You too, you almost broke my lil heart this morning bro!
Kidding of course, it may not rebound as well throughout the day.
Nah I still have high regards for both our players.
One day we may all meet in person, we'll be rich friends plotting the next big moves of our own by that time.
All the best.
Has me wondering how eagleeye/smallcapthinker is feeling right now.
I warned him about being the boy who cries wolf, I tried to tell him to write a better article from a more believable neutral standpoint.
Most saw right through it, X-ray vision all the way to the bank.
Don't worry t-dawg - I won't post here what you posted on the 'other boards'
Turns out I should have been the one beckoning this board though ;)
Is this post serious?
I'm seeing crazy resilience right now considering I expected a bigger drop this morning.
If that's the biggest dip we get - it was nothing. I was hoping to load more in mid 20's
Koen, all due respect I find that to be a risky bet.
Would you bet against the Mj movement as a whole?
I wouldn't.
By the same token, I wouldn't bet against a company setting themselves up to be the most needed public company involved in this industry.
When I first got in here, it was all about the equipment. Now it's not just equipment and gift contracts, it's having a stake of a giant cannabis production facility in Canada, it's providing regulatory kiosks for state compliance, it's entering a pharmaceutical means to provide cannabis based medicine.
*not the slightest bit worried*
Damn autocorrect.
I was hoping to load up more in mid to low 20's.
Are you telling me with all these negative articles and an army of shorts, the best you can give me is high 20's?
Quite frankly a disappointing bloodbath if that proves to be the stopping point.
Fellow longs - remember when blood baths like these were scary?
Is it weird that I'm not the slightest bit worries?
Hopefully that price target looks more attainable by close.
I absolutely own shares here.
I own them with the belief and understanding that this company will be profit positive based on their edible garden produce program soon.
I own them with beliefs this profit positive environment will allow the company to expand their Mj goals nicely when the trigger is allowed to be pulled.
For hemp, like grow supplies, it is something I hope Mr. Peterson realizes that the competition of other sources won't prove hemp a profitable resource for him. I hope this allows him to downshift and mash the accelerator on Mj production and bypass the wasted opportunity cost of hemp.
As stated previously, this want is predicated on the belief that they don't currently have a contract to process the hemp into something like biodegradable plastics. If Derek shows up with a major contract like that then my woes of hemp production would be soothed.
But hemp and mj are not the same, they are related but nowhere near the same growth patterns or return.
My question is why even bother growing a low cost low return material when you will be outgrown by Americas farmers in an instant.
Now, here is where I would feel positive on hemp production.
If Trtc involved themselves in hemp production and processing say into a biodegradable plastic or used hemp with high CBD to extract for medicine.
One thing Americas farmers can't compete with is high quality indoor grown hydroponic cannabis.
Always a buyer with price competition coming in hard from large farmers with tons of acres - driving the price down and drowning out smaller hemp producers.
This is a waste of opportunity cost IMO unless Trtc sees growing Mj as years away. Then it would be smart to get some kind of profit from mj's cousin hemp.
I thought there was a mutual respect formed, but that's just sad.
Officerk - welcome to Trtc!
I have a concern about growing hemp. Sure this opens a door for eventual growth in hemp with Trtc, but I have a couple of questions.
Why should Trtc use space or facilities geared towards hemp growth when Mj growth will ultimately turn more profitable numbers? Do you believe this is sort of an 'early access revenue stream' they can take advantage of before Mj production?
Also once hemp growth is allowed commercially, how would Trtc compete with the sprawling acres of space that America's farmers have access to?
I like this company and want to see them in Mj. Unless there will be a form of CBD extraction with hemp growing that will provide real results, I don't even have interest in seeing this low cost low return cousin of the Mj family being grown by them.
They sure did, same one eagle eye was touting.
Already receiving the 'boy called wolf' mentality it deserves.
Several attacks from articles and shorts. Still standing strong despite the red close.
Word to that, it would be magnificent if Florida did something like that to jump start the south.
I've watched the documentaries on severely disabled people who find cures or higher life quality through cannabis.
There is a reason we have those receptors built in - and for some, cannabinoids are the missing link to a better life.
Well put and intelligently stated.
There are several reasons I trust this company. Share structure and joint venture details are not the reasons I do.
It sure is great to have some light shed on it from more knowledgable folks.
Gotta say all my Mj stocks have been damn resilient here.
I'm barely showing any loss and phot is still red.
Well those three stocks balloon off of hype from federal news alone. Fed says good things on Mj? People flock to things called mjna and cbis only to find out about shoddy management in their research.
Those who buy then research will likely sell their positions for a better pot stock.
Yes I've seen you on there. I am In under alias thunderstruck.
Looking forward to seeing how the debate on this stock changes with the pps.
All is going according to monkeynomics right now.
Consolidation, doubt we close green.
I will load 20k more shares if we go anywhere into the .20's.
If you sold based on your own fears of dilution or what you think others are feeling think with dilution, then I would just ask you to research the difference between o/s and a/s.
I'd like to ask if those people think recent acquisitions paid for with dilutive financing were unwise.
Dilution has been a battle cry for months. Somehow the pps is 8 times + greater despite this enemy of shareholders called dilution. We don't know what we fear when we fear what we don't know.
I'm afraid an imminent wave of positives may swallow these assumptions and completely overshadow your well thought article. This sort of intense scrutiny is exactly what PHOT needs. It needs to be put up against the fence and thoroughly searched. It needs to respond to the hardest hitting criticisms and put this to bed. I would be happy to see the CEO answer to these allegations in an interview.
