I noticed yesterday when I slapped the ask and bought it was showing up as red instead of green.
I know! What is that all about? Fat finger?
Thanks again. I really appreciate it.
So I guess my worse case scenario of Oct. 22 just became best case? Why in the world would they post that up listing message if it was so far away? It didn't move the SP. Got to be more to the story.
So since as Crisco reminded everyone SING posted.
"Singlepoint
August 22 •
$SING Exciting news coming soon Up-Listing in progress! #OTC”
So it's Posted On Aug 22. And it says Up-listing in progress news coming soon. And as market spy pointed out the process can take up to 60 days. The absolute worse case scenario is we get the up-listing news Oct. 22. But since SING states Almost a month ago that it's in the process and news is coming soon it could happen any day now. Any guesses on what the date will be?
Thank you!
Hah! Good stuff. Glad everyone responded to that misinformed post.
Does anyone have any idea on how long the up listing process takes? Paper work, fees, etc.
we got to be getting close.
Sorry man I still disagree. Apple's cashless system and SING are not competitors. SING is more than just cashless payments.
"SinglePoint, Inc. is a state-of-the-art mobile technology company and full-service mobile marketing agency. Its best-in-class mobile commerce and communication platform was specifically designed to serve the needs of both the non-profit and commercial sectors, making any campaign instantly interactive via the mobile phone. SinglePoint's platform enables its clients to conduct business transactions, accept donations and engage in targeted communication campaigns with their customers/donors through any mobile device."
Can Apples cashless payment system do this? Nope.
Will you be able to use Apple's payment system on Greenstar's cashless ATM's? Maybe.
Plenty of room for both systems to exist.
Why would he feel threatened? Different business model. Apple is offering something convenient for the individual user. Their not making it easier for a dispensary or company to do business or helping with marketing the company's services and products.
Ok if someone doesn't think there is manipulation going on here look at the sells so far today. 3 separate 100 share sells. 100 shares at 0.0145 equals $1.45!!! Really? Cost 5 times more just to sell those. Unbelievable! We need to up list ASAP!
Pretty good volume too.
Why would the up listing be in jeopardy? This company is notorious for taking its time. I think someone saw that apple is offering the pay with your phone feature and has interpreted this as a bad thing for SING and wants out at any price. If this is the case I personally think they are foolish. Everybody just needs to be patient and give these guys a chance. We are so early in this new industry. A new industry! That is profound. How often does that happen? Every 10 or 20 years? We are at the ground floor of a company who could potential benefit massively from a new multi billion dollar industry. Oh and you can buy their stock for under 2 cents! What am I missing here? Takes time to build. Be patient. Accumulate as much as you can afford. All just my opinion. Good luck.
Seems like someone wants to bring this down. Who sells 2,000 shares for 28 bucks?
Relatively one of the lowest in the MJ sector and they actually generate revenue. And their business expands beyond MJ. Good luck to you.

My understanding is apple has partnered with most of the major credit card companies to do this. The major credit cards are not going to associate themselves with MJ so I don't think it impacts us at all. May even benefit us by getting people comfortable paying with their phone. Just my take.
Yup. Just Patiently waiting. Up list coming soon.
Since I rarely read this board anymore. Don't know if anyone posted this yet. Just an FYI. I get one post. Can't respond. Good luck to almost everyone.
STAMFORD, Conn. — Purdue Pharma on Thursday presented results from two epidemiological studies evaluating the reformulation of OxyContin, which occurred in 2010, that showed a marked decrease in rates of abuse, addiction and poisoning in the first year after the product was introduced to the marketplace with physicochemcial properties intended to decrease abuse, misuse and diversion by various routes of administration (e.g., snorting and intravenous injection).
These studies also show that declines in abuse and diversion have persisted three years since the introduction.
For the first study, among all patients prescribed OxyContin, diagnoses for opioid abuse, addiction or poisoning decreased by 12% when comparing the year before to the year after reformulation. The second study examined the abuse and diversion of reformulated OxyContin three years after being introduced on the market and found that in all surveillance systems, reductions in rates of abuse were observed for both oral and non-oral routes of administration although the magnitude of decline was larger for abuse through non-oral routes. Rates declined approximately 20% in the first quarter in the post-reformulation period (Q1 2011), to more than a 70% decline by the end of the 3-year follow-up (Q4 2013).
