That is not the way it works. The 30MM shares of WLSA that Newlook holds was a secured transaction. If they wanted to pay back WLSA part of their debt, they would have to sell NLI stock not the asset that is used to secure our loan.
That has been at those levels since Christ was a small boy. Someone is just playing with this. Probably the MM's. When the price gets down, look at the next buy transaction and see if it isn't a large order considering this stock.
That can't be the reason. I spoke to JS last Friday and everything is going great. The shares are going to diluted, just the opposite. The plan is still to retire those 30MM shares from Newlook. Someone is just jerking this around. I mean really, who in their right mind would be selling at .05 with the activities currently going on? Yesterdays news was a good thing.
What in the hell just happend to the PPS? Someone is really jerking this thing around.
Dumar - do you talk to John on occasion? How long have you been in this stock?
Thanks
I hope so. John called me last week and summarized some of the things they are doing but could not be specific. Even in the most general terms, I think if any one of them happen, this stock should go over a dollar in a matter of days after the official announcement. I have been with this stock for over five years now and I sure would like to see this get back to the $4-5 level again soon. I know the D of G has been with us a very long time as well.
Best regards.

I would have thought the news today would have been considered as a positive event but the stock did not behave according to the news. I wish this stock would start behaving in a more positive way. We need the news of the name change and the retirement of the 30MM shares. It wouldn't hurt to a positive sign from Conn.
Come on John. Make it happen. Thank you in advance.
The Bone
D of G, Would you let me (or us) what he says? Today price sucked. Thanks.
The Bone
So with that, what is your crystal ball say for the next steps and where this thing is going?
The Bone
Downsideup, Thank you for comprehensive interruption of what you think is going on here. I have been in this stock for a very long time and I like others, would love to see this be where it should be. I agree with you, the two outside parties that have been jerking this company around for the past several years are really stupid by cutting their own throat by their antics. Are you a holder of this stock and if so, for how long?
Thanks
LAM
Thank you.

D of G - Your comments on this.

Someone had bought most of the 900k shares this morning between 2.7 - 4.0 cents. I don't understand why that would stop so quickly and then go down. I thought with the early buying that someone knew the outcome of yesterday's deadline. Anybody?
Ed, Is this the settlement news we that was rumored out there? I thought there was going to be a settlement from Sasktel to WLSA for the way Sasktel executed the receivership. I was hoping WLSA would have seen some real dollars coming from Sasktel. This is still OK because it does clean up the balance sheet but I guess I was hoping for something different.
LAM
Ditto. I would really like to me some of the people we have gotten to know through these boards. Take care.

D of G - I am glad it is you. I think the next 6-8 weeks will be interesting. When this works out, I would love to get together with some of the longer-term investors someplace nice and have a little celebration. Let's hope this will take place within the next 15 months. Best of luck.

D of G - how long have you been in this stock? Do you post on IV under another name? You don't have to give the name. If you are who I think you are, your opinion of the character SDSUN is right on. It will be interesting if we hear from him ever again after the next couple of weeks.
Ed. - Thank you for the response.
Ed, Had you heard any rumors out there that there may be a unexpected settlement from Sastel for the way they initiated the receivership of WLSA last year? I spoke with JS when this crap all started and he indicated that they were violating or at least exceeding the parameters for what and when a receivership can be initiated. Rumor has it that Sastel realized they were wrong as well as the original judgement by the court approving the receivership and they do not want to take this to the appeals court. Have you heard anything? Best regards.
I certainly do not know everything he did but he did spend a great deal of time helping in the research of the plasma gasification technology and providing his experience in how take it to the market. He was not in the IR department that is for sure. Brad's expertise is in helping companies develop and bring to market new technologies as well as help these companies expand into new market opportunities with their current products and technologies. Beyond that, you have to ask Brad. I hope I described that correctly. I spoke with him for over an hour but every time we do talk it turns out to be a long discussion because Brad has been on many interesting projects.
Best regards.
Chiroman - That would be great but where and how did you hear about this?
D of G - I spoke with Brad for a while yesterday. He said his current contract with JS is about to expire and that JS and Mr. O. are so busy they have no time to meet with Brad about other things.
I heard (or read) recently that the old WLSA business that was put into receivership by the Canadian government run Saxtel (sp) maybe in talks with WLSA management to provide possible damages to be paid to WLSA for the way the receivership was executed (almost illegal to way beyond ethical). If true that would be another positive event for WLSA in that the damages they would recover from Saxtel would go to launch their new interests. Has anyone out there heard anything to this rumor (or fact)? I have always thought the reason WLSA hasn't reported the 2008 financials is because they had to wait until the receivership was completed to record known assets. To this date, is still has not been submitted and I remember JS saying just a few days before the receivership that the 2008 was coming out in a few days and the CC to follow the next day like always.
D of G - you have been here a long time, what is your take?
That is not necessary a big deal. I own a private Computer Compliance Consulting business that I run from my house as well. It entirely depends if the outside partners that you have selected to work with live in the same area, are working full or part-time with other companies, etc. I worked with a larger consulting company in New Jersey that had well over 500 upper level consultants and their main office employed only 8 people; most are clerks, etc.
The important thing is, is the guy creditable, does he have the contacts and resources to do what he says he can do, and can he demonstrate his current projects and his past successes. Just my two pennies worth.
D of G - I have noticed that the date to present the financials for WLSA gets moved every couple of days. Do you think they are doing this because they cannot report they financials from the previous business unless those business assets are settled with the current buyer? Please advise.

