Exactly! Well said.
Fantastic job connecting all those dots. Arrayit is well on the way to be THE standard for all these tests nationwide, and possibly worldwide.
Great DD StockDetective! Now add Microsoft to Walgreens as a potential customer. Myallergygenius relies on Spirilex, which uses Arrayit's technology, and that's who does the allergy testing for the telehealth partnership. It just gets better and better.

Pretty incredible Travis. Sort of mind-boggling where ARYC could be in one to two years. Probably in someone else's ownership due to sale of the company.
Yes it is frustrating. I've been here now 2 years, but it'll be worth it to me if what I think this will do happens.
As per Mark's calculations via a previous email, if revs are $80M/year, ARYC is a $4 stock. You do the math!
I believe Ryan will deliver soon, also. He's very conservative, so wants to cross t's and dot i's. That means he goes slower than some really want. However, with all the high flying, deal making leaders of many small companies, many of which leave shareholders in the dust, I'll take a Ryan type every time. May be more calculated, but he's building this his way. I think we'll all see that soon enough and it'll be nice.
I agree. That's why I'm awaiting their announcements of progress with distributors they've been meeting with this week. Hopefully we hear some great news.
That's sleek's point, you can't invest in them, because they're private. As per sleek's recent post:
VATE STANDS ALONE AS A PUBLIC COMPANY AND THERE IS MINIMAL COMPETITION IN THE PRIVATE SECTOR AT THIS POINT IN TIME
There are no other publicly traded companies in America that will be selling CBD-infused Iced Coffee in a Can in February except for VATE
If an investor thinks that CBD Coffee in Cans will be a viral product in 2019, VATE is the only investable choice in America to gain exposure to this mass market ready-to-go CBD Beverage
Carp, if I want to invest in KickBack, how can I do so?
Thanks, StockDetective, great find! I like this little tidbit from your post:
LabPharm has over 50,000 physicians currently utilizing services offered.
Wow, that's miserable. We're about zero today and tomorrow with the heavy winds, but nothing like what you're experiencing. Stay warm, and hopefully ARYC launches higher to make things better.
Let's see if someone takes out that 1M shares on the ask. That would be boom time.
The week's not over, but it appears I'm going to be left behind re. my closing estimate for this week. Hope it happens
Nice. He was in the right place at the right time!
Jerry, you're fantastic! Thanks for posting on this board. I'll say .0640 this week, .0740 Feb 8th. I hope you're right vs me!!
We'll see more over the next 60 days. GLTU.
Just the Walgreens "deal" is huge, now add to it Fins, FDA approval, Sutter, Kaiser, Allergy Portal business (Mark told a visitor, if I remember correctly, that 300 clinics had signed up??), FDA, etc, etc. It takes no rocket scientist to tell where ARYC is headed.
Thanks for sharing, jhols. Interesting to note that in both responses to your inquiry re Walgreens, Mark refers to it as the "Walgreens deal." It seems like he answered your question in the affirmative while officially deferring in the name of confidentiality.
Perfect timing for a Golden Cross. By mid-February we should have some good distributor news, and this could fly.
Later. As stated on the company website, fins will be released sometime 1st quarter, so I guess around March 29th. I don't expect them earlier.
Those who expect ARYC to go to .03 to .04, feel free to short it about now--go ahead and make my day. BTW, bid rising...
Most are holding ARYC here. Small sells so far trying to drop it lower on low volume. Can't wait to see if the big buyer steps back in and obliterates the ask later today.
Let me keep my position straight. I still believe ARYC is going to be a world beater company contrary to some. I am just disappointed in this PR at this point in time. Sure doesn't promote boosting the share price (what, above .10?) heading into fins release IMO. Share price may go there based on potential of the company, but it won't be due to any help from this PR.
Looks to be about the same size as my allergy office, with 2 staff doctors. Pretty average. No branches elsewhere that I can see.
That's great that Mark listened to you, and this is better than a celebrity endorsement, but one small clinic in Fresno? With all the mega business Arrayit is doing worldwide, and this is PR worthy? I would think this is what you highlight in your company newsletter, not a PR. Oh well. I really wasn't expecting a financially related PR today-but was hoping for more significant news than this. After this, my expectation for any significant news prior to fins release has dropped to a pretty low level-the waiting game for fins continues.
Pretty underwhelming.
A helpful way to read daily tweets. Thanks HYS! Looking forward to the PR in an hour and a half. Hope it is substantive.
Good post. Wala. And thence comes Arrayit who can actually make it happen. FACT.
...was designed to conduct accurate blood tests with only a few small drops, allowing people to gauge their own health with a prick of the finger rather than having to go to a clinic and forfeit several large vials for each sample.
As I said, everyone has a price in mind. IMO, if he got the right offer, he'd move on it. If what he has said to visitors is true as has been reported on this board in the past (sorry, I don't have links), Arrayit has no debt, they have significant sales, and once fins are complete, if they look decent, suitors will probably line up and up the ante. Certainly FDA approval will add much to valuation, as will additional revenues over time. When the 3 Officers determine they are getting good value for the enterprise, they will move on it.
Mark has a price. If it's a good enough offer, he'll go there IMO.
Yes. I'm not saying it's true, but ARYC is certainly in a window where an acquisition could occur. Only time will tell if it pans out. And maybe it's valid, but an offer from another company is declined. We will never hear of that scenario. Overall, I think we have a tiger by the tail in ARYC. Let's see where this baby runs!
Call it a vote or discussion, it doesn't matter. Those 3 still make the decision.
What's he supposed to do, name them by name? "Company Executives" is a good descriptor for what needs to happen with approval of any such offer. The rumor may or may not be true. But things seem to be moving in a good direction with the company, so anything is possible at this point and going forward. I guess we'll just have to stay tuned.
I like it. If correct, it's boom time soon.
$5-10B would be a nice tidy sum. And I'd love payment in shares of someone like Thermo Fischer!
They wouldn't have to meet in Boston, that would just be the location of the acquiring entity. Thermo Fisher Scientific comes to mind...
Concur. That's why I'm here.
There'll be more...much more ahead IMO. Medico is sharp and knows what he's doing. And all the Monday morning QBs will find out soon enough.
Who cares who's drinking koolaid and who's not, or who's invested or who's not, who's upset at management, who's not. Know what your investment goals are, and put your money where your mouth is, or move some place where you're comfortable with your risk/reward possibilities. The OTC is full of risks. IMO, anyone investing on OTC, has to expect the wild, wild West. ARYC has some risks, but possibly huge rewards. Some won't go there, that's a personal preference, but that will keep me around for a while.
