Cdex SEC reports are always on time!
While we're waiting here is some amusing junk from the L.Daggett files:
G4 nearly ready to sell....
Right.
Sage wisdom of the age's...
Here three years ago to the day, my how time fly's, this sage wisdom was deposited for all to consider.
CDEX G4's out the door!
Well one thing we can be sure of is that they won't be "building" any CCT valimed's to save their rears this year. If they go bust do you wonder what will happen to the G4 demos? Wonder where the G4 shipped to the "Prominent Global Medical Technology Company to Use for Research and Development" will end up? Or was that just more BS to fool investors? Who wouldn't want to be able to get inside the G4 to reveal it's inner origins? I have a real good feeling that the truth is going to come out soon. The source of that truth may surprise many. Here's something from the way back machine.....
http://www.marketwired.com/press-release/cdex-ships-valimed-g4-medication-validation-system-otcbb-cexi-1568098.htm
Same **** different day...
No worries, the reports they have filed in the past two years have clearly been BS, echoing the crap we have seen in their PR's. I think even their most vociferous supporters probably started asking questions when the team kept saying sales were concluded and "expectations" of our first units this and our first units that, blah, blah , blah.
It begs the question again this year, what the hell is the CFO doing, that he can't get a report out on time. Like I have said before, maybe he's got his hands full with that complex and overwhelming payroll for all of five employees. Or, maybe they had to scrap together some dough to pay the auditor. You see hints in the really stale web site. If you were on a roll, wouldn't ya fix that thing? Or, at least could you take some money outa the coffee bar fund to get a PR out now and then telling the world what wonders occured at the empteenth ASHP show. Or, what about the hocking of used junk, is that the mark of a success story? We'll know in a week or two.
No big deal happened last year too.
CDEX sale of the year
Who cares if they lost it all. They really didn't "lose" it , it was taken from them. So now The guy can't pay his dues at the suckers club in Sarasota, big deal. Like he didn't see it coming. All the warnings, post after post for years. What really gets me is this guy knew the perps, and still beleived them.
It will be interesting to see where these folks go from here.
I would love to be at the cdex world headquarters the day the last set of investors (see the BK paper work for a complete list) walks into the empty office to see if anything they paid for is still there. It will be hard to keep a straight face hearing those triple losers mumbling as they look through the chief inventors office, stripped of anything of value( except the for a bug or two). Better still will be the look on their face's when they pay a visit to the large estate, lavish and well appointed , filled with the spoils of millions of dollars collected from dozens of suckers over the years. Of course, those looks will pale incomparision to the look of their attorney's faces when they find out that their own monies have been used to fully insulate the millions taken from any reach by grieving investors. Happy trails to the victor, the rotten core wins.
The path for the savvy guy and his special needs a job kid may be different. Jobs are in short supply for those who have no real skills. I wouldn't be surprised if some vengeful former something ( again see the BK paper work for a complete list) doesn't go after them and the book keeper for all they may be worth.
And what of the "technology" ? In the hands of the honest it may yet live up to it's full potential. There are many out in the real business world who could possibly make something of it. That will be where the real fight for the scraps and leftovers will be. My bet is the fight is already on.
Cdex bodily fluids
Gosh can it be 2 years already since Dr. Jason Terrell joined the "team" at cdex. And boy what an impact he's had! I sure hope he got back his 50 grand initiation fee into the club.
Just imagine (as we all must) all the technology that has been applied to the analysis of body fluids at the cdex lab, as directed by Terrell.
There the chief scientist working long hours over the beakers of stale urine crowding the tiny office space he commands. His trusted assistant, junior bumfield now schooled in the arts of extraction of these items diligently recording all the scientific breakthrough's as they occur. It must be breath taking to say the least.
And with two years of such dizzying research, the taste testing, by the G4 of course, one can only hold their breath waiting for the inevitable PR that must be coming.
Here below is the PR of that monumental day when the good doctor joined the team. Any lab would be proud to have his tested metal on their team. Go cdex!
http://cdex-inc.com/cdex-appoints-dr-jason-b-terrell-as-medical-director/
CDEX is Kaput!
One must wonder if the sale took place and the revenue was declared, at that moment they(cdex BK bankrollers) may have finally believed that the G4 was indeed about to make them a fortune.
Like captwows repeated posting of parts of the patent, cdex supporters most importantly the ones forking over the monies, must have truly believed that it was possible.
Only the continued BS from the "inventor" (thus guaranteeing his continued income) would account for all the starry eyed dreams of the blowhard stooges. The same BS repeated now for 14 years. Who better to take to the cleaners! What a ride huh jeffy! If it is kaput, look for the center to duct out and hide from any liability or blame, as usual.
Proof CDEX lives!