Purdue Pharma’s OxyContin is an extended-release oxycodone product that was originally approved by the Food and Drug Administration in 1995 and reformulated with abuse deterrent properties to make the tablet more difficult to manipulate for misuse and abuse. Approved in April 2010 the product was shipped in August 2010 when shipments of the original formulation ceased. OxyContin has physicochemical properties expected to make abuse via injection and intranasal route difficult. However, abuse of OxyContin by these routes, as well as by the oral route is still possible.
Wow glad I took the time to try and answer your question. I should of known from the all caps not to waste my time. Beware of the Richards
I think the mid 0.014's are now the bottom. I try and buy when we get any dips but haven't been able to get anything in the high 0.013's in weeks. I've also reached my goal of shares so I'm suppose to stop. But difficult to stop when you understand the potential here. Even the low 0.014's seem few and far between. Have to have someone who just wants out. I've bought plenty in the 0.015's too for the record. Time is short in my opinion. A lot of good news should be coming shortly. We up list and I think you can say goodbye to anything under 2 cents. We up list and buyout Greenhouse we're headed to double digits. But obviously this is just my opinion. I'm a long and I'm an optimist so trade accordingly. Hope this helps. Good luck. Going to be fun ride...
He's just the messenger. Maybe he's an excellent public speaker.
True but your prediction of the purchase of Greenhouse by SING would change that percentage break down and give SING a majority stake in Greenstar. Additional it would dramatically increase the number of SINGs accounts. And reading between the lines in this mornings PR it sounds like something is in the works. Hope so. JMO
"SingleSeed and SinglePoint are actively engaged in acquisitions to further company growth and account acquirement".
Excellent points. Completely agree. Those averages are only going to increase and as more dispensaries transition to mobile payments SING's piece of the pie will grow dramatically. Also glad I finished acquiring my position yesterday. Took me a while but excited I'm in before most. This PR is great news in my opinion because it shows SING will be generating more revenue than before. Not many MJ penny stocks are even generating any revenue and still their PPS is higher than SING. Not to mention that SING isn't solely an MJ stock. They're a mobile payments company with the potential to get into so many different kinds of commercial enterprises. Anywhere people have to pay for something is a potential place for SING to be in. So it's just a matter of time now. Once enough people realize the potential of this company we'll see enough volume to get past the games being played with this stock.
All just my opinion. GLTA
Absolutely! Somebody scored this morning. Those 0.013's are hard to get lately. I was busy and missed out. Hopefully it went to a long.
Thank you for sharing the update. Amazing a relatively low float, revenue generating mobile/MJ company with possible first mover status can be bought for this cheap. Relish these days people cuz it's not going to last much longer. I think we see a nice fall run. All just my opinion. GLTA
Me too, earlier. Not risking the weekend either. Have a good one!
YES! Thanks for finding this!!! I like the difference between your two post. What a differences an hour and nine minutes makes.
Sorry man I think you have this backwards.
"He an Edison butted heads over electricity also. tesla wanted to go the DC route, because it was safer. Edison had already invested a lot of money in AC. Edison proceed to spread a bunch of lies about DC power and eventually, as we know, won the battle.".
Tesla invented AC - which is safer.
Edison wanted DC
You are one smart kid investing your money here in my opinion. To paraphrase Buffet, warren not jimmy, Focus on the what and don't worry about the when. If the what is sound then the when will happen. No one on this board can tell you when but there's a lot of smart people here that can tell you what this company has going for it. Exercise patience. If you're not buying more trying to lower your cost basis or just accumulating shares than don't watch the day to day trading. Only young once. Enjoy. You're ahead of the game. Nice job!
Here's CEO's background
"Greg Lambrecht has a successful track record, for more than 20 years of founding and leading start-up companies focused on building new retail distribution networks. As the founder of PCI a leading consumer product distribution company, Mr. Lambrecht negotiated agreements with the nation's largest retail outlets such as 7-11 (Southland Corp), Albertson's and Costco representing 25,000 retail accounts.
As the founder and largest shareholder of PCI, Greg lead the company through a NASDAQ listed IPO, raising $10,000,000 USD for PCI.
