400M volume...
wow, just wow.
But whoever called the EoD dump, nailed it. IMO this is like the big boards pump and dump, get a bunch of bag holders cause everyone is hooked on the facebook, another bubble waiting to burst imo.
Guess Maurice was full of it. Talked a good game, still yet to see something come about here. The PR explained nothing, except that Ron Brooks was gone and that is not saying much because we still have no direction.
When is the ticker changing?
Has the process even begun?
When will we know wtf this company is gonna do?
TBH, I've about had it because this has been nothing but a goose chase hunting these people down and they talk tongue and cheek. Nothing they say - do I believe. I only try to fact check against what they release as news.
I'm not saying Alan doesn't have a good plan or that this is cooked. But this limbo - is hell. No volume, no interest, no news, no nothing.
Obviously he has.
Same could be said for you, what 75 pinks in a year out of what? 10,500?
There is no such thing as 'investing in a penny'.
Name a penny that starts at .0001 and trades on the nasdaq or dow, you won't.
None of them ever do anything. Just a wizards machine to bilk money from fools. (myself included)
Meh, negligible imo. They are not as 'internet' based as we are, as a culture.
Care to elaborate some?
To me this seems like they may and try it like a penny stock, just dump some shares out into the market..
According to my numbers, with all shares sold @ $38, it would bring in $16B dollars...
I'm assuming if people keep buying into it, they'll keep selling. Who knows.. but I am interested in your take Sir.
Very true, but Groupon is owned by Google. So really, they won't be. Google could dilute to buy nearly any company, at this point. If anything... Google could attempt an aggressive take over in the near future. That would not surprise me in the least bit.
I think that comparison is a bit misguided. Indeed Google is not the only search engine, but there were a lot of things that had set Google apart from the rest.
Mainly the fact of marketing, exposure and general presence on the internet. Not just that, but you use Google everyday for MANY reasons. The same could be said for FB, but in all reality, FB is just another media/distraction for the public. Their attention span is no greater than a year and tend to burn themselves out and move on to the next latest and greatest.
I am sure that this will not kill FB, but once the ball gets rolling - they will have one hell of a tough time trying to keep the hype.
Additionally, the authentication is not just done by them. People also use Google and Yahoo accounts. So really, I don't see either of those two stepping down for Facebook.
Spot on.
Facebook cannot possibly continue onward, it is like the AOL of today. It was the first truly globally successful networking site that garnered a lot of interest.
Now, things are... slimming down. I mean there is a cap, once you have an account - you most likely won't create another. And yes people who're younger who're coming into the market may sign up... but it won't be nearly as large as it once was when it first had started off.
I'd expect some big changes to come to Facebook too in the form of how the site functions... that too may turn off a lot of regular users.
Refer to Post #66961
I don't believe I said that, so yes. You totally misunderstood that. I believe Imcat said those things in a well thought out post.
I just got off the phone with a rep, he gave me a
direct line to a lady named Marlene and she can
be reached at 212.845.3206
He told me that there is no gag in place and that
there is needed approval from the company to release
any information regarding the S/S
Those are exploration permits... They won't mine anything with 'exploration' permits lol...
What I said was that up-listing is expensive and the EPA can fine you big time as well if the right permits are not in place.
boy the spread has really tightened up..
I agree. Pretty much what I expected they would say, this PR did not generate anything of substance - and really we could have all drawn the same conclusions about what is going on behind the scenes.
I was hoping for something a little more concrete but that's the way the cookie crumbles.
Well, that's funny. I tried calling the T/A at the number listed in the ibox - 215-509-4000 - you guys say they are in New York, but my phone tells me Pennsylvania. And the number is not in service.
Has anyone called the T/A to confirm this?
If not, I will. I am interested in knowing whether or not they are gagged.
Any day now Mr.Muller...
So it is due in October... but where will that money come from? It is not being privately financed and Livto said in the initial disclosure that the costs of the company would 'at first' be footed by the shareholders.
Really? Can you cite the posts where I said the stock was a pig or a scam?
And I didn't hope or pray for anything, it did drop to .004X... that is inaccurate, completely. Don't be jealous cause I was right.
Additionally, you do not run the boards, so I don't really care what you appreciate.
I posted facts only but you people wanna ignore it.
June 22nd - $120,000 payment is due, where will that money come from? Can you take a guess? It was stated in the initial disclosure statement.
Again, this has nothing to do with GDSM and no I do not take pleasure in aggravating people on ihub. Dealing with the mods (Linda / Edward etc) is not fun.
So if you don't like what I have to say, as you always tell everyone else - move on. Let it go, I think it is all of you who're starved for attention by constantly replying to my posts with your inflammatory comments.
Profit, same as yours.
Firstly, nothing I've said is talking crap. It is all based in reality. A pig with lipstick is still a pig.
More over, my opinion has little direct effect on 'new' investors. They check the filings, see the PR's, do their OWN DUE DILIGENCE and then come up with their own conclusions. If a guy decides to not buy based on my opinion alone, well that to me is a very narrow minded individual to begin with and most likely would have lost their money anyhow. Maybe it was wiser for them to not even walk up to the table to begin with.
We're all big dogs letting it all hang out, doing what we do best.
Making money.
Least I'm honest, so stop talking about ME and focus BACK on to GDSM. Additionally, I never said I hate GDSM.
This 'movement' on light volume is just a few people doubling up for the chance of the pr hitting tomorrow.
TBH, I'm not really sure what they intend to say because you would think much of the 'real' worth or work has yet to be done... outside of them saying phase 1 / 2 are officially done.
True, but many of the legitimate companies that have gone 'public' tend to do IPOs. I've personally no knowledge of a pink becoming a blue chip. All others were either private and they did an IPO, or they simply did an IPO. (this excluding the OTCQX/QB)
Only problem is that regulations have made it an up hill battle for start-ups. Filings and up-listings can be come VERY expensive.
There is really no such thing as a long term 'penny stock'. As Voltaire once said, paper always returns to its intrinsic value, zero.
Or in other words, penny stocks tend to lose steam over time and only through promotions and market awareness will they run again. Additionally, the security does not have the benefit of big board stocks where investment/mutual funds place peoples pensions into the pot. There is always a constant 'net flow' of positive cash that is being used to prop up the value of a company.
In a penny stock, those elements mentioned above are lacking and therefore typically a penny stock only has when it is being pumped.
99% of start-ups fail and imo GDSM will probably follow the same trend as many other penny stocks before it.
Bingo, minus the NI 43-101 because it is not required in the USA.
.004's mark my post from last week...
.004s are awfully close to printing.
it feels like six months!!! :P
that was forever ago.. like almost six months ago.
Accumulation is slowly rounding up...
I'm smelling 4s!
Oh no, everything is fiiiiiine.
I personally do not believe it so.
