Here is a link about the previous facility owners (from 2009).

Here is the official legal registration of the bottling plant under Mammough Ventures, a subsidiary of Greene Concepts as registered with the SEC:

He had concerns because the pictures showed an unfinished and incomplete outside and pavement. It could be that the focus of the company was on the inside and not the outside. It brought enough concern at the time from multiple sides so I'd rather not post them again. I'll gladly post updated new pictures of a completed outside and inside but I don't have any. Hopefully the company will have some available in the near future that can proudly be displayed.
-Jazz
Yeah. I went down there at the time to lay eyes on the plant (It was closed as it was Saturday) and go to the Biltmore Estates. I thought it would be good to capture pictures of the building so everyone could have a visual. It was my hope to get some pictures of the inside but it wasn't possible that day.
-Jazz
No. I live in Ohio. I visited Asheville, NC in October.

Tyhub,
Here is a link to get you caught up to where we are now. It is the 1A offering:
https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/conv_pdf?id=13971948&guid=iMHWUHckYkTML3h
You can also review the PRs that are linked to this page too and/or the stickied DD Pack. That should catch you up on what is going on. Again, it is good to see a member of the old crew here (although I'm not calling you old I promise.) :)
-Jazz
I understand nwsun. I can't speak for anyone else other than myself. I like to focus on outcomes mixed with honest reporting and transparency. Company results and positive/timely informational release in a consistent fashion should speak for itself.
Back in the day 2012/2013, one of the things that caused me some concern was the lack of transparency in financial/annual reporting. Thankfully the company has remained current on that aspect. We all react differently when the company puts out news but in general news should point to a plan of improvement and success. Developing deals and such takes time but there should be continual forward movement.
I know that when a lack of on-hand cash occurs and there are ambitious plans that things may move slowly. I don't know what to say about the share structure at this time but my hope is that the structure is the same when the next report is out. We'll see. At this point I'm looking to make a positive gain from the losses I incurred from the ink business and from my purchase of the current shares. As you and we all must continue to do (as we have) is to look at things objectively. Time and company performance with transparency and honesty is the only thing that can help this situation. There is a chance this could still happen and I'm willing to see if it does. I don't know the details enough if others are working to manipulate the stock price.
I don't agree with those who are over negative or over supportive. A thing is what it is and the facts speak volumes over anything. That is what I look at. OTC is a risk absolutely. I'm willing to let this play out but will always have a critical eye.
Hopefully this explains where I'm coming from but I can't speak for others. As a moderator and from what has been posted by the admins at iHub people can post what they want as long as it doesn't violate terms of service. Those posting $INKW can do so as long as it stays on topic and the post must remain.
I hope this helps. The above are just my thoughts on that matter.
-Jazz
There have been a lot of changes to the company and to this iHub board since you were last here that's for sure! Thanks for driving by. When I mention the Inkway USA founder's program nowadays on this board, very few know what I am alluding to.
It is nice to see that the company is focusing on products and successes that are based on their own ability to negotiate and sell and not the shareholders. The opportunity here seems like a good one. We are all just waiting for that homerun buyer and possible grocery chain leads.
-Jazz
Oh wow. Tyhub it has truly been a minute. It is good to see you here again. I can't believe it's been so many years. I hope you and your family are doing well too.
-Jazz
We'll probably have to wait or the next quarterly report for the share structure but we'll see what transpires.
-Jazz
I also found this online too:
Greene Concepts International Commercial and Government Entity Code: https://cage.report/NCAGE/8J6Q1
-Jazz
I sent it up nwsun and am awaiting a response.
-Jazz
Hi nwsun. The address of the bottling plant is in the 1A under 'Contact Information'.

-Jazz
Thanks for sharing this nwsun. We should all be looking out for the benefits of others.
-Jazz
Looking forward to the upward move.
-Jazz
I've been here since 2011. When it was the ink business I purchased some of the founding units at $5,000. I am definitely hoping things improve here. Fingers crossed.
-Jazz
If this lands a nice deal with a federal agency or a military base, that would be pretty huge.
-Jazz
I trust what you say Nwsun as you call it right down the middle and not swayed in any one direction. You let the facts speak for themselves regarding stocks (especially the performance and results of company management) and that is admirable.
I hope that this company makes a huge turnaround and allows you (and all of us) to prosper because of it.
-Jazz
There are definitely some needs that must be addressed absolutely. The next quarterly report will be telling for sure. This would be the turnaround of turnarounds to see this get back to .05.
-Jazz
I don't think you're asking for too much. Solid and demonstrated sales and revenue along with a strong vision and suitable share structure.
-Jazz
If some large scale government contracts come in or some definitive movement with FEMA, that would definitely move the needle. Hopefully the O/S remains the same. Shareholder value needs to be a priority along with sales/revenues.
-Jazz
I picked up some more at .0015 this morning.
-Jazz
Agreed. I believe it's payroll and possibly some other overhead.

$349 Billion Available For Small Businesses
I believe the following could definitely help Greene Concepts:
https://www.yahoo.com/finance/news/mark-cuban-on-paycheck-protection-program-for-small-businesses-loans-234227330.html
For added justification the company could say this helps them with preparing products for disaster recovery. That should easily garner approval.
-Jazz
Hopefully we see news in the near future.
-Jazz
It sounds like quality wise, the water has been tested and is good to go.

Thanks Oldepro2.
My hope is that when the next annual report comes out in the fall, that we can all look back and smile. :)
-Jazz
Once a few more solid deals come through and the sales/revenues get posted on OTC, then we'll have a solid foundation for pure and lasting growth.
-Jazz
A $14 million sales agreement and being a vendor for the federal government should definitely move this stock northward.
-Jazz
I updated the intro section above with a DLA image and link to today's PR.
-Jazz
Mikey please sticky today's news. Moderators only get one sticky. Myself, Sam and BB Stock have already used ours. Thanks so much.
-Jazz
You have one of the best posts I've ever seen PJR262. Yes with government contracts this is an indefinite purchase order!!!
-Jazz
That has been mentioned in multiple PRs and Tweets about no R/S. For some reason others keep bringing this up.
-Jazz
There is no record or evidence of any current R/S on the company's Twitter page or on the OTC page:
https://twitter.com/GreeneConcepts
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/INKW/disclosure
The latest company tweet from yesterday says:
$INKW is strong & growing. Longterm debt holders super happy with $INKW progress & success. Restructuring many debt terms to reach beneficial debt settlement agreements as $INKW continues to grow. Debt holders best interest is from $INKW long term success.
Perhaps you are referring to another company?
-Jazz
I'm hoping for a touchdown, two point conversion, onside kick recovery, then another touchdown and two point conversion followed by a football spike and excessive celebration penalty!
-Jazz
Correct Pennies. Between PRs and Tweets there are multiple statements that the company released stating there will not be a RS.
-Jazz
Done. Thanks for creating this.
-Jazz
INKW DD pack as of 3/31/2020
Check it out. Good stuff in here. https://bit.ly/2UOTsH5
Thank you SpaceManTrades
Seeing the company prepare all these small tasks (debt holders, shipping logistics, artesian water focus, $14 million sales agreement, government connections, third-party manufacturing, SpinWater) is like watching the preparation of King's Landing in Game of Thrones before the arrival of the Night King.
-Jazz
Nice to see a tweet with regard to the debt/note holders.
