every day to continue my education in penny land. Penny land works differently. The rise here on such small volume is suspicious to me.
If you know the terms and don't share, what are you hiding? I thought this board was for sharing DD?
If you are one of the PP investors, that is important for others on the board to know.
It is obvious those invested here are doing well. That is great and I'm happy for you. I'm not shorting or trying to keep the price down for a future buy. Just trying to learn....what can you teach me about the PP terms?
What are the terms of the Private Placement?
Do they get shares at $0.01 ? or at a market price on a particular date or range of dates?
Is there a holding period ? Figure out when those PP shares are unlocked and sell a week ahead of time.
Appreciate the effort and update but I think a lot of people use the mobile app and it's not visible there. I think that's why some are confused.
What were the terms of the Private Placement? Very important detail.
I just spoke to one of the guys named in the Ft Collins PR.
First, the partnership is with Biocell, no big surprise there. Most of the questions I asked were deferred to Brazos, but here is the key that could make this absolutely HUGE:
The efficiency of the liposome delivery method could allow us to offer the first CBD oil which is LEGAL ON A FEDERAL LEVEL IN THE USA!
With cannabis still considered a Schedule 1 drug, there is a tolerance for how much THC is allowed. I believe he said 0.3% and a quick Google search may confirm this. By delivering the CBD so efficiently we can stay under that threshold. (Disclaimer: I am no doctor or lawyer or expert in Federal drug rules).
Like I said, he told me to ask Brazos for the answers to most of the questions I had, which is too bad. I am very interested to learn how quickly we can get this product to market, where we can sell it, etc.
One other thing was that Brazos actually sought out this scientist because of his expertise in liposome delivery and initiated the contact. Another tidbit is he has never spoken to Dr. Sexton, which is a little surprising to me.
HTH.
Hey dog, why didn't you point out that somebody sold 350 shares for $45 to make the price seem like it went down 3.5% ?
One thing we can all agree upon is the SP is being manipulated.
HTH.
He busy making a website that is going to become the CNN of pot. $6 ads for sale.
It's a PPS prediction
Why do you think PPS hit bottom? I don't think it has.
Can you expand here? He's the guy we're counting on for product launch.
That 75,000 dump at 0.129 is fishy. We haven't been there in over 6 months. Manipulation? That's a lot of shares to LOL / HTH with.
Important information about the CEO is below. He must have already given up on Affinor because he owns NO RIGHTS TO ANY VDL TECHNOLOGY. HTH! LoL

This is a funny read. Remember that Tweet from Brayden Sutton?

Seems like these guys had a few too many on NYE:

My kid drew a picture. I will not sell for less than $100,000,000.
That is why.
Are you sure? I heard this was going to be the CNN of pot?
Love the last sentence of this PR:
Dec 03, 2013
Abattis Announces Resignation of a Director
Vancouver, BC - December 3, 2013 - Abattis Bioceuticals Corp. (the "Company" or "Abattis") (CNSX: FLU), announces the resignation of Mr. Nick Brusatore as a Director of the Company effective November 29, 2013. Mr. Mike Withrow, Chairman of the Board of the Directors on behalf of the Company, thanks Mr. Brustatore for his service and contribution to the Company and stated; "This is positive for both Abattis and Vertical Designs as it will enable Mr. Brusatore to maintain his focus and energies on further advancing the Vertical Growing Equipment technologies Abattis owns the World Wide Licence to in the areas of Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, Cosmeceuticals and Wellness."
I assume some of the products tomorrow are related to this PR:
http://www.abattis.com/s/news.asp?ReportID=660870
"Abattis and BioCell plan to develop, patent, and market over three dozen products that are firmly grounded in the science underpinning the regulation of Nitric Oxide in the human body," said Abattis Bioceuticals Corp. President & CEO Mike Withrow."
I agree. MMPR will be the low margin dollars that help us with operating cash etc. Extraction and BioCube / Grow Technology will be the higher margin sales that set us apart.
I also agree, however, that we will not see any huge "pops" until we get MMPR. Still shocked we had a red day after the last PR and we're apparently off to a poor start today. Doesn't make sense.
He will reply soon, I'm sure.
I can't believe it. By my count they should have generated at least $66 in revenue from those 11 ads they sold.
I will be honest: no way in the world did I think we would go red today. I was hoping for an old-school +20% Friday.
When was the last time we had such low volume?
I think Shark had a good point...the press release doesn't explain the full benefit.
Everyone looks for news, we get a very positive development in a new market (for us), and it's the lowest volume day we've had in a while. Doesn't make sense.
