I don't know about you, but I prefer the quiet solitude that EEDG has become. Some stocks have big volume and go up like crazy, and back down and all around. Who needs that? This stock just mellows you out and puts you in a happy place, well at least a quiet place subdued place. Let all the chaos be "out there," while we enjoy the tranquility "in here."
At least you are not floating down the river without a paddle. My wife and I floated down many rivers in our canoe, and I would always catch enough fish that we had fish and veggies instead of peanut butter every night. You just need to plan better, IMO.
First there was notice of the spin off. Then there was notice of waiting until both entities could stand alone, funding-wize. Now we hear about the dissolution of Energy Edge Solutions.
My take is Energy Edge Solutions wasn't going to be a distinct and stand-alone ongoing enterprise, capable of funding itself, except maybe through selling shares. Management didn't want to take that course, and EES basically went away.
Anybody have a different take on this?
My only concern here has been when the Q was delayed and then not followed through on within SEC timelines. That bugged me because that wasn't the EEDG I had come to know. Other than that, this stock is a good exercise in working on one's patience, which is just an added benefit, IMO.
Buying down here is a good use of one's $$$, again, IMO.
Btw, they say they will not be late again on their filings.
I could give you three and a quarter, but that extra quarter's a deal breaker. But then again, you knew that, that's why you asked for that half.
Let's make it a Big Bang.
Like I posted earlier. Don't have the expertise to sell at the top of every run and buy at the bottom of every sell-off. So I have just accumulated enough shares, most at .012, and can't be bothered to sell, no buy, now sell, no buy again, damn, should of sold, wait, glad I didn't. I'll leave all that trading expertise to those more inclined.
I'm comfortable with owning this stock, and believe my shares will increase in value going forward.

I sure wish some would have taken some profits back last week in the 12/13 range as NO stock can maintain the types of gains that NTEK had seen. Could/will it go back up? Good chance but also take some gains when you have them. That is the case with any Penny stock you are playing.
Below is a Post from Last week that I posted:

Re: None Post # of 60023
Just a quick comment. Firstly, as many of you know me I never trash a stock nor do I short. In fact I mentioned NTEK to many people over the past week or two that are in it currently. All I am going to say is to be realistic here guys. Now that NTEK is in the .12 range think about this. Those holding from 002 are making 500% every penny this goes up. People holding from 0002 are making 4900% with each Penny that it rises. Some holding from those levels are literally making 10k and 50k and 70k with each tick it goes up here depending what their initial investment was. I'm NOT refuting anything about the Co but rather to use common sense here and know that profit taking will set in at some point being many here have some HUGE gains. Not to say that it can't go back on up as it could. I'm just saying when you have a good gain take some of your original investment back and let your gains/free shares ride that way you can never lose out. NTEK truly has had a miraculous run no doubt. Just my thought and no response needed back.
NanoTech Entertainment, Inc. (NTEK) Stock Trading Info:
Pumps have way better sites and way better content.
You might as well take advantage of that kind of situation.
Well, good luck with the maturity and commonsense part.
Wonder if any of that will happen this year, or will we have to wait until 2014 to see some of it?
Looks like a lot folks adding, or starting positions, in this area. That can't be a bad thing. No sell off is excellent.
I didn't imply the level of usefulness had to high, higher and highest. Could be low, lower and a complete waste.
Between a conference call, a pr and a tweet, how would you rank them in level of usefulness, the way the EEDG has used all three?
Knock, knock!
Who's there?
E E D G...
E E D G who?
E E D Gee I wish we had an update
I even added today to my pile. My opinion of that pile is up in the air, but since I am a gardener, I can always use it for compost, so I'm covered either way.
Btw, put up 55 pints of hot sauce so far. Maybe I should check with JB to see if I can be a supplier to his wing cart. Good stuff.
I think it is time for an update to the update to the state of where EEDG is at. If they can't come up with anything concrete, something made out of play-doh would at least let us know that they haven't shuttered the doors and JB isn't down in the Florida Keys pushing a hot dog cart that he transformed into a hot wing cart.
Btw, do you think EEDG management is off on some island sipping piña coladas? They don't seem to be working. Maybe they lying on some beach trying to decide if vodka or rum goes better with watermelon.
Idk, rum goes pretty good with pineapple and coconut.
We all need a tweet to pick us up. Tweet anyone?
I heard a rumor that there is going to be some major buying today starting around 10 am est.
You might have to go into your settings and do a little adjusting.
What if one doesn't come, or it isn't deep enough for you?
That's the un-fun part of one of these runs, folks that either want in, want to add to their position, or are trying to cover a short position. Hoping for a pullback is one thing, hoping for a major dip is another. When to pull the trigger is the question.
Now those of us that have enough shares, whatever that total may be, don't have to do anything except watch, or not. Just enjoy, and know that this pps at .12 will be considered cheap in a couple of months. Some of those that waited for a big pullback at .12 will still be trying to decide whether to buy in at .24, hoping for that proverbial pullback.
Tweets are for kids. Always wanted to post that.
But seriously, tweets can become like a chicken little scenario, where always stating something good about what this company is doing, as opposed to chicken little always yelling something bad, and then there is no concrete follow through from the company...I mean these tweets are ringing a little hollow, aren't they?
I think EEDG is also worth more than that, but unfortunately the company hasn't given anyone that might buy shares, a reason to so in the last few weeks.
The company has to show that it is worth more than the current pps, and, for whatever reason, has been unable to accomplish the task. Maybe they will get their act in gear next week, or maybe not.
It's all up to them.
It looks like everyone is finally getting the transfer complete. Vanguard did mine on Friday.
Now if we could just get IHub to complete its transfer come Monday, with Singlepoint showing up when you type in SING, and a bid and ask amount Monday morning, we might actually look like a real company again.
What inquiring minds want to know, can you put lipstick on a chicken?
Those buying in at .12 might think they missed the boat, just as those buying in .50, in a while, might think they really missed the boat, and just as those that buy in at $1 think they really really missed the boat.
When it gets to several dollars, they will all realize that they really didn't miss the boat, unless, of course, if they sell prematurely. Those might miss the boat, but do so out their own choosing.
This sure does beat the other stock we are both in, at least it is presently doing so.
Just would of been deleted over there.
Wish you would of been over here back when I added at .012, both places btw.
Anyone that has sold since it broke out of its handle has probably regretted doing so. This still has mucho room to run, so selling now would be a mistake also, IMO.
Wow. This board is dead. I guess it is up to the company to infuse life back in here. I just don't want to come back as a zombie. I'm sick of zombies shows and movies, let's move on. Now, I could get behind a Phoenix scenario.
Wonder if that's because we were being dumped for months? I do not doubt manipulation, because for months we saw it keeping this stock from rising. Now it is rising because of manipulation?
It is rising because it formed a three plus month cup with a perfect handle for seven to ten days and did what any stock would do given that chart. It broke out and has run since then, like most stocks do, given the same scenario. NTEK is just following the typical pattern of a breakout from a cup and handle chart formation.
Believe what you want, but this has room to run, regardless of any attempt at manipulation. I hope no one flipped, thinking this was going lower today. Bad mistake. Don't repeat.
You know what they say, doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results qualifies you as....
Vanguard's got it at .0094 with 97600 shares traded at the close.
Latest shows .0094 with 97k traded.
Not all do. Check out some of the ones in the top 10 most active. There is volume in the summer. Those stocks have just given a reason for the volume, either good or bad. This stock, what has it given as a reason to create the volume?
Yea, that's where it closed. I keep typing in SIGN instead of SING. SIGN closed at .05. I like that pps better.
