We continue to hear the nonsense about who receives the division and whose name is on contracts without one shred of proof for any of the claims either way.....

The funny part is this is all being treated as if there has never been a division before...

THERE HAVE BEEN TWO PREVIOUS DIVISIONS.....

and I'd bet the terms of this division are the same as the terms of the last two divisions...

And no, Deep Blue is not obligated to reveal the terms of its contract with the DR other than the amount of the split.

Hi Keda....Just General Random Thoughts

Proving the breach is relatively simple since the other company working the DR has confirmed that ALL divisions are being held back and has gone so far as to file suit against both the govt and the minister. That info is easy enough to find even though we haven't heard anything from Deep Blue.

Again I also never see mentioned the fact that there have been two previous divisions, and the upcoming one will work the same way. Just as you say "speculation" about the company being shut down....More like wishful thinking than fact, similar to the hundreds of other times we have heard they are "shut down", "out of business", "bankrupt", etc....over the last eight years.

Maybe things have expired, maybe that info has also been fabricated....I'm sure you go back through the postings, you'll see times when things have expired and eventually gotten renewed...Again, the same hope is latched on to, regardless of the effect on shareholders.

Gee...being bankrupt should be pretty easy to prove, yet we never see, nor will we ever see the proof to back up such statements.

Other unproven nonsense such as "they are shut down", "maybe they have gone private", "they are out of business", etc are presented only with the purpose of creating doubt and are NEVER backed up with anything remotely resembling facts.

Deep Blue will report when the situation is settled in the DR. And of course, when they do, we will be told not to believe anything the company says. LOL. In the meantime, astute investors and seasoned traders know how to find the information they need.

So shareholders, like myself, will continue to have hope for the company , the crew, the billions of dollars in treasures hidden in our area and the stock price. We will not encourage the demise of the company we are invested in, we will not gleefully celebrate a drop in stock price or a lack of volume.

That somehow shareholders are entitled to pieces of the division. No shareholder I know has ever expected this. Odyssey sure didn't dole out the 54 tons of silver bars to their shareholders. As usual, items from the division will most likely be made available for sale to the public, including shareholders.

As for how the division is done, astute investors need only look back to the previous two divisions to see how they are done.
