Thanks beamin1, looking for a green close here again today.
Question for the board:
How will this upcoming rule affect our SPLI stock: http://www.dtcc.com/~/media/Files/pdf/2014/2/7/a7676.ashx
I believe it's across all OTC stocks, but do not know enough to discern how it can affect our stock specifically.
Is this good, bad or indifferent in your opinion(s)?
...or maybe another PR next week? I'm thinking ticker change and more PR after next week. We just have to keep this steady pace & momentum up until until then.
Jeffreywb, is that good or bad?
Nice. Green close on a Friday is a big plus! Let's continue to grow...
Hey Pork....if it hits 0.08 while you're out, at least you'll be a your appointment if you hyperventilate.
Never too late Lotus...you had the fortitude to hold on and you'll be rewarded IMO. I got some in the 7's too.
Agreed Bands...
Welcome, White Moses....thanks for your post. Good points. As someone who vapes, I thought the same thing. I also know that we can get lost in a sea of various vaporizers out there. From an investment standpoint, if you compare other publicly traded companies in this related field and where they stand (for example): http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=97920560, we can see how SPLI is currently undervalued (which to me, IMO, makes for a good investment).
The bottom line is that Vapor Group is in negotiations to acquire another company to enhance their vape sales (we presume will be related to the MJ segment). We are awaiting a symbol change (which will bring about more attention and properly categorize us in said field); and also awaiting confirmed revenue (which is said to be be in excess of 7 figures - so people are distributing/buying these products). Since they are stating there is a significant revenue stream, this is already a step ahead of the publicly traded vape companies (of which are not producing an abundance of product, and/or generate little to no revenue to date - but trade much higher - because they've been on the market longer).
Each company, private or public, will create their own innovations. In either case, many may prefer one product over another, but in the end, it's about supply & demand. I do not see a reason why SPLI (Vapor Group) would not meet that demand well into the future. This is still a highly expanding market segment and nobody really has a corner on it - but there is still much demand for it.
Not sure about the coca cola reference either, that might be a stretch -- unless SPLI creates some sort of groundbreaking product in the future for (MJ) vaping, etc... Of which they committed themselves to innovation in this area as well though...
Yeah Flang1, this particular board is superb. Compared to others, there's a lot of different opinions here. All valued. Not everyone will agree with each other, but that is the beauty of it. Post DD and it may be challenged and this is good. The DD here is at the ground levels & technical levels - pretty amazing to me.
I like VPRG
Good idea J...
RahVaMIL, I only got to see half of the show tonight. I missed the first part, where it concentrated on a private company "Open Vape" whom offers vapor pens that vape cannabis oils. Some of it is mentioned here: http://www.cnbc.com/id/101445913
From what I'm hearing, Twitter was lit up tonight with the $SPLI sign https://twitter.com/search?q=%24spli&src=ctag to CNBC. Perhaps even more eyes will see us. Maybe someone who saw the whole show can elaborate more for you. The 2nd half mostly concentrated on the Governor of Colorado and local shop sales and public safety.
Good point RahVaMIL...
Awesome info - you da man Hemp! Thx.
Hey Hemp, can they change the symbol name before the split? Let's say all is approved in a few weeks, do we have to wait until the split or do they change it at that time?
This post right here (and others like it posted previously) show the truth. This really needs to be considered by those holding and those just "watching". Those that sold, well, see you at .30.
There is absolutely no doubt that product is out there and that this company is REAL! Thanks for all of the pictures and DD. Many got in not even knowing that much - but just based on potentials. We know more daily. This is a gem in my opinion.
This is a growing market and IMO, SPLI is preparing to get ahead of it and further expand.
Not many vaping companies are trading. Those that do will be leaders in the industry. SPLI has done just as much as other symbols posted herein - and take a look at their stock prices (many on this board have already posted the comparisons). We are still hugely undervalued. Akin to an underdog sports team that will win the gold medal!
What I like about today's PR Announcement:
* Commitment on reporting in compliance with the SEC and to
shareholders.
* Auditor registered with: http://pcaobus.org/Pages/default.aspx
* Update on symbol change and R/S so that nobody is guessing –
giving plenty of investors time to get on board.