However, after the shakedown is complete and you see something truly legitimate, growing, expanding, upgrading, overtaking, encompassing. Something people stop writing 'short' articles about will emerge.
When you publish your article, I have some tips for you. Since there were already 2 negative articles that proved ineffective, you will be dealing with a much more, 'boy who cried wolf' cynical response to your article. So, remove the condescending tone and reconsider depicting PHOT's team as dastardly. Why shouldn't you try to incite emotions of hate and rage? Well, it certainly helps your credibility to attack something from a neutral standpoint - intelligent people seem to be able to discern... Agendas.
What would I know though? I'm just an investor in this company since .05 cents. I was buying products from this company before I even knew I could have stock in it.
It's normal, I've ridden the roller coaster since .05. Panic sold once and back in at .06. Lesson learned - I won't be doing that again.
I've decided to stop watching pps so much - getting closer to my startup goal for my own Mj business.
Depends on if you're a new investor today or yesterday haha.
No one likes red, except investors waiting on the sidelines to pull the trigger.
Why need news? One of my favorite parts about phot is the history of strong silence.
A company should let their business model speak for itself, this past week has been unlike phot's normal self.
Whatever is hatching next I don't expect until post vote.
Hmm if low enough I will have to consider letting go of a small position in one of my smaller stakes to add to this.
Dennis, I'm really enjoying our back and forths on SA and other social media. This sort of debate is great!
Let's go money makers!
In addition to that last statement...
In states that will spend time being medical before recreational, testing could be mandated.
If the turn around time is as fast as advertised, this one could soar.
So I just visited bud genius...
Though I was really critical on the name, the site and idea are brilliant.
Something comes to mind on both ends here...
If NY goes through with that whole plan to use confiscated bud for medical patients, then all of that must be damn well tested.
Imagine getting a piece of that?
More importantly, it will be like an 'upper-tier' addition to a dispensary to offer a product and be able to show the test on it.
Smiling for right smile, what's with the stock name though?
Have to admit I laughed out loud at the picture with the shovels.
Of course I was looking for the pictures of the lights, medium variety and hydro equipment - guess the answer is SOLD OUT?
Nice to have OfficerK hanging about again, Though the guy can be Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hyde about things... Keep around though K man, you being here helps me not have to post so much.
Best Regards
Robin, can't respond to pm's until I pony up for the better membership.
In response without mentioning the players here. It is not a concern for me business model wise, but the comparison between the pps rise of both companies is something worth looking at.
At this time I'm more concerned about a sharp drop with the other contender. There are many maybes that they are riding on to move forward. No doubt I will add 5k or more shares to my position with "them" moving forward.
As for reconsolidating, I think it's wise to consider this after Friday. I have Monday and Tuesday of next week off from work to make that very decision. Does my core stay here or get split up? Is the roller coaster pps swing worth my time in the long run?
So far it has been absolutely worth it. The tides are churning and we have no way of completely knowing who gets swept up in the tide heading north. I will say the two we have invested in will treat us both nicely.
Please keep in mind some of my investment is from confidence in having used products sold by Growlife. Industry experience goes a long way for me.
The other contender does sell equipment, but when you compare things like grow tents, the quality is remarkably in favor of PHOT. It is my hope the contender phases out eqp sales and focuses on their hydro operations.
Ultimately two different beasts. The other one has the high risk of speculation (and criticism about the new CBD company they are aligned with), phot has high risk of other woes such as dilution.
One did rise faster than the other, but can also drop faster. I will get with you after Friday about how I'm thinking.
Wow, what are we doing back at .37?
Ultimately it will go up. At first I expected a dip either way, but we may have just seen that in the retrace this morning.
With all that management has unveiled at this time, it will likely be an overwhelming yes vote.
Yes means public trusts management to deal with such an increase in a responsible manner. To make acquisitions as they see fit and build something that carries home a big slice of pie.
No means public thinks they aren't ready for this yet and want to explore other means of acquisition power. I believe a no vote will carry a substantial dip.
There are many external factors at play too. Will management plot out a stock dividend? Will anything more be announced before vote? Where will pps be on Friday?
Let's say they get a no vote followed by a backup plan to secure other means if financing? As inevitable as a yes vote looks, I'm sure there is also a plan for the no.
My old man let go of some of his phot shares today, I can't imagine how many more panic sellers this caused.
Been riding every storm since .05 and .06 levels.
All this money and I lose a couple grand here and there? I can't complain.
Monkey - not a huge surprise to see a down day. I was expecting a lesser consolidation, but for me this may be a good time to add one last big amount.
I think news (depending on the scope) could push us up past the HOY, but we also have many apprehensive investors waiting for the outcome of the vote. On one hand many are expecting a dip, on the other hand - this could be the expected dip as the market has known about this vote for months- it could very well be priced in.
Very hard to call as a certainty. The only thing I can say as a definite is this will be up long term.
However, what happens after the vote decides if I keep all shares of phot or reconsolidate any. Even have some of next week off just in case.
Please study difference between o/s and a/s.
Thank you
So you couldn't get it published and now posting it on Ihub?
Bravo!
Good day to add, pretty soon these shares will get too expensive to buy in bulk
Right you are! Not done yet
Down to .36 and BOING
Sometimes you're up in the air too long and need that trampoline to catch your fall.
Here comes .60 test!
Really impressed with the movement here, glad I kept some shares
