Expression of interest mean someone is interested in something now why would somebody be interested in RDX? The line is, they got something another want to purchase. You guys said they ain't got nothing except V3... Hmmmm maybe that's why Bookman went to Toronto... Look at it this way, if they get more capital, looks like this ain't dead yet and hence an extension of your paychecks, kapish?
The question is...can they make this up ??? If they are, add it to the law suit! Ngyuk, Ngyuk Ngyuk!
"Buyer's beware! ????"
Now we know why they are all here! And to post that on the top??? Wow! Thanks a lot folks! Nice show going on!
WHY DON'T YOU LAY EVERYTHING DOWN? Can't you read? I think this is why... That's why Donk the greatest messenger just came back here the day before this announcement! Coincident?
The company’s continued improvements in operational efficiencies are expected to result in a minimum of $4 million in additional savings per annum.
The company has received a formal, non-binding expression of interest for the purchase of certain of its assets from an arm’s-length third party. The company is exploring this as well as other options to increase shareholder value;
The company is currently in late stage discussions with a number of financial institutions in order to seek access to additional capital.
The company continues to see strong demand for both its hardware and software products, and is pursuing large scale contracts which, if concluded, would significant alter the scale of its business.
Thanks for sharing that! As far as I see, this was a total endorsement being interviewed in VMWorld with ipro claiming they are using GW and other Sphere products for themselves, and believes it's an all around solution especially legacy programs...damn I though you guys said it doesn't exist? Or doesn't work, or whatever hocus pocus you are writing here? They didn't have to talk about GW since their relation with VMWare is with the V3 family either, but they did....they got all their products and using them too. Did he mentioned containerizing as well? Yes he did! SO, scam should no longer be an issue. The risks here are the $$$ and adoption.
Does the pitch look like this? Well like most here, discovery was too early...

I truly believe this is a buy and hold, not a pump then dump, please!
Up 7% + today? Who tell me who is buying then? And if this is done, despite longs acknowledgement of "YES you're right all along ANY was a scam" the hyenas are still circling here. Instead of asking same o same o questions about how sphere is going to make it out of this hole, answer that BIG question please? It has been an unanswered riddle here!
I don't know what u guys are groaning about this past report. They already announced being flat the first half of the year, or did you all missed that? Don't expect any consolation from these all day posters here if you feel like starting a therapy session.
NEXT 1% share as I understood, is related to the NEXT product that Phil. Morris considered a failure and dumped, and Henry said, if our product (not sure if he was talking about Magic or Red Sun or XXII tech in general) a 1% market share would mean a billion dollar valuation vs where we are at now at 70 million. I'm taking it positively as a failure for giant PM means still a win for baby XXII.
Hmmm..Tech Data this company as you say a 4% gross co? TECD chart is rocking! It's one of the world's largest distributor of IT products. No wonder you guys are still here!
You seem to know all the answers... Why you asking?
And the government projects mentioned in the last CC.
Don't remember any mention of this before...

Yet this ended up today even after hours... Huh?
Oh, he didn't jus say "mandating !" The nay Sayers today just like Creed, drive it down one last time before the lift off. Does one of you want to suggest to Henry about cutting their salary down during the call today? I'd be interested in what he has to say...
Lpn I'm just stating what's there... I'm not in a position to argue. Just wanted to hear your opinion. We are all in the same boat here...waiting for the moment that XXII gets recognition as a huge player along with the big boys.
Oh and by the way, I'm not a "man", lol!
Except from the Tobaco control Act: "regulate is the key word" not mandate.
Requires tobacco company owners and operators to register annually and open their manufacturing and processing facilities to be subject to inspection by FDA every two years.
Allows FDA to implement standards for tobacco products to protect public health. For example, FDA has the authority to regulate nicotine and ingredient levels.
Bans cigarettes with characterizing flavors, except menthol and tobacco.
Funds FDA regulation of tobacco products through a user fee on the manufacturers of certain tobacco products sold in the United States, based on their U.S. market share.
As far as "B"? The question is, why didn't they applied for A & B at the same time?
And why would they ban menthol anyway? In your opinion, what is it that the FDA is trying to do studying the Spectrum cigarette if not to find a safer nicotine level to lessen the nicotine level of cigarettes to non addictive or less addictive levels? Why spend millions if they are not going to regulate it? Head scratch...
The word is just getting out. Working closer with VMWare these days.