Back on 25 March 2013 Cdex announced it had "completed"
and shipped 10 CCT Gen 3 valimed's. They said that the units required product support for 2 years from the date of delivery. If any of that was believable. So, then they will be around until March of 2015 . So there you have it.
They also said in the same PR this:
"Our agreement with Al-Essa Group provides CDEX Inc. access to markets in the Middle East and could be a key foothold to build our international reach in the Middle East for our Valimed technology. We intend to showcase the Valimed G4 system to their customers once final testing is completed and the contracted units are shipped to U.S. customers during the second quarter this year."
Help me with this , but hasn't the second quarter of 2013 come and gone?
http://www.marketwatch.com/story/cdex-completes-shipment-of-10-valimed-cct-systems-ahead-of-schedule-2013-03-25
CDEX in Chapter 7
???
No Chapter 7 until all the sucker money ,spoils and assets are exhausted. I think there be the obligatory split and blame game coming soon. It's never the rotten core , it's always someone else.
Talent?
Class is so important when gauging quality. Cdex and it's protagonists seem to lack a certain, well shall we say knowledge available in say....... the fourth grade........However their views are no less important to the flowers and the trees. Can't wait to see the next on time filing from cdex, atta boy Jeffy. Go team cdex!
I guess we are to conclude that something cdex makes and markets could have an impact on the tragedy in the article from the last post. That supposes that cdex does indeed make and market an effective deterrent to human error. If that were the case there would be one in every hospital and medical facility in the world. Of course we have heard from cdex supporters on this point over and over. 2009 was the year that could have proved the worth of the Valimed, unfortunately that didn't happen (reference the Quaid incident). If anything the target organizations for cdex products have long since moved on.
It still should be of concern to those most vociferous cdex supporters that the Valimed that sold the most , generation 3 CCT, has disappeared without an explanation as to why it's sale and placements are no longer prudent. Even if the CCT did half of what was touted, it would seem that it would have been worthy of further refinement. Instead it was "dumped" by the bumfield team.
It should also be strange that it's disappearance coincided with the implosion of cdex and it's science team. The very team of chemists, doctors, programmers, engineers, etc. that were at work in 2009. Go back and look at the posts of the blowhards who have claimed that cdex is better off without those professionals. That the leftover team of two and some guy on the lame from a bankruptcy in the land of fruits and nuts is even close to recreating what was once cdex.
The truth is that if cdex had something vital to the health industry, the industry would be attending cdex's shows not the other way around.
cdex "resolutions" will continue....
A Shareholders meeting and on time SEC filings will take cdex through another successful year of expectations at least for the "team". Long as there are fools, which there will always be, cdex and it's business plan will be a success.
The beginning of a new year is always bonus time for the team. A years hard work hustling suckers for bigger pay checks is tough. I bet we can look forward to progress in the form of an announcement sorta like..."the G4 now includes signatures of gourmet coffees and the ID2 now has been tweaked to include scorpion illumination."
We'll probably see the hiring of another relative to the team as the take expands the payroll. Sales of used parts will taper off as the junk room is cleared. Expect to see slower developments from the "lab" tops due to extended nappy time for the septuagenarian duo that constitutes the "brains" behind the team(at least they have degrees and high school diplomas).
Yep, shareholders have much to look forward to this new year, this is gonna be the big one! Happy expectations cdex!
Ah, the cdex soul search....
CDEX JUNK SALES
Well that is what I was referring to. The catch is whether the money is going in the pocket of the sales person on Ebay or does it go on the books at cdex. If the guy that is balancing the books over there knows that the stuff is going out the back door to the tune of about 850-1000 dollars each time and is looking the other way then something is really wrong . Or the guy that does the books doesn't know and the guy that is selling on Ebay is a , gee, what is they call that....Let's just say that birds of a feather flock together.
Then there is the poor sucker who sunk a big wad of cash (several times now) into this. That poor dimwit will be looking to get at the assets in the end only to find that it's all gone!
As far as the sale of more V3's forget it. Those were left over returns and basket cases according to cdex's own reports.
Reminds me of that three stooges episode where the stooges buy a large dry docked fishing boat from a couple of con men. As the con men walk away with the stooges payment check, they grin at each other and say "wait until they try to float that boat", at the same time in the opposite direction the stooges are walking away saying " wow wait until the try to cash that check".
cdex speaks???
Just got on the raging bull site and boy what a disaster that is. Nuff said.
There was a lonely poster over there crying out in the wilderness "oh lord will we ever hear anything" Let me just answer "NO", Unless the insiders pennywhistle or captwow are told to come back and say something.
But what could they say? The show went well??? Well, how well did it go??? Or how about the contracts are all filled and the rent checks from the two or three users are due next month.
Or maybe, we can't sell this piece of "stuff" and we are outa here (odds on favorite).
