All start up have debt. I’m holding until end of august 9k shares
I agree . Max pain is $.70 IMO
Sentiment : Bullish
$MULN looks like a good hold . News is imminent.
This seems to be a good buy at these levels ….
SMULN was analyzed by 7 analysts. The buy
consensus is at 83%. So analysts seem to be
very confident about $MULN. chartmill.com/

Got me a starter here @$.79
I found this on Reddit :
Andre Hudson is assigned as VP of Design (Previously worked for GM, Hyundai)
The company could reduce debt by 77% minimizing debt overhang problem.
It sees asset growth of 391%, positive working capital $27.66M and $318M in financial commitments
Has order for 600 EV Cargo Vans
Mullen is expanding its presence into the Midwest with the addition of the Detroit EV Technology team, focusing on development of EV technologies for Mullen’s portfolio of commercial vans.
Mullen Automotive has been Added to the Russell 2000® and 3000® Indexes
The company shares catalysts twice every month, which helps shareholders stay engaged and informed (while also inevitably pumping up their stock price).
Mullen is working on Solid-State Polymer Battery Technology (Cheaper to manufacture and better performance vs traditional lithium ion batteries) No one in the EV game has this kind of technology yet. **This right here is what makes Mullen Automotive a great growth candidate**
I have a question here.. is this a buy now ? Thanks
Sorry but watt sounds like a poet .( or more like the joker from Batman ) lol just had to add that in
So you are claiming that you sold at $3.70 and just bought back at $2.40 ? That is what I understand. Good for you if you did.
Nice trade ! You sold on the top. LMC with the Endurance still needs certification and I believe that is why it lost about 40% 2 days after the surge .it seems to taking a toll on the PPS . The other factor is that they still need some funding. Hightower mentioned that they are on track and hope that Hightower does not turn out to be another Steve Burns.
My sentiment: Bullish
Nice ! Very good for LMC . The Endurance gets a $7,500 tax credit .
Surprising the market is the best thing to do for a start up company.
You were right about the Gap . How did you know ?
I agree 100% . The Endurance truck is just the beginning of things to come. CEO Hightower is taking small steps at a time and more models should come in the near future. A van is something that LMC has been working on in the past and now that LMC has access to Foxconn MIH platform is a win - win for the JV. IMO
Sentiment: Bullish
That was a nice 14% run yesterday. LMC has a conference call on Thursday with the new CEO Hightower and he is also the first black CEO of a vehicle manufacturer in over 100 years . They have enough cash to start limited production. Foxconn initial invest was that they bought stock @ $6.89 ( 50 million ) I would want to think that Foxconn wants their investment back + a 200 return . That puts the PPS at around $24.00 . IMO
Sentiment: Bullish
This Thursday is earnings and it will be Hightower’s first time speaking as the CEO. Hopefully LMC has some good news and production day.
Sentiment: Bullish
IMO .
I like your scenerio. It looks like LMC is getting out of the woods.
Position : Bullish
WeTheMarket, thank you for the information on production starting on July 18th.
That is good to know Ed Hightower does not want to be the first black CEO in 100 years and not perform and LMC go BK.
The change in management with Ed Hightower as CEO is a good move but also makes you think that management did not have their ducks in a row . Anytime you see big change in a CEO position means someone was not doing their job properly. More delays could really hurt the PPS and have this go under $1.00 easily. IMO
Do you have a link or is this your opinion?
Production is right around the corner but first RIDE may see $.80 -$1.20 area. The market still has some downside. IMO
Never say never in a bare market in correction and start up companies with no revenue at the moment.
It is what it is until proven otherwise. $1.10 coming
Ok thank you clearing this up. Could she have sold 3 months from now and hope that the PPS was possibly double now ?
An insider just sold some shares at $1.61 Sold about 36,000 shares Jane Ritson - Parsons EVP
https://www.marketbeat.com/stocks/NASDAQ/RIDE/insider-trades/
Why would she sell now ?
It really bothers me not to see The President Hightower not buying at these so call all time low stock prices . The poor guy makes about $50k a month.
I sent him a message on Twitter and I guess Mr. Hightower did not like it because he blocked me . What a cry baby .
I’ve learn to not say never in a bear stock market. Even if it’s for one day MM’s like to trigger stop losses . I’m sure there is a lot of stop losses around $1.50 that can make RIDE dip into the $1.20’s area momentarily. IMO
LMC is still waiting on certifications including the EPA and other according to President Hightower interview . I expect this to be done before production start date date of July 18th 2022 .A lot of catalyst the next 30 days.IMO
This is going back to all time lows soon again until they get financing. IMO
It’s not false. The CEO admitted that they need 150 million for production. Also the CFO said it on another interview.
So this is false also from the Wall Street Journal ?
https://www.wsj.com/amp/articles/lordstown-motors-ability-to-stay-in-business-hinges-on-raising-capital-valuation-cfo-says-11652741679
Lordstown needs to raise an additional $150 million in capital before the end of the year to execute on its plans for 2022, which include building about 500 vehicles, Mr. Kroll said. The company aims to have at least $75 million to $100 million in cash on its balance sheet at the end of this year, he said.
However, the cash injection might not be enough to ensure production of the Endurance starts on schedule this fall, Lordstown Motors CEO Daniel Ninivaggi told Automotive News. The EV startup is working to raise an additional $150 million to be able to start limited production in the third quarter of 2022 and deliveries expected in the fourth quarter.
Taiwanese company might also manufacture vehicles for Apple, which is known to be working on its first car project.

$1.50 looks like it will happen again soon . $1.10 is my target before reversal. IMO
It looks like RIDE may test all time low’s of $1.50 and possibly Hoover around one dollar until production. I am waiting to add a bit lower. IMO
It seems until LMC secures funding this will continue to go down. https://www.fool.com/investing/2022/06/06/1-electric-vehicle-stock-to-buy-hand-over-fist-and/

You never know in this market what is really going to happen. If you look at Elon Musk sold for the first time at all time high with Tesla . Elon is the wealthiest man in the world and I believe he knew this was coming . IMO
Since LMC is not a revenue driven company until production starts .LMC is still waiting on certification approvals and until this is all past and done then we move up. Just look at Tesla market cap has gone down 50% that translates into over 600 billion market cap loss. It’s Wallstreet shenanigans as always . We may possibly see around $1.00 PPS soon . IMO
The EV sector is still in correction like the .com ERA . Most likely go back to ATL of $1.50 . I’m long here . IMO
Quit making things up ! It’s not a structured buy out . It’s a JV manufacturing agreement . And its a very good deal for LMC .
I believe that Dan Ninivaggi is taking small steps right now and has a big plan in mind . LMC just came out out of the darkness by completing the deal with Foxconn. A military contract would definitely take the PPS higher. $100.00 is possible in the next 3 years .
Lol Bull shit is an understatement but I’ll take it. LMC still owns about 28% of a factory that once produced 500k vehicles . And now with less moving parts they don’t need as much space . I’m very sure LMC can produce 100k vehicles with the space provided that they have now . Maybe more like 150k a year. Do the math 100k x $65,000.