Yup, still here! Not worried here. The other I'm kinda iffy, but hopeful still.
I think they are impressed with the business development from the Co.'s letter! I wish I could push a forward button to make it easier. But no worries here!
Btw, that was an article and not a PR. Noticed this is the first time Exosphere is mentioned out for the masses? It must be catching on, otherwise why bother to write about it. For those that believe it is an advertisement? Unless u can prove that he was paid by the company, I would shut it. A form of advertisement that is... Getting the word out! Hey, what if you found out Microsoft is actually getting the word out, since their legacy apps are real issues now. Anyway you look at it, expect more coming.
Hmmm.. I thought that's why (moving to the CLOUD is a no brainier) bec. these data live in the cloud, and it doesn't live in theses devices! (For same reasons you stated). So if it's not on the devices, who cares if these things get stolen besides the cost of the device?
You yourself mentioned about the EULA issues they'd have to face... Just to show a demo. But here is an old video where they'd demoed Windows apps running on different device including an iPad. So if they have showed that, and the market is mostly Windows owned especially on the enterprise level? That is all they really need to make it.
And they still haven't answered my questions!
Hugo, Stpoic, or Sarin: would you kindly name ANY VM on Azure like GW aka Windows CONTAINER that is its own platform?
83 points isn't quite ripping...
Now I don't waste my time here trying to make stuff up.. Go dig it up in the CC... Vertimly PT said what he said. If he is lying, that's another story.
And Sirin, you wonder why longs aren't complaining? You and the rest are doing it for us! It's the BEST release to say the least! Keep it up!
I posted what Brammfitt stated about Novaglass in relation to GW. Are you also calling him bluff? Or do you know better?
I love it when you say NO revenue... And NO customers. Now that is a complete load of yohoo from you...again. Oh what a release you bring us here!
And Stpioc, per Peter T on one of the CC's claim that our products are not in Azure just as a mere APP. It is so much more, and I think he went on more about that subject. FYI
As I said, if Sphere had only one product and didn't go thru a lot of changes as a company and each time it changed, delays happen and so on and so on. You are pushing too much with your 5 years Derek. Read the last paragraph of your link... It's ready to testing on such and such. Beta to you means it's ready?
Another one... U yourself said Sphere never demoed AutoCad and other program but yet you just posted a link on that demo-- thank u, almost forgot about that! (Got yah!). Demo-ing a product just says it works. Now there are many scenarios that a software may encounter out in the field with other products being used by different companies. It was not ready to market. It was not out there for anybody to grab and use unlike the situation as of these last months and week. Those videos you linked if you read: says PREVIEW-- we all know what "pre" means.
As far as the 1 million revenue? That was before they bought V3 and merged with this huge storage company. If they continued that path, maybe they would have been ok. Maybe they were licensing it to some degree to another company for testing integration with their own product. And who were those companies at the time? Dell maybe? If the company didn't go thru so much changing, I would say enough with it, but it isn't the situation here. So we shall see!
Glassware hasn't been on the market for 2 years. The company has been trying to integrate all their products together since the 3 companies came together. Then the Azure deal came and now additional VMware type tools. Not making an excuse, but we see that they haven't been sitting on their asses. Now that these appliances are out there, yes Q4 will be telling. Not expecting a whole lot, but expecting some some.
Quote from an article by Brammfitt:
One of Sphere 3D’s first customers has been Novarad, which is using Glassware to power itsNovaGlass radiology image-viewing system, for which lossless image display is essential.
They said they would hold a meeting at 14 days after submission for all product submissions and there isn't a doubt in my mind they will follow that rule for everyone and not just xxii
Do they have a link on that?
He just like to make up a lot of stuff....I don't know what he's on, but wow... He could save all that typing for other efforts on his other aspects of his life if u ask me!
This is news to me--The lay offs.... Can u provide source?
All we need is a little some some of the giant's market. That is all ANY needs. Some here are just greedy to start with.
By who?
What does MSFT marketplace and VMWare solutions website containing Sphere's product sounds? Isn't the same as marketing ANY's products? They may not be MADE by Microsoft or VMware but they are as good and way cheaper, and readily mix and matched with the big boys product? If I was a business owner, hell yeah I'd order and try them. As you and I agree, co marketing these products is nothing but positive for little ANY. We will see results soon.
Glassware is already inside all Sphere3D's appliance. Whether it be V3, or Snap or G series appliance alone, it's already built in all their products. I don't think they have to spell it out. But I know they did previously, but I don't have time to write a novel. You seem to have a lot of time here, so you can look it up.