Better yet would be an unnamed business has just offered an unnamed something for an as yet to be built unnamed idea just thought of by the team in the lab. Mister savvy is considering all the options of moving forward, but will have to have commitments of financing up front from interested investors.
Let's just hope it's not another junk room dump of parts, just to make payroll. 2014 is the year man! Go cdex
Tomorrow the big day! cdex announces...
the blah, blah, blah. Something like this:
With the success of the last vacation in Orlando for the umpteenth time at the ASHP show we expect by the next check written for the teams inflated salaries to increase the pipeline of expectations.
Specifically, we expect to have placed our initials units from two years ago's expectations or was that three years ago. No matter these things take time and money, mostly money. Anyway, we expect to expect that the past expectations will include more expectations that our units in the pipeline as seen in the trade magazines are nearing expectations and will soon increase the expectation of our loyal shareholder. 2014 will be our biggest year yet for expectations.
Please reread the section in our SEC filings about us not having money and therefore not being able to continue what we have been doing.
An old post worth seeing again....
Hurry, hurry, step right up!
CDEX is at the ASHP again 8-12 DEC, Orlando FLA. 11 hours total exhibit time.
Well here go's the ballyhoo at the medicine show!
Step right up and see the wonder of the modern world. Watch as professor bumfield demonstrates the apparatus in front of your very eyes.
Press the button and lift the lid, Al-A-CA-ZAM!
There you are my friends proof positive that what went in the box has now come outa the box, AMAZING no!
Get'em before they're gone!
Step back sonny, let someone else have a look.
And remember folks, we'll throw in at no additional cost one of these super duper ID2 meth detectors just in case you got a meth problem in the neighborhood.
Now who's first, step right up....wade pass me some more bags of popcorn, that stuff is really moving.
"fictitious theories of the life of Cdex"
CDEX assumes room temp...
Oh sure I can just see someone reading from the Decalogue about how thou shall not this and thou shall not that and seeing all the self claimed saints from CDEX rolling theirs eyes as if that was news to them. And what most will do on cdex's grave won't pass for flowers.
CDEX website worth 20 bucks
According to Hypestat the cdex-inc website is worth about 20 bucks. With just 16 visitors a day. My guess is most visits are accidental, but that's just because of the name is closely related to "CDex" which has an Open Source Digital Audio CD Extractor with more than 45,000,000 downloads.
CDEX for the clueless
I only quoting from the last report from CDEX. The same report that captwow kept pointing to over and over and over as the truth and nothing but the truth. The "Management's Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operation" is where they said this:
CDEX inc Dead???
Hey wait fellas the ASHP is coming up next week.
The folks that jeffy said had contracts will be coming by the booth to see the prop again and ask about their own prop copies.
Plus the booth clowns will be no doubt passing out copies of all those "trade magazines" that have the rave revues in them of the cdex junk.
Let's hope Baxter comes by to see about the money left over in some account being held by the BK attorneys.
Hopefully poteet will be there to tour what real successful ideas and products look like.
Then again that show has to be a great place to find some new marks to give up some dough for future "junk" coming outa the Lab. There is also the belief that this next year is going to be the big one, all that is needed is one more big wad of cash for the crew.
.
Rotten cdex core
Cross eyed cdex can't read own name.
If there any doubts about who runs cdex just watch and listen close the CEO miss pronounce his own name at minute :06. Love the logic he presents for why cdex is still around.
cdex SCAM Gone silent???
Au contraire, mon frère. There is still business being done on Ebay by one who "works" for the company. Sales are booming! The count is 20K plus (estimate).
Could this be a plan to leave nothing but the due rent bill for those who enter the empty world headquarters of cdex looking for their investment dollars?
Mastek-InnerStep, Inc.
You are correct. You would think that an announcement of collaboration would be a boon for investors. Like this bit of history.
"Mastek-InnerStep, Inc Secures Manufacturing Contract With CDEX, Inc. Feb. 3, 2006".
That was the PR that told us who built the valimed's that no longer exist. A quick look at the Mastek-InnerStep web site will allow the cdex follower to see a familiar list of Tucson businesses (Tucson Supplier Partnership) that were seen in the bumfield/cdex bankruptcy.
What are the chances that cdex is a welcome business in that group? One could contact them and ask that very question.

"CDEX...THEY ARE LIARS"
You might be on to something! Oh, I have this feeling that there may be some bailing out going on amongst some within the bunker. Perhaps just after the first of the year the lights will go out. So my recommendation is beat the rush and toss your shares of this dog if you can.