* Negotiating on the acquisition of another company; one whom
enhances with “different type of e-cigarette product” – one
whom will add to revenue immediately (meaning that company
won’t be in the red when acquired). I also like the fact that
they didn’t include the term “MJ” in there so to not hype this
up without full details of the deal. However, I believe that
that’s an important segment that they are pursuing, IMO.
* Commitment to innovation in this field and furthering
footprint - and “differentiation over our competitors”.
So far very transparent. I’m hopeful that more PR’s come. They
did state that they are “undertaking several initiatives” so
I do look for more and HOLDING STRONG HERE!!!

Good night all.....GLTE $SPLI
IronLotus....I hear you. I've been in at many ranges: including .073. I'm holding long and certainly appreciate you holding and not bailing like many others did during the shakes. From what I see, IMO, we will not regret the decision to ride this out. GLTY and glad you're joining us for this journey. I can tell you that this board has a good blend of opinions and the mods are terrific. We all want SPLI to succeed. $SPLI
Welcome aboard efrky!
Hey Rah...I added in the low 7's last week and the into the 5's yesterday. I'm tapped for now. I'm holidng 191.5K (LONG). Patience is not my friend sometimes and so should have waited for more dips; but this is the stock that never dies - and still learning that, and understand the potential for more upward movement in the near future.
I sent you a PM on the other specifics for count accuracy. It'll be interesting if you could share if our totals have changed since these minor shakes (upcoming rebounds), etc.. To see where we stand and how many dropped off or were added, etc....and if it perhaps align with what's outstanding.
Thx.
Really appreciate your support and updates Beamin1....You rock!
Still in gang...holding strong here!!!
Thanks Pikachu....I'm learning that. I did get in again in the high 5's. Maybe should have waited a bit. You think it'll take off a but later day?
Marked you....Thank you.
Do you anticipate a rise from that point thereafter Pika?
Thank for the update Murk....Keep'em coming.
Just added another 26K gang.....!
Excellent idea Panzer...I will have to see my time, availability & bandwidth - but do have an email drafted to the CEO along those lines. With many herein contacting him, I'm awaiting the PR to come soon. Then will see.......but great MOVE/suggestion man.
I've made a major decision to HOLD STRONG regardless. I have no stops to sell (and not rich nor have extra cash available after this week). I do plan to add more this week (for example even added around .0.07 last week already)! Funds have cleared and ready to strike! Just remember the little guys for those that have larger shares. Taking profits along the way to cover initial investments plus some is admirable (smart). We just need to get more visibility to add to the CORE GROUP (which is LONG) and ready for the real valuation of this company's (pps) comparatively to similar business models to show it's true value.
I've encourage three people towards $SPLI to date (including myself; mine is at 165K shares to date - but use to be 307K before my mistake) and those folks are now at ½ Million shares, another at 13,000 and even another buddy of mine at a mere $1,200 shares and growing . We are all in together. We are holding this up together (along with current and future investors/traders - like the nameless one whom reportedly bought 6 million shares at Friday near close) and must really work to break through resistance on the legs up through resistance (goal in imho for now is a stable 0.075 sometime this week). Do it wisely so the little guys don't lose out completely IMO. Especially at the .10 mark (because this has the great potential of moving much higher from the DD conducted herin - IMO). Little guys matter too because they tend to hold longer - and you get a enough of those in droves, they sustain to help break through resistance IMO. I really do think based on what I saw that PR is coming. The PR should be impactful and significant - IMO.
We all know based on DD and many exciting upcoming projections, that this should continue to go blue sky again. We've been consistent in profits vs losses overall. The core longs are holding this up and most are ready to hold on for bigger and better things and have committed to this! Unbelievable support..that I've never witnessed before in penny land. There are many more coming if we work together. Don't count those coming in at those smaller levels out as they are just as important - you get a enough smaller buy-ins; they help hold us up through resistance periods IMO. They too can make some profit in the end, while continue to hold up the company and their mission (which the prolific and profitable Vaping business plan is important to me). Take the profits wisely without affecting the integrity of the stock IMO. Getting in at 0.06, 0.08, .10, .15, .20 or .30 and possibly beyond is key - IMO. This is by far still very affordable for the later arrivals even beyond .30 as news get out (even for those wanting small share base). I hear talks about yachts, cabins, etc... This can't be done alone with rogue selling or quick flips.