Mr. Lambrecht also founded Millennium Marketing, a firm specializing in distribution of prepaid wireless, Ringtones and Games throughout retails stores in North America. Prior to founding Millennium Marketing, Mr. Lambrecht launched several distribution companies from the ground up to service national mass merchandisers and retailers including his first venture, Rosehearts, Inc. in 1984. Rosehearts sold impulse products to convenience, grocery and "big box" stores throughout North America.
Upon the successful sale of the Company in 1988, Greg launched Can-AM in 1994 to service mass merchandisers in Canada; in 1997 expanding Can-AM into Premium Cigars International (PCI). Mr. Lambrecht successfully developed and grew the PCI's cigar distribution program to 20,000 accounts.
As VP of Sales for Single-Stick, a retail tobacco company, Mr. Lambrecht increased sales from $300,000 USD per year to $40 Million per year. Mr. Lambrecht has a B.A. in Communications & Marketing from Western Washington University in the United States".
Agreed. A lot of good news on the horizon in my opinion. Being featured on Leafly is huge. There may be competitors but SING is the only one on Leafly. First mover status. SING's tech has been in place for years now. the competition is playing catch up. SING has a nice Eco system for dispensaries to thrive in. JMO.
Thanks man. You have a right to be critical and you make valid points but give these guys a chance to build this company. Like you said PPS is where it should be for where they currently are in building this company. If it goes down I'm still a buyer. I want to accumulate as much as I can afford to because I really believe they are on to something and are starting to make in roads into becoming a leader in the mobile payments portion of the MJ industry. Where else in penny land can you get in at the ground floor of a company that is involved in a new future multibillion dollar industry, That has a relative low float and is actually generating revenue. A lot of potential which I know you recognize that otherwise you wouldn't be here. All just an optimist opinion of course. GL
Something I haven't figured out that maybe you can help me with. If a dispensary signs up with Singleseed do they have to split it 3 ways? From what I'm reading It seems like they only have to split it three ways if a dispensary signs up with Greenstar.
"Founded in 2014, GreenStar Payment Solutions, Inc. a proud member of National Cannabis Industry Association, provides payment and merchant solutions and services to Legalized Medical and Recreational Marijuana Dispensaries in the United States. GreenStar's suite of services aims to provide dispensaries with a competitive advantage as a one-stop-shop for MJ business owners with solutions including Non-Cash Merchant Solutions, Prepaid Rewards Programs, and more - all of which can increase revenue and profitability. Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, GreenStar is a 33/33/33 joint venture among SinglePoint, Inc. (SING), Advanced Content Services (ADCS) and GreenHouse Payment Solutions, Inc."
I hear what your saying I just think your underestimating the rapid expansion in the MJ sector. Dispensaries are popping up all over Colorado and Washington and medicinal dispensaries are popping up all over the states that allow it. Minus New Jersey cuz of our unreasonable Governor we only have two. So I believe they'll be signing up more than 520 dispensaries. But that is an opinion of course and yours is just as valid as mine so we shall see. But I don't think it's going to take as a long as you to do. Word will spread. But again just an opinion and I tend to be an optimist. GL
Yeah but the potential is better than 2013. In 2013 they were not advertising on leafly. 2013 MJ wasn't legal in two states. This is just beginning. Of course I Would have liked to see better numbers but my view is long term and I can see where this is headed. Just need to be patient unless your a trader then probably better to move on. Jmo.
There are more people aware of this stock that are sitting on the sidelines. Not sure if you were here on the last run. That's when I became aware of SING. Got lucky and got in early in the run up. Message board was loaded with people. I'm Sure there are "bag holders" still hanging around waiting for some confirmation to try and lower their cost basis. They will buy if news is good. Then word spreads. Your Probably right won't happen over night but it's a start. Build momentum till next Q. There are a lot of people interested in investing in MJ related companies. SING has a relatively low float and is generating revenues. Can't say that about most MJ related companies. JMO.
So what's everybody think. Release of the Q after hours so the word can spread overnight for a big Friday. We have two conformations that today is the day. Usually they release before the market opens. Obviously that's not the case sooo.
And please don't repeat that the q doesn't matter cuz of the MM's are holding it down. I hear ya. But I still believe that If the q is great or really good then that will attract volume and that volume will destroy any wall that they put up and it will run. JMO.
Keep us abreast on how it goes.
My cost basis is 0.08*. Not having fun.
It is peculiar.