Typing cdex lies for the SEC
Gosh does this mean that another vacation for bumfield and his kid to another ASHP show is off? This has to be the big one that will turn it all around. I had to go back and review all the captwow posts for the clues to how big this next show is going to be. You know it can't be over, cdex is still working on contracts bumfield told us were done back a couple of years ago. You don't think he lied do you? And what about all of us who have been waiting to see the additional drug detector heads for the clown pocket ID2? The trade magazines footprint is expanding, right? I hope no one thinks I'm lying about this stuff....I'd hate to be accused of hating liars. It just has to be so, see here it is from the SEC site with the latest CDEX filing...
cdex junk at swap meet?
It could be that the team is busy selling what's left over from the junk room at this spot just accross the street from the world headquarters of cdex. Look at the map, this place is within walking distance from the lab where the team is even now working on share sales and beating the bushes for more suckers.
http://www.tanqueverdeswapmeet.com/
cdex junk promised placements?
I wonder if we can an answer from jeffy on how the progress is going on these "expectations". There are those who believe these "expectations". Then there are those who believe they are just more lies. Have "they" the cdex team placed these units or not? Oh, and can we get an answer on how the additional drug detector heads for the clown pocket ID2 are coming. What about the narco-lie-zer, how's that coming?
Some of these "statements" are several years old already. And here it is the end of another year.

Yep, he'll be back
He has been at this for 13 plus years. Knows the peach pit. Met poteet years ago and was smitten by his hat and rabbit show. Still a believer. Likes being in Da Bunker to the end. I love reading his same posts again and again and again about the gen 3 CCT and how back in the day it was ....WOW!
I think he would love to reread this post of mine. Enjoy

What do you "expect" they will say this year? Blah, Blah, Blah.
cdex is dead, no products, no dough.
Yes,
I think they are is the process of soaking up whatever monies they had. Selling the left over inventory of old V2,3 parts on Ebay. Maybe Pay themselves a bonus. Then they will just flip the lights off and leave. Look at it this way, if there ain't no money left, a certain party has a history of just not coming in anymore. There is also the "that seventies show". The two guys that have any brains at all at cdex are coming up on their expiration dates. They might want to just take their spoils and enjoy themselves. Mr. Savvy and his special needs a job kid will just have to get real jobs that fit their real skill sets--- "You want fries with that?".
cdex junk "abandoned" in bankruptcy
Due to one of bumfield's bankruptcies the following explanation is provided to those who are still clinging, ahoy all you sailors.
"property is abandoned when the property is of inconsequential value or the time and money needed to liquidate the property exceeds the actual value of the property"
http://allmandlaw.com/bankruptcy/abandoned-property-in-bankruptcy
Inconsequential meaning "having anything to do with cdex". Real property of value is the stuff you sell on Ebay on the side, for yourself or to make the internet work at your deck at the world headquarters of cdex.
cdex CEO made own bed for debate.
There is equal blame to the bubble of 2006-2008. However those who made their fortune in the business were also to blame. Greed by Mortgage brokers, real estate developers and construction agents was an essential ingredient in the bubble. bumfield made his money in that environment. Take alook at what he and his partners were involved in.
source:
http://cdex-inc.com/investors/management-team/
mortgage brokerage business
Mortgage brokers exist to find a bank or a direct lender that an individual seeks with a specific loan the individual is seeking.
real-estate development
Developers buy land, finance real estate deals, build or have builders build projects, create, imagine, control and orchestrate the process of development from the beginning to end.
commercial and residential construction
partner with general contractors, sub-contractors, building owners and property management
There were allot of folks in these businesses that took advantage of cheap money, lax regulation, and the lend to anyone with a pulse attitude to push people into homes and buildings they couldn't afford. Speculation in future values also led allot of people into variable rate mortgages, that latter became unsustainable. Over production in construction as a result of speculation was also a lure for people in the construction business. So then the questions here are did bumfield and partners engage any of the feeding frenzie practices in those businesses established by him and his partners? You decide.

cdex inventory control???
Crow,
No worries. My bet is these people know plenty of stupid people (birds of a feather). If you go back to the bumfield cdex bankruptcy paper work there was a long list of folks from the church group, etc. of the Tucson based scam, all supposedly willing to throw down. I dare say some were even from as far away as Tajas.
To What Degree?
You have to wonder why educated persons would be involved with this "company" cdex, some call it a SCAM. Look at these earned titles.
BS in Pharmacy
BS in Biochemistry
Summa Cum Laude
BSEE from the University
Bachelor of Science degree
Ph.D., MS, BS
Of course the boss is, well according to his own BIO on the stale web site, evidently uneducated. Lets break it down. Maybe potential investors might want to look a little deeper before they write the check.

Of course, they were telling the truth. They actually paid the bill too. TUV and Elliot labs weren't on the list of the shafted workers, businesses and services taken and not paid for during the bumfield cdex bankruptcy.