This week in my opinion we need to break past the 0.085 range (organically) and await PR (that is being expedited for the shareholders). Look at Cannevest Corp and what they really did recently (and pps's in consideration). There are investors out there that would just go into this currently on established business (not a concept like similar companies in recent times - but actually business making product and having revenue like $SPLI) to catapult further.
I don't want to be like this poor guy and his post:
http://www.investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=97672153- who got out too soon (and now it's at $140.00 pps!). --- BTW, that message picture is FUNNY! I made the SAME mistake here with SPLI and had to buy back in higher. Learn from it PLEASE! This will still be affordable considering the amount of investors out there that see a good prospect and proven business venture in a very HOT market sector - IMO.
Many folks (including, but not limited to) such as Beamin1, Murk, Monkey. LNeighbor, HempButter, Marquee (and other not listed but have great input) that have great insight & technicals - as do those that pose the tough questions - they are appreciated too! so it's not a one way street. Great collaboration to get the TRUTH on this board! Challenges are not stifled and yet encouraged and addressed - while strategic "bashers" are dealt with through intellect.
Sorry of the long post.....awaiting Monday as one day at a time is key, but this week should be good.
Peace out..... GLTA ---- $SPLI
Hi SS1, good questions. When I originally saw one post saying that ecig69 had no hits and then another saying it did. I used the latter to compare to a company I know of to see activity. Really just a general overview of site visits, website views, etc.. (as listed by the site). Just to get an idea. I know that in cyberspace, a lot of data can be inaccurate one way or another (i.e. in this case where one site was showing 0 and another showing thousands). Sometimes even changing branding or updating servers can reset pages (it's happened to sites of people I know who own businesses). For instance, this guy here posts something (at the bottom of the article) to show some inaccuracies in his sites: http://geekdad.daddyforever.com/whois/. So after the original post on traffic, I researched and then after your question, I researched. Unfortunately, can't answer the question to "hits" vs. "replies" yet.
More Research - I did a comparison to another site I use (and others I know use) to purchase their vaping products and they are comparable (which bodes well for Total Vapor / Vapor Group / SPLI). Good inquires by Tom_Inator and good great find ///M3!
http://www.statmyweb.com/site/aquavaporcig.com
So I do not believe aquavaporcig is listed under any exchange, but is a popular online site to get vaping equipment, juices, etc.. Kind of used this as a base to compare because I know many people who access this site to purchase their items.
http://www.statmyweb.com/site/ecig69.com
The stats are fairly comparable between both and boy are they in the (growing) market based on this!
"Ecig69.com is ranked #546,975 in the world, a low rank means that this website is very popular. Its majority users come from United States and is ranked #61418 in United States. It has 2,857 visitors per day, and has 6,285 pageviews per day."
Important Notes:
I venture to say that site traffic, site structure and product lines will be further enhanced by Vapor Group in the near future. Perhaps all current websites sites even merged, who knows? All vape sites have varying pricing models and these can be adjusted up or down (based on demand). When a new smart phone comes out, people pay big bucks to get it - then price is adjusted. Go to a local vape shop and if you're a newbie, they'll sell you kits that cost a lot more. Marketing campaigns and investor backing further enhance a company's exposure and online footprint exponentially, IMO. Prices and products will be adjusted/enhanced to meet the need and I believe Vapor Group is poised for this based on being an established business already.
Since Vapor group distributes their Total Vapor product lines to Ecig69, this just made my weekend!
$SPLI
Thanks neighbor! The "Total Vapor" promo video is posted across these sites...consistently. Ecig69 is a great site. Consequently, the young crowd already knows of vaping and I like that they reach out to older folks too (smart) as the benefits of vaping are so much better! $SPLI
Has it been confirmed that Vapor Group owns or distributes to Ecig69.com? Just curious.
$SPLI - Long.
Thanks for this post Vaporman...I heard this was quite a ride...
You found the link. Yeah, a friend of mine whose vested in SPLI here told me about it and was told that it was brought his attention and he may have responded to it (but I guess it wasn't directed at the Wolf apparently thank goodness - just some random weird post). What's this guy smoking? OMG. -- Well, a little light heartedness after a couple of days is good.
Someone posted online earier today (I beleive it was on either Twitter or Yahoo Finance) that "The Wolf" was selling all of his shares today. I beleive The Wolf knows about the false rumor and has addressed it with whomever said that. Jeez, I don't get why people do what they do sometimes...
Nice....thanks]