I have been in this stock since Christ was a small boy. The one thing I was afraid of even a couple of years ago was by the time they got their product out, that technology would catch up and they would not have a market. Well, that still has not happened which just shows you how incredible this technology is. The other thing to consider is the law firm who took this case for Calypso was the firm who won hundreds of millions or even billions against the tobacco industry. I would not think they would have taken a case like this if they did not feel it had great merit so I have stuck with it. I (like everyone else here) hope it all turns out as a home run.
Good luck to you all.
The were almost 90k shares traded in the first 5 minutes with a slight tick up. Someone is still collecting.
And I think the last trade was for 500 shares. As I said earlier, someone has been quite about collecting these shares in this .10 - .14 range. I think it is well over 1MM shares over the past week or so. I suspect it is the person who wanted to get between 4-5MM shares. That would be between 14-17% of the total available shares after the 30MM go back into the bucket.
Do I win the prize?
I suggested before the name was announced that they might consider "Plasma Technologies, Inc." and "Plasma Environmental Solutions, Inc." What they selected may have been part of the contract agreement to give visibility to both the Canadian and US businesses indicating that they were at least connected through the same technology.
My guess only.

D the G,
When the float is reduced by more than 50%, consider what will happen when just the Conn. project is finally announced. I remember this stock when it was $5.50 on only $15MM in sales. This stock over the next several years could (and should) blow that number away. I do not know what the profit ratios are on this technology or the annual run profits, but they have to be much more than they were when in the retail wireless market. Do you agree? This stock could someday do what First Solar did in their beginning when they too received government subs. to get started. GLTE.

D the G,
I have had this .13 bid in now for over an hour and no takers. What do this say about how this stock is being controlled by certain MM groups. I think those who wanted to get the price lower in order to load up, their time has now past for the moment. I have been in this stock since Christ was a small boy and I would really like JS to get the name change and the reduction in the total number of shares reduced to the 28MM. After that, it will be the close of the Conn. project and te possibility of other contracts.
I have a very good friend who works for Waste Management as an upper level person and he said this will initially be much more expensive that the current landfill expense but once they become self-sufficient, it should be a great investment. I would suspect that this initial expense will probably be assisted by government grants.
It appears that someone is just sneaking in large blocks of this trying to go unnoticed. I wonder if it is that person trying to get up to another 3MM shares. Many days in the past two weeks the daily average is slowly going up with little to no appreciation. I sure hope the name change and the other announcements happen by the end of the month. Come on JS.
110,000 shares at .12 and the last 789 for .10. Does anyone believe this being manipulated again?
CARS,
You are right. This list shows easily how someone is trying to drive this down. Do MM's always have to bid with 5000 shares?
Take care.
Does anyone know exactly how many shares are in the float? Google Finance says 968MM total and I have heard as high as 3.5B. I wonder if the higher number is the "authorized" number and the 968 is what is actually out there. Thank you.
I know I said this last week but, don't you think the strategy to acquire the most attention is to get Waste Management and the other 4 or 5 national waste management companies on board to convert their current land fills to the plasma gasification? With the potential of such huge returns for them, they may even float part or all of the capital to build the plants on their sites. Just Waste Management alone should be worth in the hundreds of millions.
Thoughts?

I have had this stock since Christ was a small boy. I bought it when it was very high (loss my butt)and very small. I still hold it but I am concerned that as time goes by the technology will be out of date although it is still great. With the hiring of that large law firm (on contingency) in Texas, I thought things would get moving. I think that was the same law firm that sucessfully sued the tobacco companies for billions and won. I wouldn't have thought that they would have taken this case on contingency if they thought it did not have great merits. JMHO.
Who in the heck is selling this stock at these levels? Is it money or patience?
I placed an order last night for .14 and it still has not taken even though it is the bottom of the bid. Yesterday's drop was another example of someone having two or more accounts and connecting the low bid with a low ask trying to spook people into selling larger volumes probably with the intent to pick them up at the lower price.
